Predsjednik stranke MODES je uoči današnje elektronske sjednice Županijske skupštine uputio pripćenje, koje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Na dnevnom redu današnje imaginarne Županijske skupštine među ostalim točkama je i točka kojom je predviđeno davanje suglasnosti školi u Biogradu za podizanje kredita i kupnju nekretnine, za što bi Županija trebala biti jamac.

Namjera je kupiti zgradu koja je rađena kao uredski prostor i u nju staviti obrazovnu ustanovu. Zgrada košta 4.6 milijuna kuna, a vještak je vrijednost procijenio na temelju komparacije sa zgradama u Zagrebu??? Nije upisana u katastar, a lokacija je u K2 području, što je komunalno-servisna zona.

Ono što cijelu ovu priču čini posebno sumnjivom i nejasnom, je to da cijela materijalna imovina društva GO-TEK, koje je vlasnik predmetne nekretnine iznosi 3,3 milijuna kuna.

Naime, sam građevinski objekt koji je predmet ove kupoprodaje u poslovnim knjigama društva GO-TEK ima vrijednost od 1,75 milijuna kuna a kupuje se za 4,6 milijuna kuna, odnosno zarada na prodaji je veća od 2,8 milijuna kuna.

Navedena tvrtka je 1530 m2 zemljišta u komunalno servisnoj zoni za gradnju predmetne nekretnine kupila za 249 390,00 kn, navodno je i komunalni doprinos smanjen sa 400 000 na 100 000 kn uz uvjet zapošljavanja građana grada Biograda, da bi na današnjoj nelegitimnoj online sjednici, na kojoj se ne smiju postavljati očito za vladajuće nezgodna pitanja (s tim ciljem je ukinut aktualni sat) nekretninu vrijednu 1,75 milijuna kuna (po poslovnim knjigama društva GO-TEK) trebali prodati za 4,6 milijuna kuna i lijepo zaraditi.

Odbijam sudjelovati u ovom nakaradnom igrokazu kojem je cilj po ko zna koji put provući kroz skupštinu nekakve upitne odluke i ne želim biti jedan od onih koji na bilo koji način (pa makar i samim sudjelovanjem) daju legitimitet ovoj i ovakvoj odluci bez mogućnosti preispitivanja iste.

Izbori su blizu, za izbore treba i dosta financija ali ovo je stvarno previše, čak i za HDZ.!

Predsjednik stranke MODES je uoči današnje elektronske sjednice Županijske skupštine uputio pripćenje, koje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Na dnevnom redu današnje imaginarne Županijske skupštine među ostalim točkama je i točka kojom je predviđeno davanje suglasnosti školi u Biogradu za podizanje kredita i kupnju nekretnine, za što bi Županija trebala biti jamac.

Namjera je kupiti zgradu koja je rađena kao uredski prostor i u nju staviti obrazovnu ustanovu. Zgrada košta 4.6 milijuna kuna, a vještak je vrijednost procijenio na temelju komparacije sa zgradama u Zagrebu??? Nije upisana u katastar, a lokacija je u K2 području, što je komunalno-servisna zona.

Ono što cijelu ovu priču čini posebno sumnjivom i nejasnom, je to da cijela materijalna imovina društva GO-TEK, koje je vlasnik predmetne nekretnine iznosi 3,3 milijuna kuna.

Naime, sam građevinski objekt koji je predmet ove kupoprodaje u poslovnim knjigama društva GO-TEK ima vrijednost od 1,75 milijuna kuna a kupuje se za 4,6 milijuna kuna, odnosno zarada na prodaji je veća od 2,8 milijuna kuna.

Navedena tvrtka je 1530 m2 zemljišta u komunalno servisnoj zoni za gradnju predmetne nekretnine kupila za 249 390,00 kn, navodno je i komunalni doprinos smanjen sa 400 000 na 100 000 kn uz uvjet zapošljavanja građana grada Biograda, da bi na današnjoj nelegitimnoj online sjednici, na kojoj se ne smiju postavljati očito za vladajuće nezgodna pitanja (s tim ciljem je ukinut aktualni sat) nekretninu vrijednu 1,75 milijuna kuna (po poslovnim knjigama društva GO-TEK) trebali prodati za 4,6 milijuna kuna i lijepo zaraditi.

Odbijam sudjelovati u ovom nakaradnom igrokazu kojem je cilj po ko zna koji put provući kroz skupštinu nekakve upitne odluke i ne želim biti jedan od onih koji na bilo koji način (pa makar i samim sudjelovanjem) daju legitimitet ovoj i ovakvoj odluci bez mogućnosti preispitivanja iste.

Izbori su blizu, za izbore treba i dosta financija ali ovo je stvarno previše, čak i za HDZ.!

Predsjednik stranke MODES je uoči današnje elektronske sjednice Županijske skupštine uputio pripćenje, koje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Na dnevnom redu današnje imaginarne Županijske skupštine među ostalim točkama je i točka kojom je predviđeno davanje suglasnosti školi u Biogradu za podizanje kredita i kupnju nekretnine, za što bi Županija trebala biti jamac.

Namjera je kupiti zgradu koja je rađena kao uredski prostor i u nju staviti obrazovnu ustanovu. Zgrada košta 4.6 milijuna kuna, a vještak je vrijednost procijenio na temelju komparacije sa zgradama u Zagrebu??? Nije upisana u katastar, a lokacija je u K2 području, što je komunalno-servisna zona.

Ono što cijelu ovu priču čini posebno sumnjivom i nejasnom, je to da cijela materijalna imovina društva GO-TEK, koje je vlasnik predmetne nekretnine iznosi 3,3 milijuna kuna.

Naime, sam građevinski objekt koji je predmet ove kupoprodaje u poslovnim knjigama društva GO-TEK ima vrijednost od 1,75 milijuna kuna a kupuje se za 4,6 milijuna kuna, odnosno zarada na prodaji je veća od 2,8 milijuna kuna.

Navedena tvrtka je 1530 m2 zemljišta u komunalno servisnoj zoni za gradnju predmetne nekretnine kupila za 249 390,00 kn, navodno je i komunalni doprinos smanjen sa 400 000 na 100 000 kn uz uvjet zapošljavanja građana grada Biograda, da bi na današnjoj nelegitimnoj online sjednici, na kojoj se ne smiju postavljati očito za vladajuće nezgodna pitanja (s tim ciljem je ukinut aktualni sat) nekretninu vrijednu 1,75 milijuna kuna (po poslovnim knjigama društva GO-TEK) trebali prodati za 4,6 milijuna kuna i lijepo zaraditi.

Odbijam sudjelovati u ovom nakaradnom igrokazu kojem je cilj po ko zna koji put provući kroz skupštinu nekakve upitne odluke i ne želim biti jedan od onih koji na bilo koji način (pa makar i samim sudjelovanjem) daju legitimitet ovoj i ovakvoj odluci bez mogućnosti preispitivanja iste.

Izbori su blizu, za izbore treba i dosta financija ali ovo je stvarno previše, čak i za HDZ.!
