Policijski službenici Postaje granične policije Gračac dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 52-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za kaznena djela protiv okoliša.

Sumnjiči ga se da je na području Gračaca u više navrata u cilju uništavanja divljih životinja na lešine domaćih životinja (telad, krava) koje su mu poslužile za mamac, postavio otrov, od kojeg su uginule divlje životinje, među kojima i zaštićene vrste ( vuk, lisica, suri orao).

Naime, sredinom mjeseca siječnja na predjelu Mazina pronađene su dvije lešine teladi, pored kojih je pronađen jedan uginuli vuk i jedna lisica, a za koje je utvrđeno da su otrovane, dok je početkom veljače je na području Mazina pronađena uginula krava pored koje se nalazio uginuli suri orao, za kojeg je također nakon provedenog vještačenja utvrđeno da je uginuo uslijed trovanja. U oba slučaja radilo se o trovanju uslijed prisutnosti otrova (I. skupine).

Protiv 52-godišnjaka je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava zbog Protuzakonitog lova i ribolova te Uništenja zaštićenih prirodnih vrijednosti.

Nadalje, vezano za navedeno kriminalističko istraživanje, veterinarska inspekcija zadarske ispostave Državnog inspektorata utvrdila je nepravilnosti vezane za migracije goveda na poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu posjednika životinja kao i nepravilnosti koje se odnose na vođenje propisane dokumentacije odnosno vođenje registra goveda slijedom čega je posjedniku životinja izdano rješenje kojim su naređene mjere za otklanjanje utvrđenih nepravilnosti, a protiv posjednika životinja podnesen je i optužni prijedlog za utvrđeni prekršaj iz članka 40. st. 6. Zakona o veterinarstvu.

Policijski službenici Postaje granične policije Gračac dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 52-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za kaznena djela protiv okoliša.

Sumnjiči ga se da je na području Gračaca u više navrata u cilju uništavanja divljih životinja na lešine domaćih životinja (telad, krava) koje su mu poslužile za mamac, postavio otrov, od kojeg su uginule divlje životinje, među kojima i zaštićene vrste ( vuk, lisica, suri orao).

Naime, sredinom mjeseca siječnja na predjelu Mazina pronađene su dvije lešine teladi, pored kojih je pronađen jedan uginuli vuk i jedna lisica, a za koje je utvrđeno da su otrovane, dok je početkom veljače je na području Mazina pronađena uginula krava pored koje se nalazio uginuli suri orao, za kojeg je također nakon provedenog vještačenja utvrđeno da je uginuo uslijed trovanja. U oba slučaja radilo se o trovanju uslijed prisutnosti otrova (I. skupine).

Protiv 52-godišnjaka je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava zbog Protuzakonitog lova i ribolova te Uništenja zaštićenih prirodnih vrijednosti.

Nadalje, vezano za navedeno kriminalističko istraživanje, veterinarska inspekcija zadarske ispostave Državnog inspektorata utvrdila je nepravilnosti vezane za migracije goveda na poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu posjednika životinja kao i nepravilnosti koje se odnose na vođenje propisane dokumentacije odnosno vođenje registra goveda slijedom čega je posjedniku životinja izdano rješenje kojim su naređene mjere za otklanjanje utvrđenih nepravilnosti, a protiv posjednika životinja podnesen je i optužni prijedlog za utvrđeni prekršaj iz članka 40. st. 6. Zakona o veterinarstvu.

Trovao divlje zvijeri zatrovanim lešinama: pobio vuka, lisicu, surog orla... Metoda je bila brutalno surova, jadne su životinje skapavale u mukama!

Policijski službenici Postaje granične policije Gračac dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 52-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za kaznena djela protiv okoliša.

Sumnjiči ga se da je na području Gračaca u više navrata u cilju uništavanja divljih životinja na lešine domaćih životinja (telad, krava) koje su mu poslužile za mamac, postavio otrov, od kojeg su uginule divlje životinje, među kojima i zaštićene vrste ( vuk, lisica, suri orao).

Naime, sredinom mjeseca siječnja na predjelu Mazina pronađene su dvije lešine teladi, pored kojih je pronađen jedan uginuli vuk i jedna lisica, a za koje je utvrđeno da su otrovane, dok je početkom veljače je na području Mazina pronađena uginula krava pored koje se nalazio uginuli suri orao, za kojeg je također nakon provedenog vještačenja utvrđeno da je uginuo uslijed trovanja. U oba slučaja radilo se o trovanju uslijed prisutnosti otrova (I. skupine).

Protiv 52-godišnjaka je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava zbog Protuzakonitog lova i ribolova te Uništenja zaštićenih prirodnih vrijednosti.

Nadalje, vezano za navedeno kriminalističko istraživanje, veterinarska inspekcija zadarske ispostave Državnog inspektorata utvrdila je nepravilnosti vezane za migracije goveda na poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu posjednika životinja kao i nepravilnosti koje se odnose na vođenje propisane dokumentacije odnosno vođenje registra goveda slijedom čega je posjedniku životinja izdano rješenje kojim su naređene mjere za otklanjanje utvrđenih nepravilnosti, a protiv posjednika životinja podnesen je i optužni prijedlog za utvrđeni prekršaj iz članka 40. st. 6. Zakona o veterinarstvu.
