Na Sveučilištu u Zadru danas je održan Dan karijera Pomorskog odjela Sveučilišta u Zadru. Cilj njegova održavanja bio je je omogućiti studentima da se izravno informiraju o zahtjevima tržišta rada, upoznaju potencijalne poslodavce te da se omogući tvrtkama i institucijama iz područja pomorstva da se predstave studentima.

U Svečanoj dvorani održana je panel rasprava s istaknutim stručnjacima iz gospodarstva na temu Izazovi u obrazovanju i zapošljavanju u pomorskoj industriji. Na panelu su sudjelovali rukovoditelj pomoračkih kadrova u Jadroliniji Ognjen Koludrović, ravnateljica Agencije za istraživanje nesreća u zračnom, pomorskom i željezničkom prometu Alana Vukić, bivši student Mateo Barulić (MOL LNG Transport), direktor u OSM Thome Croatia Mladen Matek, Željko Zanki i Luka Krpina iz Tankerske plovidbe, voditeljica ureda SPH Vana Bosto i pročelnik Pomorskog odjela Luka Grbić, a moderirala ga je Ana Gundić.

- Na Pomorskom odjelu imamo najmanji pad studenata na Sveučilištu, jer imamo dobru zapošljivost nakon studija. Ta diploma nije kraj njihovog obrazovanja jer im za samostalan rad treba još barem pet godina u praksi. Ako dolaze sa slabim predznanjem, to je mukotrpan proces. Moja je preporuka da se na početku karijere zaposle kod domaćeg poslodavca jer će im tako biti lakše, rekao je Grbić.

U prvom dijelu panela govorilo se o ključnim izazovima u obrazovanju pomoraca, a u drugom dijelu o zapošljavanju, odnosno ubrzanom razvoju tehnologije, alternativnim vrstama goriva, automatizaciji koja dovodi do reduciranja članova posade.

- Podaci ukazuju da postoji manjak časničkog kadra, s da će se jaz između ponude i potražnje produbiti, rekla je Gundić.

Mateo Barulić iznio je svoje iskustvo o zapošljavanju „na kopnu“ nakon višegodišnje plovidbe morima. Uz današnju tehnologiju može se raditi iz svoje sobe za svjetsku firmu i s brodovima koji se nalaze u bilo kojoj vremenskoj zoni. Pitanje novih tehnologija posebno je elaborirao Mladen Matek iz jedne od vodećih svjetskih agencija za upravljanje brodovima Thome.

- Sav razvoj danas je usmjeren na štednju fosilnih goriva i smanjenje emisija CO2. Nove tehnologije su iznimno komplicirane i skupe i ono što mi možemo priuštiti ljudima u školama je samo mali dio onoga što ih očekuje. Uz svladavanje vještina za upravljanje stotinama uređaja na brodu iznimno je važno da shvate posljedice krivih odluka, kad ne žele slijediti

pravila o navigaciji, raditi prema procedurama. Svi da je uzrok velikih pomorskih nesreća u preko 70 posto slučajeva ljudska greška. Ako je brod zakasnio zbog problema u navigaciji, to je u redu ako je zapovjednik poštovao sigurnosne standarde. Jedna kriva odluka može sve s broda dovesti na CNN, rekao je Matek.

- Imamo velike planove oko razvoja flote, ugovarat ćemo i graditi klasične brodove koji će biti u potpunosti na struju, trajekte na biogorivo, čak i na vodik. To je izazov i za brodare i akademsku zajednicu, rekao je Koludrović.

Predstavnici Tankerske plovidbe iznijeli su svoje iskustvo rada za ovog domaćeg brodara, od početnih poslova do zapovjednika brodova i povratka u ured. Bilo koji pomorac u svako doba može doći u firmu i pitati što god ga interesira.

Nakon panela tvrtke su imale priliku predstaviti se studentima u prostorima Pomorskog odjela.

Na Sveučilištu u Zadru danas je održan Dan karijera Pomorskog odjela Sveučilišta u Zadru. Cilj njegova održavanja bio je je omogućiti studentima da se izravno informiraju o zahtjevima tržišta rada, upoznaju potencijalne poslodavce te da se omogući tvrtkama i institucijama iz područja pomorstva da se predstave studentima.

U Svečanoj dvorani održana je panel rasprava s istaknutim stručnjacima iz gospodarstva na temu Izazovi u obrazovanju i zapošljavanju u pomorskoj industriji. Na panelu su sudjelovali rukovoditelj pomoračkih kadrova u Jadroliniji Ognjen Koludrović, ravnateljica Agencije za istraživanje nesreća u zračnom, pomorskom i željezničkom prometu Alana Vukić, bivši student Mateo Barulić (MOL LNG Transport), direktor u OSM Thome Croatia Mladen Matek, Željko Zanki i Luka Krpina iz Tankerske plovidbe, voditeljica ureda SPH Vana Bosto i pročelnik Pomorskog odjela Luka Grbić, a moderirala ga je Ana Gundić.

- Na Pomorskom odjelu imamo najmanji pad studenata na Sveučilištu, jer imamo dobru zapošljivost nakon studija. Ta diploma nije kraj njihovog obrazovanja jer im za samostalan rad treba još barem pet godina u praksi. Ako dolaze sa slabim predznanjem, to je mukotrpan proces. Moja je preporuka da se na početku karijere zaposle kod domaćeg poslodavca jer će im tako biti lakše, rekao je Grbić.

U prvom dijelu panela govorilo se o ključnim izazovima u obrazovanju pomoraca, a u drugom dijelu o zapošljavanju, odnosno ubrzanom razvoju tehnologije, alternativnim vrstama goriva, automatizaciji koja dovodi do reduciranja članova posade.

- Podaci ukazuju da postoji manjak časničkog kadra, s da će se jaz između ponude i potražnje produbiti, rekla je Gundić.

Mateo Barulić iznio je svoje iskustvo o zapošljavanju „na kopnu“ nakon višegodišnje plovidbe morima. Uz današnju tehnologiju može se raditi iz svoje sobe za svjetsku firmu i s brodovima koji se nalaze u bilo kojoj vremenskoj zoni. Pitanje novih tehnologija posebno je elaborirao Mladen Matek iz jedne od vodećih svjetskih agencija za upravljanje brodovima Thome.

- Sav razvoj danas je usmjeren na štednju fosilnih goriva i smanjenje emisija CO2. Nove tehnologije su iznimno komplicirane i skupe i ono što mi možemo priuštiti ljudima u školama je samo mali dio onoga što ih očekuje. Uz svladavanje vještina za upravljanje stotinama uređaja na brodu iznimno je važno da shvate posljedice krivih odluka, kad ne žele slijediti

pravila o navigaciji, raditi prema procedurama. Svi da je uzrok velikih pomorskih nesreća u preko 70 posto slučajeva ljudska greška. Ako je brod zakasnio zbog problema u navigaciji, to je u redu ako je zapovjednik poštovao sigurnosne standarde. Jedna kriva odluka može sve s broda dovesti na CNN, rekao je Matek.

- Imamo velike planove oko razvoja flote, ugovarat ćemo i graditi klasične brodove koji će biti u potpunosti na struju, trajekte na biogorivo, čak i na vodik. To je izazov i za brodare i akademsku zajednicu, rekao je Koludrović.

Predstavnici Tankerske plovidbe iznijeli su svoje iskustvo rada za ovog domaćeg brodara, od početnih poslova do zapovjednika brodova i povratka u ured. Bilo koji pomorac u svako doba može doći u firmu i pitati što god ga interesira.

Nakon panela tvrtke su imale priliku predstaviti se studentima u prostorima Pomorskog odjela.
