Vlada Republike Hrvatske donijela je Odluku o davanju državnog jamstva Hrvatskim autocestama d.o.o za kreditno zaduženje kojim bi se sredstvima refinancirala postojeća zaduženja i dodatno zadužili za izgradnju punog profila autoceste od Ploča do Dubrovnika i Križišća do Žute lokve.
To znači da bi se krenulo u konačno dovršavanje mreže autocesta kroz Hrvatsku, o čemu je Jutarnji.hr pisao još 29. svibnja ove godine.
Da je odluka donesena, objavio je i na svojoj Facebook stranici gradonačelnik Dubrovnika Mato Franković.

U obrazloženju odluke Vlade pak stoji sljedeće:
- U svrhu refinanciranja tri postojeća kredita u iznosu od 1572 milijuna eura te dodatnim zaduženjem od 600 milijuna eura namjene financiranja novih kapitalnih ulaganja za dovršetak izgradnje Jadransko-jonske autoceste kroz Republiku Hrvatsku: dionice autoceste A7 Križišće - Novi Vinodolski - Žuta Lokva i autoceste A1, dionica Metković - most Pelješac - Čvor Doli - Dubrovnik, Hrvatske autoceste d.o.o. ugovaraju kredit s povoljnijim uvjetima ročnosti i s povoljnijom kamatnom maržom.

Za potrebe sklapanja novog ugovora o kreditu pod gore navedenim povoljnijim uvjetima, jedan od uvjeta realizacije transakcije je sklapanje dodataka ugovorima između Hrvatskih autocesta d.o.o. i Ministarstva financija, i to Ugovora o prijenosu sredstava od 30. studenoga 2017., Klasa: 441-01/17-01/16, Urbroj: 513-10-02-20-3, izmijenjenog i dopunjenog Dodatkom br. 1 ugovoru o prijenosu sredstava dana 26. lipnja 2020. godine, Klasa: 441-01/17-01/16, Urbroj: 513-10-02-20-3 te Ugovora o prijenosu sredstava od 30. studenoga 2017. godine, Klasa: 441-01/17-01/15, Urbroj: 513-10-02-17-1, izmijenjenog i dopunjenog Dodatkom br. 1 ugovoru o prijenosu sredstava dana 26. lipnja 2020. godine, Klasa: 441-01/17-01/16, Urbroj: 513-10-02-20-4 (dalje u tekstu "Ugovori").

Sklapanjem Dodataka ugovora između Hrvatskih autocesta i Ministarstva financija po postojećim ugovorima o prijenosu sredstava (euroobveznice) produljit će se rok povrata sredstava sa 2030. godine na 15. siječnja 2041. godine uz ugovorenu otplatu godišnje kamate 2,75% do 2030. godine odnosno od 2031. godine do 15. siječnja 2041. godine po stopi koja je jednaka kamatnoj stopi koju će Republika Hrvatska plaćati na obveznice koje će se izdati 2029. godine.
Predmetnim dodatkom ugovora pospješuje se ukupni investicijski potencijal društva za dovršetak izgradnje Jadransko-jonske autoceste kroz Republiku Hrvatsku uz dugoročno održivo poslovanje društva.

Vlada Republike Hrvatske donijela je Odluku o davanju državnog jamstva Hrvatskim autocestama d.o.o za kreditno zaduženje kojim bi se sredstvima refinancirala postojeća zaduženja i dodatno zadužili za izgradnju punog profila autoceste od Ploča do Dubrovnika i Križišća do Žute lokve.
To znači da bi se krenulo u konačno dovršavanje mreže autocesta kroz Hrvatsku, o čemu je Jutarnji.hr pisao još 29. svibnja ove godine.
Da je odluka donesena, objavio je i na svojoj Facebook stranici gradonačelnik Dubrovnika Mato Franković.

U obrazloženju odluke Vlade pak stoji sljedeće:
- U svrhu refinanciranja tri postojeća kredita u iznosu od 1572 milijuna eura te dodatnim zaduženjem od 600 milijuna eura namjene financiranja novih kapitalnih ulaganja za dovršetak izgradnje Jadransko-jonske autoceste kroz Republiku Hrvatsku: dionice autoceste A7 Križišće - Novi Vinodolski - Žuta Lokva i autoceste A1, dionica Metković - most Pelješac - Čvor Doli - Dubrovnik, Hrvatske autoceste d.o.o. ugovaraju kredit s povoljnijim uvjetima ročnosti i s povoljnijom kamatnom maržom.

Sklapanjem Dodataka ugovora između Hrvatskih autocesta i Ministarstva financija po postojećim ugovorima o prijenosu sredstava (euroobveznice) produljit će se rok povrata sredstava sa 2030. godine na 15. siječnja 2041. godine uz ugovorenu otplatu godišnje kamate 2,75% do 2030. godine odnosno od 2031. godine do 15. siječnja 2041. godine po stopi koja je jednaka kamatnoj stopi koju će Republika Hrvatska plaćati na obveznice koje će se izdati 2029. godine.
Predmetnim dodatkom ugovora pospješuje se ukupni investicijski potencijal društva za dovršetak izgradnje Jadransko-jonske autoceste kroz Republiku Hrvatsku uz dugoročno održivo poslovanje društva.
