Načelnik Općine Starigrad Krste Ramić (49) nepravomoćno je osuđen na uvjetnu zatvorsku kaznu od 11 mjeseci s rokom kušnje od tri godine jer je kao stranka u parničnom postupku koji se vodio pred Općinskim sudom u Zadru zbog tužbe Višeslava Dokoze za nezakonitu odluku o otkazu, dao lažan iskaz.

Uz Ramića su u istom slučaju na uvjetne zatvorske kazne na Općinskom sudu u Zadru nepravomoćno osuđeni i Tomislav Ramić (44), te Šime Bucić (54). Zbog davanja lažnog iskaza i krivotvorenja isprave Tomislav Ramić je nepravomoćno osuđen na uvjetnu kaznu od deset mjeseci zatvora s rokom kušnje od tri godine, a Bucić zbog krivotvorenja službene isprave na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od šest mjeseci s rokom kušnje od tri godine.

Načelnik Općine Starigrad optužnicom se teretio da je 10. svibnja 2010. godine u parničnom postupku tužitelja Višeslava Dokoze koji je tužio općinu Starigrad i komunalnu tvrtku Argyruntum d.o.o. zbog otkaza na mjestu direktora te tvrtke, neistinito iskazao da je Milorad Jović kao sindikalni povjerenik i ujedno član predsjedništva HDZ-a bio nazočan sjednici HDZ-a koja je održana 18. prosinca 2008. godine, tj. istoga dana prije sjednice Općinskog vijeća na kojoj je donesena odluka o izvanrednom otkazu, te da je glasovao o otkazu Višeslavu Dokozi.

Pri tome je znao da sjednica predsjedništva Općinskog odobora HDZ-a Starigrad toga dana nije uopće održana, a učinio je to s ciljem kako bi opravdao osnovanost izvanrednog ugovora o radu.
Višeslav Dokoza je kazao kako se krivotvoreni zapisnik pojavio u parničnom postupku kako bi poslužio za dokaz zakonitosti odluke o izvanrednom otkazu ugovora o radu, jer bi se na taj način dokazalo da je o tome izviješten Milorad Jović kao sindikalni povjertenik TD Argyruntum. Sporni zapisnik o toj sjednici potpisali su Bucić, Tomislav i Krste Ramić.

Osnovna sporna činjenica tijekom postupka je bila jeli se sjednica predsjedništva Općinskog odbora HDZ-a Općine Starigrad uopće održala 18. prosinca 2008. Dva okrivljenika su se teretila da su lažno iskazala pred sudom da jest, a sva tri da su sudjelovali u stvaranju pismena koje bi trebalo predstavljati njezin zapisnik. Tijekom cijelog postupka su kategorično tvrdili da je sporna sjednica održana. Na sudu je međutim utvrđeno da je već iz samih njihovih obrana bilo razvidno da je u tom trenutku unutar te političke stranke u toj općini vladala posvemašnja nesloga i zategnuti odnosi. Kako je utvrdio sudac Ante Bačić, evidentno je jednu grupaciju činila skupina oko tadašnjeg predsjednika Role Dokoze, a drugu skupina oko načelnika Ramića.

Koji su konkretni razlozi nesloge sud je smatrao irelevantnim, no utvrđena je činjenica da je u tom trenutku direktor komunalnog poduzeća TD Argyruntum bio Višeslav Dokoza, sin predsjednika općinskog HDZ-a i da je očito već bila iskomunicirana odluka da ga se formalno smijeni sa tog položaja. Ta je odluka i formalno inicirana 18. prosinca 2008.


Sud je odbacio optužbu koja je načelnika Starigrada teretila za krivotvorenje isprave. Da je 12. svibnja 2010. sudu dostavio dopis o predaji arhive i pečata HDZ-a Općine Starigrad s preinačenim zapisnikom kako bi opravdao činjenicu da ne raspolaže sa spornim zapisnikom sa navodno održane sjednice Predsjedništva općinskog ogranka organizacije HDZ-a od 18. prosinca 2008., te prikrio činjenicu da takva sjednica nikada nije održana.

Načelnik Općine Starigrad Krste Ramić (49) nepravomoćno je osuđen na uvjetnu zatvorsku kaznu od 11 mjeseci s rokom kušnje od tri godine jer je kao stranka u parničnom postupku koji se vodio pred Općinskim sudom u Zadru zbog tužbe Višeslava Dokoze za nezakonitu odluku o otkazu, dao lažan iskaz.

Uz Ramića su u istom slučaju na uvjetne zatvorske kazne na Općinskom sudu u Zadru nepravomoćno osuđeni i Tomislav Ramić (44), te Šime Bucić (54). Zbog davanja lažnog iskaza i krivotvorenja isprave Tomislav Ramić je nepravomoćno osuđen na uvjetnu kaznu od deset mjeseci zatvora s rokom kušnje od tri godine, a Bucić zbog krivotvorenja službene isprave na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od šest mjeseci s rokom kušnje od tri godine.

Načelnik Općine Starigrad optužnicom se teretio da je 10. svibnja 2010. godine u parničnom postupku tužitelja Višeslava Dokoze koji je tužio općinu Starigrad i komunalnu tvrtku Argyruntum d.o.o. zbog otkaza na mjestu direktora te tvrtke, neistinito iskazao da je Milorad Jović kao sindikalni povjerenik i ujedno član predsjedništva HDZ-a bio nazočan sjednici HDZ-a koja je održana 18. prosinca 2008. godine, tj. istoga dana prije sjednice Općinskog vijeća na kojoj je donesena odluka o izvanrednom otkazu, te da je glasovao o otkazu Višeslavu Dokozi.

Pri tome je znao da sjednica predsjedništva Općinskog odobora HDZ-a Starigrad toga dana nije uopće održana, a učinio je to s ciljem kako bi opravdao osnovanost izvanrednog ugovora o radu.
Višeslav Dokoza je kazao kako se krivotvoreni zapisnik pojavio u parničnom postupku kako bi poslužio za dokaz zakonitosti odluke o izvanrednom otkazu ugovora o radu, jer bi se na taj način dokazalo da je o tome izviješten Milorad Jović kao sindikalni povjertenik TD Argyruntum. Osnovna sporna činjenica tijekom postupka je bila jeli se sjednica predsjedništva Općinskog odbora HDZ-a Općine Starigrad uopće održala 18. prosinca 2008. Dva okrivljenika su se teretila da su lažno iskazala pred sudom da jest, a sva tri da su sudjelovali u stvaranju pismena koje bi trebalo predstavljati njezin zapisnik. Tijekom cijelog postupka su kategorično tvrdili da je sporna sjednica održana. Na sudu je međutim utvrđeno da je već iz samih njihovih obrana bilo razvidno da je u tom trenutku unutar te političke stranke u toj općini vladala posvemašnja nesloga i zategnuti odnosi. Kako je utvrdio sudac Ante Bačić, evidentno je jednu grupaciju činila skupina oko tadašnjeg predsjednika Role Dokoze, a drugu skupina oko načelnika Ramića.

Koji su konkretni razlozi nesloge sud je smatrao irelevantnim, no utvrđena je činjenica da je u tom trenutku direktor komunalnog poduzeća TD Argyruntum bio Višeslav Dokoza, sin predsjednika općinskog HDZ-a i da je očito već bila iskomunicirana odluka da ga se formalno smijeni sa tog položaja. Ta je odluka i formalno inicirana 18. prosinca 2008.


Sud je odbacio optužbu koja je načelnika Starigrada teretila za krivotvorenje isprave. Da je 12. svibnja 2010. sudu dostavio dopis o predaji arhive i pečata HDZ-a Općine Starigrad s preinačenim zapisnikom kako bi opravdao činjenicu da ne raspolaže sa spornim zapisnikom sa navodno održane sjednice Predsjedništva općinskog ogranka organizacije HDZ-a od 18. prosinca 2008., te prikrio činjenicu da takva sjednica nikada nije održana.

Načelniku Općine Starigrad uvjetna zatvorska kazna zbog davanja lažnog iskaza: lagao na sudu kako bi smjestio otkaz!

Načelnik Općine Starigrad Krste Ramić (49) nepravomoćno je osuđen na uvjetnu zatvorsku kaznu od 11 mjeseci s rokom kušnje od tri godine jer je kao stranka u parničnom postupku koji se vodio pred Općinskim sudom u Zadru zbog tužbe Višeslava Dokoze za nezakonitu odluku o otkazu, dao lažan iskaz.

Uz Ramića su u istom slučaju na uvjetne zatvorske kazne na Općinskom sudu u Zadru nepravomoćno osuđeni i Tomislav Ramić (44), te Šime Bucić (54). Zbog davanja lažnog iskaza i krivotvorenja isprave Tomislav Ramić je nepravomoćno osuđen na uvjetnu kaznu od deset mjeseci zatvora s rokom kušnje od tri godine, a Bucić zbog krivotvorenja službene isprave na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od šest mjeseci s rokom kušnje od tri godine.

Načelnik Općine Starigrad optužnicom se teretio da je 10. svibnja 2010. godine u parničnom postupku tužitelja Višeslava Dokoze koji je tužio općinu Starigrad i komunalnu tvrtku Argyruntum d.o.o. zbog otkaza na mjestu direktora te tvrtke, neistinito iskazao da je Milorad Jović kao sindikalni povjerenik i ujedno član predsjedništva HDZ-a bio nazočan sjednici HDZ-a koja je održana 18. prosinca 2008. godine, tj. istoga dana prije sjednice Općinskog vijeća na kojoj je donesena odluka o izvanrednom otkazu, te da je glasovao o otkazu Višeslavu Dokozi.

Pri tome je znao da sjednica predsjedništva Općinskog odobora HDZ-a Starigrad toga dana nije uopće održana, a učinio je to s ciljem kako bi opravdao osnovanost izvanrednog ugovora o radu.
Višeslav Dokoza je kazao kako se krivotvoreni zapisnik pojavio u parničnom postupku kako bi poslužio za dokaz zakonitosti odluke o izvanrednom otkazu ugovora o radu, jer bi se na taj način dokazalo da je o tome izviješten Milorad Jović kao sindikalni povjertenik TD Argyruntum. Sporni zapisnik o toj sjednici potpisali su Bucić, Tomislav i Krste Ramić.
