Jabučni ocat dobiva se fermentacijom soka od jabuke. Mnogi ga često koriste da bi pomogli svojem zdravlju, a osobito ako žele izgubiti koji kilogram.

Smatra se da jabučni ocat potiče metabolizam te time onemogućava zadržavanje masnoća i toksina u organizmu. Više studija provedenih na ljudima pokazuje da jabučni ocat može pomoći kod mršavljenja, jer može pojačati osjećaj sitosti, čime se smanjuje kalorijski unos, piše živim.hr.

Kayla Garritano, novinarka portala "Eat This, Not That", probala je konzumirati jabučni ocat svaki dan tijekom mjesec dana. Iako joj je donio nekoliko benefita, gubitak težine nije bio jedan od njih.

Dobitna kombinacija

- Probala sam ga piti samostalno bez ikakvih dodataka okusa, i bila je to borba. Nakon mnogo istraživanja, našla sam kombinaciju koja mi je odgovarala: 200 ml vode, jedna žlica meda, malo cimeta i dvije žlice jabučnog octa.

To je umanjilo jačinu octa, a osim toga, med i cimet pružaju neke dodatne prednosti. Ideja je bila piti ovu mješavinu svaki dan tijekom cijelog mjeseca.

Odlučila sam ga popiti ujutro prije nego što pojedem bilo koju drugu hranu ili piće. Prvog dana u mjesecu sam se izvagala i zabilježila svoju težinu. Zatim sam se vagala jednom tjedno tijekom cijelog mjeseca, kako bih vidjela je li došlo do promjene - govori Kayla.

Smanjio se apetit

Iako joj nije pomogao kod mršavljenja, jabučni ocat joj je, kaže, ipak obuzdao apetit. Ovo je bila najuočljivija razlika. Iako je i dalje jela tri kvalitetna obroka, nije bila toliko gladna tijekom dana. Ograničila je grickalice između obroka i konzumirala je manje porcije.

- Vjerujem da bi mi mogao pomoći u gubitku težine ako je uparen s pravilnom prehranom i tjelovježbom. Da sam češće vježbala, možda bi rezultati bili vidljiviji - kaže.

Bolja probava

Kayla je također uočila da jabučni ocat pomaže probavi.

- Poznato je da jabučni ocat može pomoći u podizanju razine želučane kiseline kako bi pomogao probavi. Također može spriječiti plinove i nadutost, koji mogu uzrokovati usporenu probavu.

Moja navika je pomogla procesu probave - rekla je.

Dodaje da će ga s vremena na vrijeme i dalje piti.

Doziranje i primjena

Najbolje i najjednostavnije je uključiti jabučni ocat u prehranu, kao preljev za salatu i u drugim jelima. Neki ga ljudi piju razrijeđenog u vodi - uobičajeno od jedne do dvije čajne žličice (pet do 10 ml) do jedne do dvije jušne žlice (15 do 30 ml) u velikoj čaši vode. Preporučuje se otprilike deseterostruka količina vode.

● Za učinak nisu potrebne velike doze. Primjerice, za bolju regulaciju šećera u krvi doza su četiri čajne žličice (20 ml), razrijeđene u vodi, neposredno prije obroka s ugljikohidratima, kako bi se smanjili skokovi šećera.

● Jabučni ocat može poboljšati hormonsku sliku kod žena sa sindromom policističnih jajnika. U tom slučaju uzima se jedna jušna žlica (15 ml) u 100 ml vode redovito poslije večere.

● Za skidanje kilograma kod prekomjerno teških i pretilih osoba doza je jedna do dvije jušne žlice (15 do 30 ml) svaki dan tijekom nekoliko mjeseci.

Općenito je dobro početi s malim dozama i nikada ne uzimati velike količine, jer mogu imati neželjene učinke. Najbolje bi bilo uzimati organski, nepročišćeni jabučni ocat, piše živim.hr.

Kayla Garritano, novinarka portala "Eat This, Not That", probala je konzumirati jabučni ocat svaki dan tijekom mjesec dana. Iako joj je donio nekoliko benefita, gubitak težine nije bio jedan od njih.

Dobitna kombinacija

- Probala sam ga piti samostalno bez ikakvih dodataka okusa, i bila je to borba. Nakon mnogo istraživanja, našla sam kombinaciju koja mi je odgovarala: 200 ml vode, jedna žlica meda, malo cimeta i dvije žlice jabučnog octa.

To je umanjilo jačinu octa, a osim toga, med i cimet pružaju neke dodatne prednosti. Ideja je bila piti ovu mješavinu svaki dan tijekom cijelog mjeseca.

Odlučila sam ga popiti ujutro prije nego što pojedem bilo koju drugu hranu ili piće. Prvog dana u mjesecu sam se izvagala i zabilježila svoju težinu. Zatim sam se vagala jednom tjedno tijekom cijelog mjeseca, kako bih vidjela je li došlo do promjene - govori Kayla.

Smanjio se apetit

Iako joj nije pomogao kod mršavljenja, jabučni ocat joj je, kaže, ipak obuzdao apetit. Ovo je bila najuočljivija razlika. Iako je i dalje jela tri kvalitetna obroka, nije bila toliko gladna tijekom dana. Ograničila je grickalice između obroka i konzumirala je manje porcije.

- Vjerujem da bi mi mogao pomoći u gubitku težine ako je uparen s pravilnom prehranom i tjelovježbom. Da sam češće vježbala, možda bi rezultati bili vidljiviji - kaže.

Bolja probava

Kayla je također uočila da jabučni ocat pomaže probavi.

- Poznato je da jabučni ocat može pomoći u podizanju razine želučane kiseline kako bi pomogao probavi. Također može spriječiti plinove i nadutost, koji mogu uzrokovati usporenu probavu.

Moja navika je pomogla procesu probave - rekla je.

Dodaje da će ga s vremena na vrijeme i dalje piti.

Doziranje i primjena

Najbolje i najjednostavnije je uključiti jabučni ocat u prehranu, kao preljev za salatu i u drugim jelima. Neki ga ljudi piju razrijeđenog u vodi - uobičajeno od jedne do dvije čajne žličice (pet do 10 ml) do jedne do dvije jušne žlice (15 do 30 ml) u velikoj čaši vode. Preporučuje se otprilike deseterostruka količina vode.

● Za učinak nisu potrebne velike doze. Primjerice, za bolju regulaciju šećera u krvi doza su četiri čajne žličice (20 ml), razrijeđene u vodi, neposredno prije obroka s ugljikohidratima, kako bi se smanjili skokovi šećera.

● Jabučni ocat može poboljšati hormonsku sliku kod žena sa sindromom policističnih jajnika. U tom slučaju uzima se jedna jušna žlica (15 ml) u 100 ml vode redovito poslije večere.

● Za skidanje kilograma kod prekomjerno teških i pretilih osoba doza je jedna do dvije jušne žlice (15 do 30 ml) svaki dan tijekom nekoliko mjeseci.

Općenito je dobro početi s malim dozama i nikada ne uzimati velike količine, jer mogu imati neželjene učinke. Najbolje bi bilo uzimati organski, nepročišćeni jabučni ocat, piše živim.hr.
