Serija "Prijatelji" velik je dio života nekoliko generacija. Pratili smo ih najprije u društvu roditelja, kasnije si pojedinim epizodama popravljali dan ili uz šestero svima dobro poznatih prijatelja provodili lijene dane na kauču. Odlazak jednog od šestero, Matthewa Perryja koji je u seriji glumio lik Chandlera, rastužio nas je i ponovno podsjetio na mnogima najdražu humorističnu seriju, posebice na jednu od omiljenih nam epizoda pod nazivom "The One With All The Cheesecakes", donosi Dobra hrana.

Upravo zato, ovih smo dana odlučili replicirati cheesecake koji Chandler i Rachel, koju u seriji glumi Jennifer Aniston, kradu svom susjedu, pa čak i jedu s poda, zavaliti se na kauč i uživati u društvu omiljenih likova s malih ekrana. Jer, to je baš uvijek dobra ideja. U nastavku donosimo recept, a vama savjetujemo da učinite isto.

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na 180 stupnjeva.

Kalup premažite maslacem i obložite papirom za pečenje.

Kekse usitnite u multipraktiku dok ne dobijete mrvice. Keksima dodajte otopljeni maslac i utisnite ih u kalup. Pecite 10 minuta dok ne poprimi zlatnu boju.

Za to vrijeme u velikoj zdjeli miksajte krem sir sa šećerom. Dodajte kiselo vrhnje i kukuruzni škrob i sve dobro izmiksajte. Umiješajte vaniliju, jaja i žumanjak. Smjesu prelijte preko podloge i pecite 45 minuta ili dok ne poprimi boju.

Isključite pećnicu i vrata ostavite blago otvorena. Pustite da se cheesecake ohladi tako, izvadite ga iz pećnice i poslužite.

Serija "Prijatelji" velik je dio života nekoliko generacija. Pratili smo ih najprije u društvu roditelja, kasnije si pojedinim epizodama popravljali dan ili uz šestero svima dobro poznatih prijatelja provodili lijene dane na kauču. Odlazak jednog od šestero, Matthewa Perryja koji je u seriji glumio lik Chandlera, rastužio nas je i ponovno podsjetio na mnogima najdražu humorističnu seriju, posebice na jednu od omiljenih nam epizoda pod nazivom "The One With All The Cheesecakes", donosi Dobra hrana.

Upravo zato, ovih smo dana odlučili replicirati cheesecake koji Chandler i Rachel, koju u seriji glumi Jennifer Aniston, kradu svom susjedu, pa čak i jedu s poda, zavaliti se na kauč i uživati u društvu omiljenih likova s malih ekrana. Jer, to je baš uvijek dobra ideja. U nastavku donosimo recept, a vama savjetujemo da učinite isto.

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na 180 stupnjeva.

Kalup premažite maslacem i obložite papirom za pečenje.

Kekse usitnite u multipraktiku dok ne dobijete mrvice. Keksima dodajte otopljeni maslac i utisnite ih u kalup. Pecite 10 minuta dok ne poprimi zlatnu boju.

Za to vrijeme u velikoj zdjeli miksajte krem sir sa šećerom. Dodajte kiselo vrhnje i kukuruzni škrob i sve dobro izmiksajte. Umiješajte vaniliju, jaja i žumanjak. Smjesu prelijte preko podloge i pecite 45 minuta ili dok ne poprimi boju.

Isključite pećnicu i vrata ostavite blago otvorena. Pustite da se cheesecake ohladi tako, izvadite ga iz pećnice i poslužite.

Serija "Prijatelji" velik je dio života nekoliko generacija. Pratili smo ih najprije u društvu roditelja, kasnije si pojedinim epizodama popravljali dan ili uz šestero svima dobro poznatih prijatelja provodili lijene dane na kauču. Odlazak jednog od šestero, Matthewa Perryja koji je u seriji glumio lik Chandlera, rastužio nas je i ponovno podsjetio na mnogima najdražu humorističnu seriju, posebice na jednu od omiljenih nam epizoda pod nazivom "The One With All The Cheesecakes", donosi Dobra hrana.

Upravo zato, ovih smo dana odlučili replicirati cheesecake koji Chandler i Rachel, koju u seriji glumi Jennifer Aniston, kradu svom susjedu, pa čak i jedu s poda, zavaliti se na kauč i uživati u društvu omiljenih likova s malih ekrana. Jer, to je baš uvijek dobra ideja. U nastavku donosimo recept, a vama savjetujemo da učinite isto.

  • 200 g keksa
  • 100 g otopljenog maslaca
  • 900 g krem sira
  • 225 g šećera
  • 200 ml kiselog vrhnja
  • 2 žlice kukuruznog škroba
  • 3 jaja
  • 1 žumanjak
  • 2 žličice ekstrakta vanilije

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na 180 stupnjeva.

Kalup premažite maslacem i obložite papirom za pečenje.

Kekse usitnite u multipraktiku dok ne dobijete mrvice. Keksima dodajte otopljeni maslac i utisnite ih u kalup. Pecite 10 minuta dok ne poprimi zlatnu boju.

Za to vrijeme u velikoj zdjeli miksajte krem sir sa šećerom. Dodajte kiselo vrhnje i kukuruzni škrob i sve dobro izmiksajte. Umiješajte vaniliju, jaja i žumanjak. Smjesu prelijte preko podloge i pecite 45 minuta ili dok ne poprimi boju.

Isključite pećnicu i vrata ostavite blago otvorena. Pustite da se cheesecake ohladi tako, izvadite ga iz pećnice i poslužite.
