Drago mi je da funkcionira pravna država jer lokalni silnici misle da im baš nitko ništa ne može. Istina je da sve to ide sporo, ali na kraju ipak ima smisla, i ljudi, a posebno novinari, moraju prijavljivate sve ovakve slučajeve najgorih mogućih prijetnji.

Na žalost ljudi često odustaju jer misle kako sve to nema smisla, ali na ovom se primjeru vidi da to nije tako. Zato poruka svima - prijavljujte nasilnike, komentirao je naš novinar Vinko Vuković odluku Županijskog suda u Splitu kojom je potvrđena pravomoćnost optužnice protiv nekadašnjeg dugogodišnjeg načelnika Općine Seget, ali i bivšeg saborskog zastupnika HDZ-a Vinka Zulima.

Sud je prihvatio žalbu državnog odvjetnika na raniju odluku optužnog vijeća splitskog Općinskog suda koje je zaključilo kako je u Zulimovom obraćanju našem novinaru riječ je o neprimjerenoj i uvredljivoj komunikaciji, a ne ozbiljnoj i konkretiziranoj prijetnji.

Podsjetimo kako je telefonski razgovor u kojem je Zulim sasuo niz prijetnji obavljen 20.siječnja prošle godine. Našeg je novinara zanimalo zapošljavanje Zulimovog sina u Općini.

Vuković je, prema optužnici, nazvao Zulima da ga upita je li M. Z., za kojeg navodi da je zaposlen u Općini, njegov sin. Na to je Zulim poručio Vukoviću da zna tko je i gdje živi te da ima dvije curice! Nastavio je s uvredama i spomenuo mogućnost dolaska na Vukovićevu adresu stanovanja.

Na novinarevo pitanje što bi napravio da dođe, Zulim mu je poručio da bi ga poljubio u čelo, navodi se u optužnici.

Viši sud je, dodaje tužiteljstvo, u obrazloženju rješenja o osnovanosti optužnice naveo kako optužnica sadrži sve što je potrebno da se po njoj može postupati, pa tako i sadržaj riječi za koji državni odvjetnik smatra da su njima ostvarena zakonska obilježja kaznenog djela prijetnje.

Sud navodi i kako državni odvjetnik u svojoj žalbi pravilno ukazuje kako riječi koje je okrivljenik izgovorio valja promatrati u kontekstu čitavog događaja i kako sve upućene riječi ukazuju na postojanje osnovane sumnje u ostvarenje utuženog kaznenog djela.

Optužnica protiv Zulima je podignuta prošlog ljeta.

Drago mi je da funkcionira pravna država jer lokalni silnici misle da im baš nitko ništa ne može. Istina je da sve to ide sporo, ali na kraju ipak ima smisla, i ljudi, a posebno novinari, moraju prijavljivate sve ovakve slučajeve najgorih mogućih prijetnji.

Na žalost ljudi često odustaju jer misle kako sve to nema smisla, ali na ovom se primjeru vidi da to nije tako. Zato poruka svima - prijavljujte nasilnike, komentirao je naš novinar Vinko Vuković odluku Županijskog suda u Splitu kojom je potvrđena pravomoćnost optužnice protiv nekadašnjeg dugogodišnjeg načelnika Općine Seget, ali i bivšeg saborskog zastupnika HDZ-a Vinka Zulima.

Sud je prihvatio žalbu državnog odvjetnika na raniju odluku optužnog vijeća splitskog Općinskog suda koje je zaključilo kako je u Zulimovom obraćanju našem novinaru riječ je o neprimjerenoj i uvredljivoj komunikaciji, a ne ozbiljnoj i konkretiziranoj prijetnji.

Podsjetimo kako je telefonski razgovor u kojem je Zulim sasuo niz prijetnji obavljen 20.siječnja prošle godine. Našeg je novinara zanimalo zapošljavanje Zulimovog sina u Općini.

Vuković je, prema optužnici, nazvao Zulima da ga upita je li M. Z., za kojeg navodi da je zaposlen u Općini, njegov sin. Na to je Zulim poručio Vukoviću da zna tko je i gdje živi te da ima dvije curice! Nastavio je s uvredama i spomenuo mogućnost dolaska na Vukovićevu adresu stanovanja.

Na novinarevo pitanje što bi napravio da dođe, Zulim mu je poručio da bi ga poljubio u čelo, navodi se u optužnici.

HDZ-ovcu Zulimu, bivšem načelniku Segeta, prijeti od šest mjeseci do pet godina zatvora zbog užasnih prijetnji izrečenih novinaru ‘Slobodne‘: ‘Znam tko si, đubre četničko, znam gdje živiš i da imaš dvije kćeri‘

Viši sud je, dodaje tužiteljstvo, u obrazloženju rješenja o osnovanosti optužnice naveo kako optužnica sadrži sve što je potrebno da se po njoj može postupati, pa tako i sadržaj riječi za koji državni odvjetnik smatra da su njima ostvarena zakonska obilježja kaznenog djela prijetnje.

Sud navodi i kako državni odvjetnik u svojoj žalbi pravilno ukazuje kako riječi koje je okrivljenik izgovorio valja promatrati u kontekstu čitavog događaja i kako sve upućene riječi ukazuju na postojanje osnovane sumnje u ostvarenje utuženog kaznenog djela.

Optužnica protiv Zulima je podignuta prošlog ljeta.

Potvrđena optužnica protiv Vinka Zulima zbog prijetnji novinaru Slobodne: ‘Lokalni silnici misle da im nitko ništa ne može‘

Drago mi je da funkcionira pravna država jer lokalni silnici misle da im baš nitko ništa ne može. Istina je da sve to ide sporo, ali na kraju ipak ima smisla, i ljudi, a posebno novinari, moraju prijavljivate sve ovakve slučajeve najgorih mogućih prijetnji.

Na žalost ljudi često odustaju jer misle kako sve to nema smisla, ali na ovom se primjeru vidi da to nije tako. Zato poruka svima - prijavljujte nasilnike, komentirao je naš novinar Vinko Vuković odluku Županijskog suda u Splitu kojom je potvrđena pravomoćnost optužnice protiv nekadašnjeg dugogodišnjeg načelnika Općine Seget, ali i bivšeg saborskog zastupnika HDZ-a Vinka Zulima.

Sud je prihvatio žalbu državnog odvjetnika na raniju odluku optužnog vijeća splitskog Općinskog suda koje je zaključilo kako je u Zulimovom obraćanju našem novinaru riječ je o neprimjerenoj i uvredljivoj komunikaciji, a ne ozbiljnoj i konkretiziranoj prijetnji.

Podsjetimo kako je telefonski razgovor u kojem je Zulim sasuo niz prijetnji obavljen 20.siječnja prošle godine. Našeg je novinara zanimalo zapošljavanje Zulimovog sina u Općini.

Vuković je, prema optužnici, nazvao Zulima da ga upita je li M. Z., za kojeg navodi da je zaposlen u Općini, njegov sin. Na to je Zulim poručio Vukoviću da zna tko je i gdje živi te da ima dvije curice! Nastavio je s uvredama i spomenuo mogućnost dolaska na Vukovićevu adresu stanovanja.

Na novinarevo pitanje što bi napravio da dođe, Zulim mu je poručio da bi ga poljubio u čelo, navodi se u optužnici.

HDZ-ovcu Zulimu, bivšem načelniku Segeta, prijeti od šest mjeseci do pet godina zatvora zbog užasnih prijetnji izrečenih novinaru ‘Slobodne‘: ‘Znam tko si, đubre četničko, znam gdje živiš i da imaš dvije kćeri‘

Viši sud je, dodaje tužiteljstvo, u obrazloženju rješenja o osnovanosti optužnice naveo kako optužnica sadrži sve što je potrebno da se po njoj može postupati, pa tako i sadržaj riječi za koji državni odvjetnik smatra da su njima ostvarena zakonska obilježja kaznenog djela prijetnje.

Sud navodi i kako državni odvjetnik u svojoj žalbi pravilno ukazuje kako riječi koje je okrivljenik izgovorio valja promatrati u kontekstu čitavog događaja i kako sve upućene riječi ukazuju na postojanje osnovane sumnje u ostvarenje utuženog kaznenog djela.

Optužnica protiv Zulima je podignuta prošlog ljeta.
