Najveći porast broja stanovnika u Hrvatskoj, čak 12.5 posto - zabilježila je općina Ston na poluotoku Pelješcu.
Tristotinjak stanovnika više imaju dijelom i zbog radnika na Pelješkom mostu iz trećih zemalja, ali među njima su i oni koji su se doselili jer Ston smatraju savršenom oazom za miran obiteljski život, navodi HRT.

Kristijana i Franjo Romić prije tri i pol godine svoj su podstanarski život u Zagrebu zamijenili onim u Hodilju kod Stona.
- Malo je mjesto, svatko svakoga zna, svatko će svakome pomoći. Dok smo živjeli u Zagrebu, živjeli smo u zgradi s pet stanova i nismo znali ni jedne susjede. Rijetko kad bi se i susreli, rekao je Franjo Romić.
Planirali su otići u Irsku, no dolazak prvog djeteta sve je promijenio. Započeli su život na Pelješcu, u kući njegovih roditelja.
Priroda, mirno i sigurno okružje ljepote su djetinjstva u Stonu, kažu i iz Dječjeg vrtića koji broji 78-ero mališana, a ima i jasličku skupinu.

- Prvi odaziv je bio petnaestero djece i već četiri godine je to zaživjelo, jer se nije smanjio broj nego je ostao vjerodostojan, rekla je ravnateljica Dječjeg vrtića Ston Valentina Baća.
Iz općine Ston koja, poput mnogih drugih, osigurava novčane darove za svako novorođeno dijete, ističu gospodarski potencijal.
- Prirodni potencijal od marikulture, uzgoja školjaka, uzgoja vinove loze, vrhunskih Plavaca - to je nešto što daje dobre osnove za živjeti, naglasio je načelnik Općine Ston Vedran Antunica.
Malostonska je kamenica odnedavno zaštićena oznakom izvornosti.
- Čak kad govorimo na razini Republike Hrvatske, 60% školjkarstva je u Malostonskom zaljevu. Čak 90% kamenica koje se proizvede u Hrvatskoj, proizvede se u Malostonskom zaljevu, dodao je Vedran Kunica iz Udruge "Stonski školjkari".
I zemljopisni položaj ima svoje prednosti.
- Dubrovnik i Metković su nam blizu. Kad sutra bude taj most - Split nam je praktički za sat vremena. Tako da je lijepo, rekao je Romić.
Potvrda toga je čak dvadesetak djece rođene u ovoj godini.

Najveći porast broja stanovnika u Hrvatskoj, čak 12.5 posto - zabilježila je općina Ston na poluotoku Pelješcu.
Tristotinjak stanovnika više imaju dijelom i zbog radnika na Pelješkom mostu iz trećih zemalja, ali među njima su i oni koji su se doselili jer Ston smatraju savršenom oazom za miran obiteljski život, navodi HRT.

Kristijana i Franjo Romić prije tri i pol godine svoj su podstanarski život u Zagrebu zamijenili onim u Hodilju kod Stona.
- Malo je mjesto, svatko svakoga zna, svatko će svakome pomoći. Dok smo živjeli u Zagrebu, živjeli smo u zgradi s pet stanova i nismo znali ni jedne susjede. Rijetko kad bi se i susreli, rekao je Franjo Romić.
Planirali su otići u Irsku, no dolazak prvog djeteta sve je promijenio. Započeli su život na Pelješcu, u kući njegovih roditelja.
Priroda, mirno i sigurno okružje ljepote su djetinjstva u Stonu, kažu i iz Dječjeg vrtića koji broji 78-ero mališana, a ima i jasličku skupinu.

- Prvi odaziv je bio petnaestero djece i već četiri godine je to zaživjelo, jer se nije smanjio broj nego je ostao vjerodostojan, rekla je ravnateljica Dječjeg vrtića Ston Valentina Baća.
Iz općine Ston koja, poput mnogih drugih, osigurava novčane darove za svako novorođeno dijete, ističu gospodarski potencijal.
- Prirodni potencijal od marikulture, uzgoja školjaka, uzgoja vinove loze, vrhunskih Plavaca - to je nešto što daje dobre osnove za živjeti, naglasio je načelnik Općine Ston Vedran Antunica.
Malostonska je kamenica odnedavno zaštićena oznakom izvornosti.
- Čak kad govorimo na razini Republike Hrvatske, 60% školjkarstva je u Malostonskom zaljevu. Čak 90% kamenica koje se proizvede u Hrvatskoj, proizvede se u Malostonskom zaljevu, dodao je Vedran Kunica iz Udruge "Stonski školjkari".
I zemljopisni položaj ima svoje prednosti.
- Dubrovnik i Metković su nam blizu. Kad sutra bude taj most - Split nam je praktički za sat vremena. Tako da je lijepo, rekao je Romić.
Potvrda toga je čak dvadesetak djece rođene u ovoj godini.
