Obnavlja li Općina Jasenice školsko igralište u Rovanjskoj nakon namještenog natječaja i pritom cijelom jednom zaseoku onemogućava prilaz kućama? Osim općinskih sredstava, projekt obnove igrališta dobio je i financijsku potporu od Ministarstva turizma i Zadarske županije, pa se neki mještani Rovanjske pitaju kako je moguće da i država i Županija financiraju nelegalnu gradnju.

-Izgradnja je započeta bez ikakve dokumentacije o gradnji, što bi se reklo na divlje. Izvođač radova je lokalna građevinske tvrtka u vlasništvu poduzetnika koji je prije nekoliko dana dobio nagradu od Općine Jasenice i izvodi gotovo sve građevinske radove za Općinu Jasenice, što može zahvaliti svome bratu zaposlenom u Općini, a natječaj po kojem je primljen je protuzakonit i namješten. Što se tiče izgradnje samog igrališta, iskopa ima više od 100 m3, igralište se proširilo najmanje 3 metra, te je zbog tog proširenja nama u zaseoku Rončevići gotovo onemogućen prilaz kući. Pitali smo u općini kako su zamislili napraviti to igralište i nama spriječiti dolazak kući, odgovor je bilo krajnje drzak i bezobrazan da to možemo okolnim putevima, što je gotovo pa 700m dalje, stoji u pismu koje nam je poslano u ime skupine mještana uz opasku da su o svemu obavijestili i građevinsku inspekciju u Zadru, ali nitko ne reagira.

Općinski načelnik Stipe Vulić zna za nezadovoljstvo dijela mještana Rovanjske, ali tvrdi da je sve s tim radovima u redu.

-Na toj su općinskoj parceli i školska zgrada i igralište, a „put” o kojem govore mještani je u stvari samo prolaz kojega su oni godinama navikli koristiti iako ga nema ni u katastru ni u Prostornom planu! To nije nikakva cesta, a mještani imaju mogućnost koristiti alternativni put koji je mjestimično uzak, ali ga planiramo proširiti do zadovoljavajućih dimenzija, kaže načelnik Vulić, posebno se čudeći kako to nitko nije zabrinut za sigurnost djece:

-U Rovanjskoj radi područna škola koju pohađaju djeca od prvog do četvrtog razreda, a njihova je sigurnost ozbiljno ugrožena jer kroz vrata školske zgrade odmah izlaze na put kojim prolaze automobili. Tu čak nema nikakvog nogostupa, djeca izravno izlaze na prolaz kojega mještani koriste kao put, ali to nakon rekonstrukcije školskog igrališta više neće biti moguće. Ponavljam, okolni mještani imaju alternativni i legalni put, kaže Vulić.

U ovaj je projekt Općina investirala između 250 i 300.000 kuna, 350.000 je stiglo iz Ministarstva turizma, a nešto više od 200.000 kuna osigurala je Zadarska županija.

-Točno je da u Općini radi brat vlasnika tvrtke koja izvodi radove, ali on je izabran na javnom natječaju s dvije ponude i sva je zakonski predviđena procedura provedena. Ne postoji mogućnost utjecaja nekog zaposlenika Općine na ishod javnog natječaja, zaključuje načelnik Vulić najavljujući da će radovi na obnovi igrališta biti okončani do kraja veljače.

Obnavlja li Općina Jasenice školsko igralište u Rovanjskoj nakon namještenog natječaja i pritom cijelom jednom zaseoku onemogućava prilaz kućama? Osim općinskih sredstava, projekt obnove igrališta dobio je i financijsku potporu od Ministarstva turizma i Zadarske županije, pa se neki mještani Rovanjske pitaju kako je moguće da i država i Županija financiraju nelegalnu gradnju.

-Izgradnja je započeta bez ikakve dokumentacije o gradnji, što bi se reklo na divlje. Izvođač radova je lokalna građevinske tvrtka u vlasništvu poduzetnika koji je prije nekoliko dana dobio nagradu od Općine Jasenice i izvodi gotovo sve građevinske radove za Općinu Jasenice, što može zahvaliti svome bratu zaposlenom u Općini, a natječaj po kojem je primljen je protuzakonit i namješten. Što se tiče izgradnje samog igrališta, iskopa ima više od 100 m3, igralište se proširilo najmanje 3 metra, te je zbog tog proširenja nama u zaseoku Rončevići gotovo onemogućen prilaz kući. Pitali smo u općini kako su zamislili napraviti to igralište i nama spriječiti dolazak kući, odgovor je bilo krajnje drzak i bezobrazan da to možemo okolnim putevima, što je gotovo pa 700m dalje, stoji u pismu koje nam je poslano u ime skupine mještana uz opasku da su o svemu obavijestili i građevinsku inspekciju u Zadru, ali nitko ne reagira.

Općinski načelnik Stipe Vulić zna za nezadovoljstvo dijela mještana Rovanjske, ali tvrdi da je sve s tim radovima u redu.

-Na toj su općinskoj parceli i školska zgrada i igralište, a „put” o kojem govore mještani je u stvari samo prolaz kojega su oni godinama navikli koristiti iako ga nema ni u katastru ni u Prostornom planu! To nije nikakva cesta, a mještani imaju mogućnost koristiti alternativni put koji je mjestimično uzak, ali ga planiramo proširiti do zadovoljavajućih dimenzija, kaže načelnik Vulić, posebno se čudeći kako to nitko nije zabrinut za sigurnost djece:

-U Rovanjskoj radi područna škola koju pohađaju djeca od prvog do četvrtog razreda, a njihova je sigurnost ozbiljno ugrožena jer kroz vrata školske zgrade odmah izlaze na put kojim prolaze automobili. Tu čak nema nikakvog nogostupa, djeca izravno izlaze na prolaz kojega mještani koriste kao put, ali to nakon rekonstrukcije školskog igrališta više neće biti moguće. Ponavljam, okolni mještani imaju alternativni i legalni put, kaže Vulić.

U ovaj je projekt Općina investirala između 250 i 300.000 kuna, 350.000 je stiglo iz Ministarstva turizma, a nešto više od 200.000 kuna osigurala je Zadarska županija.

-Točno je da u Općini radi brat vlasnika tvrtke koja izvodi radove, ali on je izabran na javnom natječaju s dvije ponude i sva je zakonski predviđena procedura provedena. Ne postoji mogućnost utjecaja nekog zaposlenika Općine na ishod javnog natječaja, zaključuje načelnik Vulić najavljujući da će radovi na obnovi igrališta biti okončani do kraja veljače.

Općina nam zatvara prilaz kućama! Načelnik Stipe Vulić: Kroz vrata školske zgrade djeca izlaze izravno na tu nelegalnu i opasnu "cestu"

Obnavlja li Općina Jasenice školsko igralište u Rovanjskoj nakon namještenog natječaja i pritom cijelom jednom zaseoku onemogućava prilaz kućama? Osim općinskih sredstava, projekt obnove igrališta dobio je i financijsku potporu od Ministarstva turizma i Zadarske županije, pa se neki mještani Rovanjske pitaju kako je moguće da i država i Županija financiraju nelegalnu gradnju.

-Izgradnja je započeta bez ikakve dokumentacije o gradnji, što bi se reklo na divlje. Izvođač radova je lokalna građevinske tvrtka u vlasništvu poduzetnika koji je prije nekoliko dana dobio nagradu od Općine Jasenice i izvodi gotovo sve građevinske radove za Općinu Jasenice, što može zahvaliti svome bratu zaposlenom u Općini, a natječaj po kojem je primljen je protuzakonit i namješten. Što se tiče izgradnje samog igrališta, iskopa ima više od 100 m3, igralište se proširilo najmanje 3 metra, te je zbog tog proširenja nama u zaseoku Rončevići gotovo onemogućen prilaz kući. Pitali smo u općini kako su zamislili napraviti to igralište i nama spriječiti dolazak kući, odgovor je bilo krajnje drzak i bezobrazan da to možemo okolnim putevima, što je gotovo pa 700m dalje, stoji u pismu koje nam je poslano u ime skupine mještana uz opasku da su o svemu obavijestili i građevinsku inspekciju u Zadru, ali nitko ne reagira.

Općinski načelnik Stipe Vulić zna za nezadovoljstvo dijela mještana Rovanjske, ali tvrdi da je sve s tim radovima u redu.

-Na toj su općinskoj parceli i školska zgrada i igralište, a „put” o kojem govore mještani je u stvari samo prolaz kojega su oni godinama navikli koristiti iako ga nema ni u katastru ni u Prostornom planu!
