Alergija na hranu neugodna je kod odraslih, a posebno kod djece.

Takva alergija je zapravo abnormalna i iznenadna reakcija organizma na određenu hranu koju je dijete konzumiralo. Pedijatri naglašavaju da se, unatoč sličnosti, alergija na hranu razlikuje od intolerancije.

Alergija na hranu uzrokuje pojačan odgovor imunološkog sustava, uzrokujući neobične simptome kod djeteta koji variraju od vrlo neugodnih do potencijalno opasnih po život.

Znakovi alergije ponajprije uključuju osip, probleme s disanjem, svrbež, crvenilo, bol u trbuhu, povraćanje ili proljev, prema Johns Hopkins Medicine, piše Pogled.ba.

Takve alergije najčešće uzrokuju određene namirnice. Kako objašnjavaju liječnici, otprilike 90 posto svih alergija na hranu uzrokovano je konzumiranjem sljedećih sedam namirnica:

– mlijeko

– jaja

- pšenica

- zrna soje

– orasi

- riba

– školjke

Jaja, mlijeko i kikiriki najčešći su uzroci alergija na hranu kod djece, a slijede ih pšenica, soja i orašasti plodovi. Pedijatri kažu da orašasti plodovi, riba i školjke obično izazivaju najteže reakcije. Gotovo pet posto djece mlađe od pet godina ima neku vrstu alergije na hranu.

Od 1997. do 2007. prevalencija prijavljenih alergija na hranu porasla je za nevjerojatnih 18 posto među djecom mlađom od 18 godina. Iako većina djece "preraste" svoje alergije i više se nikada ne vrate, alergija na orašaste plodove, ribu i školjke u većini slučajeva može trajati doživotno, piše Pogled.ba.

Zaista riječ je brojkama koje izazivaju zabrinutost i traže odgovore, ponajprije na to je li problem u kvaliteti hrane koju konzumiramo ili u dječjem imunološkom sustavu.

Alergija na hranu neugodna je kod odraslih, a posebno kod djece.

Takva alergija je zapravo abnormalna i iznenadna reakcija organizma na određenu hranu koju je dijete konzumiralo. Pedijatri naglašavaju da se, unatoč sličnosti, alergija na hranu razlikuje od intolerancije.

Alergija na hranu uzrokuje pojačan odgovor imunološkog sustava, uzrokujući neobične simptome kod djeteta koji variraju od vrlo neugodnih do potencijalno opasnih po život.

Znakovi alergije ponajprije uključuju osip, probleme s disanjem, svrbež, crvenilo, bol u trbuhu, povraćanje ili proljev, prema Johns Hopkins Medicine, piše Pogled.ba.

Takve alergije najčešće uzrokuju određene namirnice. Kako objašnjavaju liječnici, otprilike 90 posto svih alergija na hranu uzrokovano je konzumiranjem sljedećih sedam namirnica:

– mlijeko

– jaja

- pšenica

- zrna soje

– orasi

- riba

– školjke

Jaja, mlijeko i kikiriki najčešći su uzroci alergija na hranu kod djece, a slijede ih pšenica, soja i orašasti plodovi. Pedijatri kažu da orašasti plodovi, riba i školjke obično izazivaju najteže reakcije. Gotovo pet posto djece mlađe od pet godina ima neku vrstu alergije na hranu.

Od 1997. do 2007. prevalencija prijavljenih alergija na hranu porasla je za nevjerojatnih 18 posto među djecom mlađom od 18 godina. Iako većina djece "preraste" svoje alergije i više se nikada ne vrate, alergija na orašaste plodove, ribu i školjke u većini slučajeva može trajati doživotno, piše Pogled.ba.

Zaista riječ je brojkama koje izazivaju zabrinutost i traže odgovore, ponajprije na to je li problem u kvaliteti hrane koju konzumiramo ili u dječjem imunološkom sustavu.
