- Na današnji dan, 6. svibnja 1989. godine, naša grupa Riva se popela na sami vrh Eurosonga...Prošlo je već 35 godina ali uspomene ostaju - prisjetili su se slavnog događaja u Facebook grupi "Za Zadar".

Zadarska grupa "Riva" je s pjesmom "Rock Me, baby" Rajka Dujmića i Steve Cvikića, kao predstavnik Jugoslavije, osvojila prvo mjesto na Pjesmi Eurovizije švicarskoj Lausanni. "Riva" je tada osvojila 137 bodova te tako "pokorila" žirije u svim državama sudionicama. Bila je i jedina eurovizijska pobjeda tadašnje Jugoslavije, države u raspadu, ali i jedini uspjeh hrvatskih predstavnika na eurovizijskom natjecanju.

Iste godine "Riva" je predstavlja Euroviziju u SAD-u, na festivalu Distant Accords Award u Nashvillu osvojila četvrto mjesto.

"Riva" je već drugog dana u svom Zadru doživjela nezapamćen doček: s 50.000 ljudi napunili su se Poluotok, Kalelarga i Narodni trg, a članovi grupe, i danas aktivna i popularna Emilija Kokić, Zvone Zrilić, Boško Colić, Nenad Nakić i Dado Musap bili su slavljeni kao heroji, doživjeli su trenutke europske slave koja se nikad više nije ponovila.

- Na današnji dan, 6. svibnja 1989. godine, naša grupa Riva se popela na sami vrh Eurosonga...Prošlo je već 35 godina ali uspomene ostaju - prisjetili su se slavnog događaja u Facebook grupi "Za Zadar".

Zadarska grupa "Riva" je s pjesmom "Rock Me, baby" Rajka Dujmića i Steve Cvikića, kao predstavnik Jugoslavije, osvojila prvo mjesto na Pjesmi Eurovizije švicarskoj Lausanni. "Riva" je tada osvojila 137 bodova te tako "pokorila" žirije u svim državama sudionicama. Bila je i jedina eurovizijska pobjeda tadašnje Jugoslavije, države u raspadu, ali i jedini uspjeh hrvatskih predstavnika na eurovizijskom natjecanju.

Iste godine "Riva" je predstavlja Euroviziju u SAD-u, na festivalu Distant Accords Award u Nashvillu osvojila četvrto mjesto.

"Riva" je već drugog dana u svom Zadru doživjela nezapamćen doček: s 50.000 ljudi napunili su se Poluotok, Kalelarga i Narodni trg, a članovi grupe, i danas aktivna i popularna Emilija Kokić, Zvone Zrilić, Boško Colić, Nenad Nakić i Dado Musap bili su slavljeni kao heroji, doživjeli su trenutke europske slave koja se nikad više nije ponovila.

- Na današnji dan, 6. svibnja 1989. godine, naša grupa Riva se popela na sami vrh Eurosonga...Prošlo je već 35 godina ali uspomene ostaju - prisjetili su se slavnog događaja u Facebook grupi "Za Zadar".

Zadarska grupa "Riva" je s pjesmom "Rock Me, baby" Rajka Dujmića i Steve Cvikića, kao predstavnik Jugoslavije, osvojila prvo mjesto na Pjesmi Eurovizije švicarskoj Lausanni. "Riva" je tada osvojila 137 bodova te tako "pokorila" žirije u svim državama sudionicama. Bila je i jedina eurovizijska pobjeda tadašnje Jugoslavije, države u raspadu, ali i jedini uspjeh hrvatskih predstavnika na eurovizijskom natjecanju.

Iste godine "Riva" je predstavlja Euroviziju u SAD-u, na festivalu Distant Accords Award u Nashvillu osvojila četvrto mjesto.

"Riva" je već drugog dana u svom Zadru doživjela nezapamćen doček: s 50.000 ljudi napunili su se Poluotok, Kalelarga i Narodni trg, a članovi grupe, i danas aktivna i popularna Emilija Kokić, Zvone Zrilić, Boško Colić, Nenad Nakić i Dado Musap bili su slavljeni kao heroji, doživjeli su trenutke europske slave koja se nikad više nije ponovila.
