Koliko god nečiji dom bio skup zbog veličine, materijala izgradnje, bazena, dizajnerskih komada namještaja... jedan od najbitnijih razloga visine cijene je - lokacija. 

Posljednjih godina redovito čitamo o prodaji domova bogatih i slavnih koji najčešće kupuju i prodaju kuće na Beverly Hillsu, Santa Barbari, otoku Maui... Njihove cijene su uglavnom do stotinjak milijuna eura.

Sada se saznalo da je na prodaju ponuđena vila Holme. To je najskuplja kuća u Londonu, a trenutno i na svijetu, a dostupna je samo vrlo bogatom novom vlasniku. Smještena je na 16.000 m2 privatnog prostora u Regent‘s Parku, jednom od osam kraljevskih parkova grada. Prodajna cijena kuće je 282 milijuna eura. Ako se proda po toj cijeni, bio bi to najunosniji posao s nekretninama u povijesti grada, jer rekord trenutno drži vila u Hyde Parkuna koja je plaćena 252 milijuna eura. To je ujedno i najskuplji dom koji se trenutno nalazi na tržištu, jer premašuje cijenu penthouse od 250 milijuna eura koji se prodaje na vrhu njujorškog tornja Central Park, piše Vanitatis.

Vilu je projektirao slavni Decimus Burton, kao rezidenciju obitelji Burton, a izgradila ga je 1818. tvrtka Jamesa Burtona, koji je kasnije tamo živio. Arhitektonski znanstvenik Guy Williams opisao ga je kao "jedan od najpoželjnijih privatnih domova u Londonu". Arhitektonski kritičar Ian Nairn napisao je o kući: "Ako želite definiciju zapadne civilizacije u jednom pogledu, onda je ovdje".

Koliko god nečiji dom bio skup zbog veličine, materijala izgradnje, bazena, dizajnerskih komada namještaja... jedan od najbitnijih razloga visine cijene je - lokacija. 

Posljednjih godina redovito čitamo o prodaji domova bogatih i slavnih koji najčešće kupuju i prodaju kuće na Beverly Hillsu, Santa Barbari, otoku Maui... Njihove cijene su uglavnom do stotinjak milijuna eura.

Sada se saznalo da je na prodaju ponuđena vila Holme. To je najskuplja kuća u Londonu, a trenutno i na svijetu, a dostupna je samo vrlo bogatom novom vlasniku. Smještena je na 16.000 m2 privatnog prostora u Regent‘s Parku, jednom od osam kraljevskih parkova grada. Prodajna cijena kuće je 282 milijuna eura. Ako se proda po toj cijeni, bio bi to najunosniji posao s nekretninama u povijesti grada, jer rekord trenutno drži vila u Hyde Parkuna koja je plaćena 252 milijuna eura. To je ujedno i najskuplji dom koji se trenutno nalazi na tržištu, jer premašuje cijenu penthouse od 250 milijuna eura koji se prodaje na vrhu njujorškog tornja Central Park, piše Vanitatis.

Vilu je projektirao slavni Decimus Burton, kao rezidenciju obitelji Burton, a izgradila ga je 1818. tvrtka Jamesa Burtona, koji je kasnije tamo živio. Arhitektonski znanstvenik Guy Williams opisao ga je kao "jedan od najpoželjnijih privatnih domova u Londonu". Arhitektonski kritičar Ian Nairn napisao je o kući: "Ako želite definiciju zapadne civilizacije u jednom pogledu, onda je ovdje".

Koliko god nečiji dom bio skup zbog veličine, materijala izgradnje, bazena, dizajnerskih komada namještaja... jedan od najbitnijih razloga visine cijene je - lokacija. 

Posljednjih godina redovito čitamo o prodaji domova bogatih i slavnih koji najčešće kupuju i prodaju kuće na Beverly Hillsu, Santa Barbari, otoku Maui... Njihove cijene su uglavnom do stotinjak milijuna eura.

Sada se saznalo da je na prodaju ponuđena vila Holme. To je najskuplja kuća u Londonu, a trenutno i na svijetu, a dostupna je samo vrlo bogatom novom vlasniku. Smještena je na 16.000 m2 privatnog prostora u Regent‘s Parku, jednom od osam kraljevskih parkova grada. Prodajna cijena kuće je 282 milijuna eura. Ako se proda po toj cijeni, bio bi to najunosniji posao s nekretninama u povijesti grada, jer rekord trenutno drži vila u Hyde Parkuna koja je plaćena 252 milijuna eura. To je ujedno i najskuplji dom koji se trenutno nalazi na tržištu, jer premašuje cijenu penthouse od 250 milijuna eura koji se prodaje na vrhu njujorškog tornja Central Park, piše Vanitatis.

Vilu je projektirao slavni Decimus Burton, kao rezidenciju obitelji Burton, a izgradila ga je 1818. tvrtka Jamesa Burtona, koji je kasnije tamo živio. Arhitektonski znanstvenik Guy Williams opisao ga je kao "jedan od najpoželjnijih privatnih domova u Londonu". Arhitektonski kritičar Ian Nairn napisao je o kući: "Ako želite definiciju zapadne civilizacije u jednom pogledu, onda je ovdje".
