Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić poslao je osvrt na izjave gradskog vijećnika Mladena Malte koje prenosimo u cijelosti.

Nastavno na današnji istup vijećnika Gradskog vijeća Grada Zadra Mladena Malte ovim putem iznosimo osvrt na iznesene tvrdnje. Prije svega ističemo kako je Grad Zadar jedan od prvih gradova u Republici Hrvatskoj koji je, prateći razvoj situacije sa virusom COVID-19, počeo vrlo brzo donositi odluke odnosno konkretne mjere pomoći građanima i gospodarskim subjektima i to:

- Odluka o privremenom oslobođenju od plaćanja zakupnine za poslovne prostore u vlasništvu Grada Zadra donesena 30. ožujka 2020. godine,

- Odluka o privremenom oslobođenju od plaćanja zakupnine za javne površine donesena 30. ožujka 2020. godine.

Naprijed navedene odluke odnosile su se na one zakupnike čije je obavljanje djelatnosti, sukladno odlukama Stožera civilne zaštite RH, bilo zabranjeno. Ističe se kako su ove Odluke donesene u rekordnom roku upravo kako bi se odmah pomoglo gospodarskim subjektima i njihovim zaposlenicima odnosno svima na koje je ova kriza utjecala.

Prateći razvoj gospodarske i epidemiološke situacije Grad Zadar, Upravni odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom intenzivno surađuje s Hrvatskom gospodarskom komorom te predstavnicima obrtnika i cehova te su sve mjere koje su donesene rezultat suradnje i prijedloga upravo gospodarskih subjekata koji su pogođeni krizom, a posljednje u nizu takvih mjera su

- oslobođenje plaćanja zakupnine za sve zakupnike poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu Grada Zadra za mjesec svibanj 2020. godine te odgoda plaćanja zakupnine za mjesec lipanj i srpanj 2020. godine,

- oslobođenje plaćanja zakupnine za sve zakupnike javnih površina za mjesec svibanj 2020. godine te odgoda plaćanja zakupnine za mjesec lipanj i srpanj 2020. godine,

- oslobođenje od plaćanja najamnine za socijalne i/ili zaštićene najmoprimce u stanovima u vlasništvu Grada Zadra, a koje odluke su donesene na danas održanoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća.

Grad Zadar, Upravni odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom kroz cijelo vrijeme trajanja ove krize dostupan je građanima, poduzetnicima i obrtnicima u svim oblicima komunikacije, te su se navedeni obraćali Upravnom odjelu za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom s konkretnim upitima, od kojih je na svaki konkretan zahtjev stranke odgovoreno i ukoliko je to bilo u mogućnosti i udovoljeno.

Ističe se kako je većina drugih gradova donijela odluke o odgodi plaćanja te su se poneki gradovi ponijeli za našim primjerom i naknadno donijeli odluke o oslobođenju. Izvrtanjem konkretnih činjenica i donesenih mjera u svrhu privlačenja pažnje javnosti i politikanstva, nanosi se šteta ugledu Grada Zadra i Upravnom odjelu za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom te isto ne predstavlja niti malo korektno postupanje.

Grad Zadar je za čitavo vrijeme korona krize permanentno koordinirao sve aktivnosti sa svim relevantnim subjektima koji su zajednički, u okviru objektivnih mogućnosti, donosili odluke i pokušali doći do optimalnih rješenja, prvenstveno imajući na umu očuvanje gospodarskih aktivnosti, kako gospodarskih subjekata, tako i Grada Zadra i nadasve očuvanje radnih mjesta kao imperativ, nemajući pri tom ambicije stjecanja politikanskih bodova.

Grad Zadar i dalje će pratiti razvoj gospodarske i epidemiološke situacije te reagirati kao i dosada u kratkom roku, a sve kako bi bili na pomoći i usluzi svim građanima i kako bi svi zajedno prebrodili ovu novonastalu situaciju sa što manje negativnih posljedica.

Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić poslao je osvrt na izjave gradskog vijećnika Mladena Malte koje prenosimo u cijelosti.

Nastavno na današnji istup vijećnika Gradskog vijeća Grada Zadra Mladena Malte ovim putem iznosimo osvrt na iznesene tvrdnje. Prije svega ističemo kako je Grad Zadar jedan od prvih gradova u Republici Hrvatskoj koji je, prateći razvoj situacije sa virusom COVID-19, počeo vrlo brzo donositi odluke odnosno konkretne mjere pomoći građanima i gospodarskim subjektima i to:

- Odluka o privremenom oslobođenju od plaćanja zakupnine za poslovne prostore u vlasništvu Grada Zadra donesena 30. ožujka 2020. godine,

- Odluka o privremenom oslobođenju od plaćanja zakupnine za javne površine donesena 30. ožujka 2020. godine.

Naprijed navedene odluke odnosile su se na one zakupnike čije je obavljanje djelatnosti, sukladno odlukama Stožera civilne zaštite RH, bilo zabranjeno. Ističe se kako su ove Odluke donesene u rekordnom roku upravo kako bi se odmah pomoglo gospodarskim subjektima i njihovim zaposlenicima odnosno svima na koje je ova kriza utjecala.

Prateći razvoj gospodarske i epidemiološke situacije Grad Zadar, Upravni odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom intenzivno surađuje s Hrvatskom gospodarskom komorom te predstavnicima obrtnika i cehova te su sve mjere koje su donesene rezultat suradnje i prijedloga upravo gospodarskih subjekata koji su pogođeni krizom, a posljednje u nizu takvih mjera su

- oslobođenje plaćanja zakupnine za sve zakupnike poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu Grada Zadra za mjesec svibanj 2020. godine te odgoda plaćanja zakupnine za mjesec lipanj i srpanj 2020. godine,

- oslobođenje plaćanja zakupnine za sve zakupnike javnih površina za mjesec svibanj 2020. godine te odgoda plaćanja zakupnine za mjesec lipanj i srpanj 2020. godine,

- oslobođenje od plaćanja najamnine za socijalne i/ili zaštićene najmoprimce u stanovima u vlasništvu Grada Zadra, a koje odluke su donesene na danas održanoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća.

Grad Zadar, Upravni odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom kroz cijelo vrijeme trajanja ove krize dostupan je građanima, poduzetnicima i obrtnicima u svim oblicima komunikacije, te su se navedeni obraćali Upravnom odjelu za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom s konkretnim upitima, od kojih je na svaki konkretan zahtjev stranke odgovoreno i ukoliko je to bilo u mogućnosti i udovoljeno.

Ističe se kako je većina drugih gradova donijela odluke o odgodi plaćanja te su se poneki gradovi ponijeli za našim primjerom i naknadno donijeli odluke o oslobođenju. Izvrtanjem konkretnih činjenica i donesenih mjera u svrhu privlačenja pažnje javnosti i politikanstva, nanosi se šteta ugledu Grada Zadra i Upravnom odjelu za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom te isto ne predstavlja niti malo korektno postupanje.

Grad Zadar je za čitavo vrijeme korona krize permanentno koordinirao sve aktivnosti sa svim relevantnim subjektima koji su zajednički, u okviru objektivnih mogućnosti, donosili odluke i pokušali doći do optimalnih rješenja, prvenstveno imajući na umu očuvanje gospodarskih aktivnosti, kako gospodarskih subjekata, tako i Grada Zadra i nadasve očuvanje radnih mjesta kao imperativ, nemajući pri tom ambicije stjecanja politikanskih bodova.

Grad Zadar i dalje će pratiti razvoj gospodarske i epidemiološke situacije te reagirati kao i dosada u kratkom roku, a sve kako bi bili na pomoći i usluzi svim građanima i kako bi svi zajedno prebrodili ovu novonastalu situaciju sa što manje negativnih posljedica.

Dukić odgovara Malti: Izvrtanjem konkretnih činjenica i donesenih mjera u svrhu privlačenja pažnje i politikanstva, nanosi se šteta ugledu Grada

Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić poslao je osvrt na izjave gradskog vijećnika Mladena Malte koje prenosimo u cijelosti.

Nastavno na današnji istup vijećnika Gradskog vijeća Grada Zadra Mladena Malte ovim putem iznosimo osvrt na iznesene tvrdnje. Prije svega ističemo kako je Grad Zadar jedan od prvih gradova u Republici Hrvatskoj koji je, prateći razvoj situacije sa virusom COVID-19, počeo vrlo brzo donositi odluke odnosno konkretne mjere pomoći građanima i gospodarskim subjektima i to:

- Odluka o privremenom oslobođenju od plaćanja zakupnine za poslovne prostore u vlasništvu Grada Zadra donesena 30. ožujka 2020. godine,

- Odluka o privremenom oslobođenju od plaćanja zakupnine za javne površine donesena 30. ožujka 2020. godine.

Naprijed navedene odluke odnosile su se na one zakupnike čije je obavljanje djelatnosti, sukladno odlukama Stožera civilne zaštite RH, bilo zabranjeno. Ističe se kako su ove Odluke donesene u rekordnom roku upravo kako bi se odmah pomoglo gospodarskim subjektima i njihovim zaposlenicima odnosno svima na koje je ova kriza utjecala.

Prateći razvoj gospodarske i epidemiološke situacije Grad Zadar, Upravni odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom intenzivno surađuje s Hrvatskom gospodarskom komorom te predstavnicima obrtnika i cehova te su sve mjere koje su donesene rezultat suradnje i prijedloga upravo gospodarskih subjekata koji su pogođeni krizom, a posljednje u nizu takvih mjera su

- oslobođenje plaćanja zakupnine za sve zakupnike poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu Grada Zadra za mjesec svibanj 2020. godine te odgoda plaćanja zakupnine za mjesec lipanj i srpanj 2020. godine,

- oslobođenje plaćanja zakupnine za sve zakupnike javnih površina za mjesec svibanj 2020. godine te odgoda plaćanja zakupnine za mjesec lipanj i srpanj 2020. godine,

- oslobođenje od plaćanja najamnine za socijalne i/ili zaštićene najmoprimce u stanovima u vlasništvu Grada Zadra, a koje odluke su donesene na danas održanoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća.

Grad Zadar, Upravni odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom kroz cijelo vrijeme trajanja ove krize dostupan je građanima, poduzetnicima i obrtnicima u svim oblicima komunikacije, te su se navedeni obraćali Upravnom odjelu za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom s konkretnim upitima, od kojih je na svaki konkretan zahtjev stranke odgovoreno i ukoliko je to bilo u mogućnosti i udovoljeno.

Ističe se kako je većina drugih gradova donijela odluke o odgodi plaćanja te su se poneki gradovi ponijeli za našim primjerom i naknadno donijeli odluke o oslobođenju. Izvrtanjem konkretnih činjenica i donesenih mjera u svrhu privlačenja pažnje javnosti i politikanstva, nanosi se šteta ugledu Grada Zadra i Upravnom odjelu za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom te isto ne predstavlja niti malo korektno postupanje.

Grad Zadar je za čitavo vrijeme korona krize permanentno koordinirao sve aktivnosti sa svim relevantnim subjektima koji su zajednički, u okviru objektivnih mogućnosti, donosili odluke i pokušali doći do optimalnih rješenja, prvenstveno imajući na umu očuvanje gospodarskih aktivnosti, kako gospodarskih subjekata, tako i Grada Zadra i nadasve očuvanje radnih mjesta kao imperativ, nemajući pri tom ambicije stjecanja politikanskih bodova.

Grad Zadar i dalje će pratiti razvoj gospodarske i epidemiološke situacije te reagirati kao i dosada u kratkom roku, a sve kako bi bili na pomoći i usluzi svim građanima i kako bi svi zajedno prebrodili ovu novonastalu situaciju sa što manje negativnih posljedica.
