Služba za ugostiteljstvo i pružanje usluga u turizmu koja djeluje u sastavu Područnog ureda Državnog inspektorata u Splitu odlučila je zatvoriti neregistriran ugostiteljski objekt s bungalovima koji se nalazi na brdu usred maslinika i vinograda u Primoštenu.
Njegovi će vlasnici, a riječ je o švedskom državljaninu s primoštenskom adresom Danielu Nilsu Henryju Josefssonu i Ivanu Skorinu, čovjeku primoštenskih korijena s adresom u Velikoj Gorici, morati vratiti novac koji su unazad dvije godine ilegalno zaradili, piše Morski.hr, a prenosi Jutarnji.hr.
- Tijekom listopada obavljena su dva inspekcijska nadzora neregistriranog ugostiteljskog objekta pod nazivom "Azalea Wine and Olive Hill" u Primoštenu (šest mobilnih kuća i jedna fiksna građevina), te je zbog obavljanja neregistrirane djelatnosti pružanja usluga i smještaja od strane tvrtke "Spring harvest" iz Primoštena, predio Halovac bez zakonom propisanih akata za obavljanje registrirane djelatnosti.
Time su počinjena kršenja Zakona o zabrani i sprječavanju obavljanja neregistrirane djelatnosti (zabranjeno usmenim rješenjem u zapisniku), Zakona obavljanja navedene djelatnosti (dostavljen i pisani otpravak rješenja stranci 18. listopada), dok je rješenje dostavljeno i nadležnoj Poreznoj upravi, Hrvatskom zavodu za zapošljavanje te Centru za socijalnu skrb.
Nadalje, 24. listopada podnesen je i optužni prijedlog Općinskom prekršajnom sudu u Šibeniku uz oduzimanje prekršajem stečene imovinske koristi za 2022. i 2023. godinu. Također, sukladno Zakonu, rješenje o zabrani obavljanja navedene djelatnosti upućeno je i nadležnoj Poreznoj upravi, Hrvatskom zavodu za zapošljavanje, te Centru za socijalnu skrb - navodi se u rješenju Državnog inspektorata.
Ugostiteljski objekt Azalea Wine and Olive Hill na platformi Booking.com posjeduje ocjenu 9,8, ali trenutno ne može primati rezervacije.
Načelnik Primoštena Stipe Petrina rekao je Morskom da nije upoznat s najnovijim slučajem:
- Ne znam zašto te kućice ne smiju biti priključene na struju i vodu, ali ako im je Državni inspektorat nešto našao, onda očito ne mogu raditi legalno.

Služba za ugostiteljstvo i pružanje usluga u turizmu koja djeluje u sastavu Područnog ureda Državnog inspektorata u Splitu odlučila je zatvoriti neregistriran ugostiteljski objekt s bungalovima koji se nalazi na brdu usred maslinika i vinograda u Primoštenu.
Njegovi će vlasnici, a riječ je o švedskom državljaninu s primoštenskom adresom Danielu Nilsu Henryju Josefssonu i Ivanu Skorinu, čovjeku primoštenskih korijena s adresom u Velikoj Gorici, morati vratiti novac koji su unazad dvije godine ilegalno zaradili, piše Morski.hr, a prenosi Jutarnji.hr.
- Tijekom listopada obavljena su dva inspekcijska nadzora neregistriranog ugostiteljskog objekta pod nazivom "Azalea Wine and Olive Hill" u Primoštenu (šest mobilnih kuća i jedna fiksna građevina), te je zbog obavljanja neregistrirane djelatnosti pružanja usluga i smještaja od strane tvrtke "Spring harvest" iz Primoštena, predio Halovac bez zakonom propisanih akata za obavljanje registrirane djelatnosti.
Time su počinjena kršenja Zakona o zabrani i sprječavanju obavljanja neregistrirane djelatnosti (zabranjeno usmenim rješenjem u zapisniku), Zakona obavljanja navedene djelatnosti (dostavljen i pisani otpravak rješenja stranci 18. listopada), dok je rješenje dostavljeno i nadležnoj Poreznoj upravi, Hrvatskom zavodu za zapošljavanje te Centru za socijalnu skrb.
Nadalje, 24. listopada podnesen je i optužni prijedlog Općinskom prekršajnom sudu u Šibeniku uz oduzimanje prekršajem stečene imovinske koristi za 2022. i 2023. godinu. Također, sukladno Zakonu, rješenje o zabrani obavljanja navedene djelatnosti upućeno je i nadležnoj Poreznoj upravi, Hrvatskom zavodu za zapošljavanje, te Centru za socijalnu skrb - navodi se u rješenju Državnog inspektorata.
Ugostiteljski objekt Azalea Wine and Olive Hill na platformi Booking.com posjeduje ocjenu 9,8, ali trenutno ne može primati rezervacije.
Načelnik Primoštena Stipe Petrina rekao je Morskom da nije upoznat s najnovijim slučajem:
- Ne znam zašto te kućice ne smiju biti priključene na struju i vodu, ali ako im je Državni inspektorat nešto našao, onda očito ne mogu raditi legalno.
