U Središtu za obuku Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva "Rudolf Perešin" u vojarni "Pukovnik Mirko Vukušić" u Zemuniku u četvrtak, 2. srpnja 2020. godine započela je teorijska priprema za selekcijsko letenje kandidata za 29. naraštaj vojnih pilota i 8. naraštaj onih koji će se školovati po programu Izvan projekta kadet.

Kandidati za 29. naraštaj su se po završetku srednje škole javili na natječaj za vojnog pilota, a kandidati za 8. naraštaj Izvan projekta kadet, pripadnici su Hrvatske vojske koji su se na selekcijsko letenje prijavili iz svojih postrojbi.

Ove godine su, po prvi put na temelju Javnog poziva, na selekcijsko letenje došli i učenici trećih razreda srednjih škola. Ukoliko uspješno završe selekcijsko letenje mogu potpisati s Ministarstvom obrane ugovor o stipendiranju temeljem kojeg će primati stipendiju do kraja srednjoškolskog obrazovanja te će slijedeće godine, odnosno po završetku srednje škole nastaviti školovanje za vojnog pilota kao polaznici 30. naraštaja.

Prije dolaska na selekcijsko letenje, svi kandidati su prošli zahtjevan liječnički pregled, psihološko testiranje i motoričke provjere.

Zaželjevši im dobrodošlicu, zapovjednik Pilotske škole Središta za obuku HRZ-a brigadir Željko Harapin upoznao je kandidate s aktivnostima koje ih očekuju tijekom selekcijskog letenja te im udijelio niz korisnih savjeta koji će im pomoći tijekom zahtjevnog obučnog procesa koji je pred njima. Brigadir Harapin pritom je istaknuo kako je u letačkoj obuci najvažniji element motivacija: „Uvijek trebate ostati fokusirani na onaj glavni cilj, a to je da želite postati vojni piloti i istinski uživati u letenju. Do ostvarenja tog cilja čeka vas dugotrajna i intenzivna obuka koju možete uspješno završiti jedino ako ste visoko motivirani i uporni", rekao je te dodao kako od ovog trenutka oni postaju tim i trebaju raditi kao tim.

Dobrodošlicu im je poželjela i zrakoplovna psihologinja, bojnica Stela Ferić-Živaljić iz Pilotske škole SzO-a HRZ-a, koja će zajedno s ostalim djelatnicima Pilotske škole te instruktorima i nastavnicima letenja iz 93. krila pratiti sve faze selekcijskog postupka. „Ako se u pilotskoj kabini, koja će biti vaše radno mjesto osjećate dobro, niti jedna prepreka vam neće biti nesavladiva. Trebate naporno raditi, a vaše sposobnosti i motivacija bit će vam dobar vjetar u leđa", rekla je bojnica Ferić-Živaljić.

Nakon što u Središta za obuku HRZ-a usvoje potrebna znanja o tehničkim značajkama aviona ZLIN 242 L, kandidati za pilote će u 392. eskadrili aviona, nakon primijenjene teorije, početi letenje. Tijekom selekcijskog letenja s njima će raditi iskusni nastavnici letenja, a svakom će se kandidatu pristupati individualno ovisno o potrebama i predznanjima. Tijekom selekcijskog postupka ocjenjivat će se njihove sposobnosti za daljnje školovanje za vojne pilote i prijam u službu.

U Središtu za obuku Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva "Rudolf Perešin" u vojarni "Pukovnik Mirko Vukušić" u Zemuniku u četvrtak, 2. srpnja 2020. godine započela je teorijska priprema za selekcijsko letenje kandidata za 29. naraštaj vojnih pilota i 8. naraštaj onih koji će se školovati po programu Izvan projekta kadet.

Kandidati za 29. naraštaj su se po završetku srednje škole javili na natječaj za vojnog pilota, a kandidati za 8. naraštaj Izvan projekta kadet, pripadnici su Hrvatske vojske koji su se na selekcijsko letenje prijavili iz svojih postrojbi.

Ove godine su, po prvi put na temelju Javnog poziva, na selekcijsko letenje došli i učenici trećih razreda srednjih škola. Ukoliko uspješno završe selekcijsko letenje mogu potpisati s Ministarstvom obrane ugovor o stipendiranju temeljem kojeg će primati stipendiju do kraja srednjoškolskog obrazovanja te će slijedeće godine, odnosno po završetku srednje škole nastaviti školovanje za vojnog pilota kao polaznici 30. naraštaja.

Prije dolaska na selekcijsko letenje, svi kandidati su prošli zahtjevan liječnički pregled, psihološko testiranje i motoričke provjere.

Zaželjevši im dobrodošlicu, zapovjednik Pilotske škole Središta za obuku HRZ-a brigadir Željko Harapin upoznao je kandidate s aktivnostima koje ih očekuju tijekom selekcijskog letenja te im udijelio niz korisnih savjeta koji će im pomoći tijekom zahtjevnog obučnog procesa koji je pred njima. Brigadir Harapin pritom je istaknuo kako je u letačkoj obuci najvažniji element motivacija: „Uvijek trebate ostati fokusirani na onaj glavni cilj, a to je da želite postati vojni piloti i istinski uživati u letenju. Do ostvarenja tog cilja čeka vas dugotrajna i intenzivna obuka koju možete uspješno završiti jedino ako ste visoko motivirani i uporni", rekao je te dodao kako od ovog trenutka oni postaju tim i trebaju raditi kao tim.

Dobrodošlicu im je poželjela i zrakoplovna psihologinja, bojnica Stela Ferić-Živaljić iz Pilotske škole SzO-a HRZ-a, koja će zajedno s ostalim djelatnicima Pilotske škole te instruktorima i nastavnicima letenja iz 93. krila pratiti sve faze selekcijskog postupka. „Ako se u pilotskoj kabini, koja će biti vaše radno mjesto osjećate dobro, niti jedna prepreka vam neće biti nesavladiva. Trebate naporno raditi, a vaše sposobnosti i motivacija bit će vam dobar vjetar u leđa", rekla je bojnica Ferić-Živaljić.

Nakon što u Središta za obuku HRZ-a usvoje potrebna znanja o tehničkim značajkama aviona ZLIN 242 L, kandidati za pilote će u 392. eskadrili aviona, nakon primijenjene teorije, početi letenje. Tijekom selekcijskog letenja s njima će raditi iskusni nastavnici letenja, a svakom će se kandidatu pristupati individualno ovisno o potrebama i predznanjima. Tijekom selekcijskog postupka ocjenjivat će se njihove sposobnosti za daljnje školovanje za vojne pilote i prijam u službu.

Započela priprema za selekcijsko letenje kandidata u Zemuniku, svi prošli zahtjevan liječnički pregled, psihološko testiranje i motoričke provjere

U Središtu za obuku Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva "Rudolf Perešin" u vojarni "Pukovnik Mirko Vukušić" u Zemuniku u četvrtak, 2. srpnja 2020. godine započela je teorijska priprema za selekcijsko letenje kandidata za 29. naraštaj vojnih pilota i 8. naraštaj onih koji će se školovati po programu Izvan projekta kadet.

Kandidati za 29. naraštaj su se po završetku srednje škole javili na natječaj za vojnog pilota, a kandidati za 8. naraštaj Izvan projekta kadet, pripadnici su Hrvatske vojske koji su se na selekcijsko letenje prijavili iz svojih postrojbi.

Ove godine su, po prvi put na temelju Javnog poziva, na selekcijsko letenje došli i učenici trećih razreda srednjih škola. Ukoliko uspješno završe selekcijsko letenje mogu potpisati s Ministarstvom obrane ugovor o stipendiranju temeljem kojeg će primati stipendiju do kraja srednjoškolskog obrazovanja te će slijedeće godine, odnosno po završetku srednje škole nastaviti školovanje za vojnog pilota kao polaznici 30. naraštaja.

Prije dolaska na selekcijsko letenje, svi kandidati su prošli zahtjevan liječnički pregled, psihološko testiranje i motoričke provjere.

Zaželjevši im dobrodošlicu, zapovjednik Pilotske škole Središta za obuku HRZ-a brigadir Željko Harapin upoznao je kandidate s aktivnostima koje ih očekuju tijekom selekcijskog letenja te im udijelio niz korisnih savjeta koji će im pomoći tijekom zahtjevnog obučnog procesa koji je pred njima. Brigadir Harapin pritom je istaknuo kako je u letačkoj obuci najvažniji element motivacija: „Uvijek trebate ostati fokusirani na onaj glavni cilj, a to je da želite postati vojni piloti i istinski uživati u letenju. Do ostvarenja tog cilja čeka vas dugotrajna i intenzivna obuka koju možete uspješno završiti jedino ako ste visoko motivirani i uporni", rekao je te dodao kako od ovog trenutka oni postaju tim i trebaju raditi kao tim.

Dobrodošlicu im je poželjela i zrakoplovna psihologinja, bojnica Stela Ferić-Živaljić iz Pilotske škole SzO-a HRZ-a, koja će zajedno s ostalim djelatnicima Pilotske škole te instruktorima i nastavnicima letenja iz 93. krila pratiti sve faze selekcijskog postupka. „Ako se u pilotskoj kabini, koja će biti vaše radno mjesto osjećate dobro, niti jedna prepreka vam neće biti nesavladiva. Trebate naporno raditi, a vaše sposobnosti i motivacija bit će vam dobar vjetar u leđa", rekla je bojnica Ferić-Živaljić.

Nakon što u Središta za obuku HRZ-a usvoje potrebna znanja o tehničkim značajkama aviona ZLIN 242 L, kandidati za pilote će u 392. eskadrili aviona, nakon primijenjene teorije, početi letenje. Tijekom selekcijskog letenja s njima će raditi iskusni nastavnici letenja, a svakom će se kandidatu pristupati individualno ovisno o potrebama i predznanjima. Tijekom selekcijskog postupka ocjenjivat će se njihove sposobnosti za daljnje školovanje za vojne pilote i prijam u službu.
