Europska komisija objavila je jučer, 18. studenog 2021. godine Komunikaciju kojom je primjena Privremenog okvira produljena do 30. lipnja 2022. godine, a gornje granice državnih potpora povećane sa 270 na 345 tisuća eura u sektoru ribarstva i akvakulture te sa 225 na 290 tisuća eura u sektoru primarne poljoprivredne proizvodnje.

Na Vijeću ministara poljoprivrede i ribarstva Europske unije održanom u listopadu ove godine u Luksemburgu Hrvatska je zajedno s Mađarskom, a uz potporu još 13 država članica EU, deklaracijom od Europske komisije tražila produljenje Privremenog okvira za mjere državnih potpora za potporu poljoprivredi s proporcionalnim povećanjem gornjih granica potpore.

Zahtjev je obrazložen činjenicom da je Privremeni okvir bio jedna od mjera koje su pridonijele opstanku mnogih poljoprivrednih sektora. Od stupanja na snagu 17 država članica iskoristilo je priliku i podržalo različite poljoprivredne, hortikulturne, ribarstvene i akvakulturne sektore tijekom 2020. i 2021. godine, u ukupnom iznosu većem od 3 milijarde eura. Ta je potpora bila neophodna za opstanak mnogih sektora, a produljenjem trajanja instrumenta i povećanjem gornjih granica proizvođačima se daje određeni oblik sigurnosti i mogućnost pravovremenog planiranja proizvodnje.

„Nepotrebno je ponavljati koliko je i na koje sve načine COVID kriza utjecala na sve aspekte naših života. Ponosna sam što smo sačuvali i osigurali proizvodnju hrane i opskrbu hranom svih 500 milijuna stanovnika Europske unije i što su u najtežim trenucima sve zemlje članice stale rame uz rame i radile na dokumentima i programima koji su za cilj imali proizvođačima hrane olakšati suočavanje s posljedicama krize, uz istovremeno zadržavanje cijena hrane koje su krajnji potrošači mogli pratiti. Privremeni okvir usvojen je za vrijeme našeg predsjedanja Vijećem Europske unije, a omogućio je aktiviranje nacionalnih sredstava pomoći ugroženim sektorima. Mi smo sve mogućnosti maksimalno iskoristili u skladu s potrebama naših proizvođača i smatrali smo potrebnim i u idućoj godini nacionalnim sredstvima dati dodatni oslonac našim proizvođačima. Tražili smo jednogodišnje produljenje, dobili smo polugodišnje uz proporcionalni rast iznosa maksimalnih iznosa potpora. Zadovoljni smo postignutim jer nam je zadržavanje domaće proizvodnje hrane na prvom mjestu“ – izjavila je ministrica poljoprivrede Marija Vučković.

Europska komisija objavila je jučer, 18. studenog 2021. godine Komunikaciju kojom je primjena Privremenog okvira produljena do 30. lipnja 2022. godine, a gornje granice državnih potpora povećane sa 270 na 345 tisuća eura u sektoru ribarstva i akvakulture te sa 225 na 290 tisuća eura u sektoru primarne poljoprivredne proizvodnje.

Na Vijeću ministara poljoprivrede i ribarstva Europske unije održanom u listopadu ove godine u Luksemburgu Hrvatska je zajedno s Mađarskom, a uz potporu još 13 država članica EU, deklaracijom od Europske komisije tražila produljenje Privremenog okvira za mjere državnih potpora za potporu poljoprivredi s proporcionalnim povećanjem gornjih granica potpore.

Zahtjev je obrazložen činjenicom da je Privremeni okvir bio jedna od mjera koje su pridonijele opstanku mnogih poljoprivrednih sektora. Od stupanja na snagu 17 država članica iskoristilo je priliku i podržalo različite poljoprivredne, hortikulturne, ribarstvene i akvakulturne sektore tijekom 2020. i 2021. godine, u ukupnom iznosu većem od 3 milijarde eura. Ta je potpora bila neophodna za opstanak mnogih sektora, a produljenjem trajanja instrumenta i povećanjem gornjih granica proizvođačima se daje određeni oblik sigurnosti i mogućnost pravovremenog planiranja proizvodnje.

„Nepotrebno je ponavljati koliko je i na koje sve načine COVID kriza utjecala na sve aspekte naših života. Ponosna sam što smo sačuvali i osigurali proizvodnju hrane i opskrbu hranom svih 500 milijuna stanovnika Europske unije i što su u najtežim trenucima sve zemlje članice stale rame uz rame i radile na dokumentima i programima koji su za cilj imali proizvođačima hrane olakšati suočavanje s posljedicama krize, uz istovremeno zadržavanje cijena hrane koje su krajnji potrošači mogli pratiti. Privremeni okvir usvojen je za vrijeme našeg predsjedanja Vijećem Europske unije, a omogućio je aktiviranje nacionalnih sredstava pomoći ugroženim sektorima. Mi smo sve mogućnosti maksimalno iskoristili u skladu s potrebama naših proizvođača i smatrali smo potrebnim i u idućoj godini nacionalnim sredstvima dati dodatni oslonac našim proizvođačima. Tražili smo jednogodišnje produljenje, dobili smo polugodišnje uz proporcionalni rast iznosa maksimalnih iznosa potpora. Zadovoljni smo postignutim jer nam je zadržavanje domaće proizvodnje hrane na prvom mjestu“ – izjavila je ministrica poljoprivrede Marija Vučković.

Na traženje Hrvatske povećane gornje granice potpora za ribarstvo i poljoprivredu unutar Privremenog okvira za mjere državnih potpora

Europska komisija objavila je jučer, 18. studenog 2021. godine Komunikaciju kojom je primjena Privremenog okvira produljena do 30. lipnja 2022. godine, a gornje granice državnih potpora povećane sa 270 na 345 tisuća eura u sektoru ribarstva i akvakulture te sa 225 na 290 tisuća eura u sektoru primarne poljoprivredne proizvodnje.

Na Vijeću ministara poljoprivrede i ribarstva Europske unije održanom u listopadu ove godine u Luksemburgu Hrvatska je zajedno s Mađarskom, a uz potporu još 13 država članica EU, deklaracijom od Europske komisije tražila produljenje Privremenog okvira za mjere državnih potpora za potporu poljoprivredi s proporcionalnim povećanjem gornjih granica potpore.

Zahtjev je obrazložen činjenicom da je Privremeni okvir bio jedna od mjera koje su pridonijele opstanku mnogih poljoprivrednih sektora. Od stupanja na snagu 17 država članica iskoristilo je priliku i podržalo različite poljoprivredne, hortikulturne, ribarstvene i akvakulturne sektore tijekom 2020. i 2021. godine, u ukupnom iznosu većem od 3 milijarde eura. Ta je potpora bila neophodna za opstanak mnogih sektora, a produljenjem trajanja instrumenta i povećanjem gornjih granica proizvođačima se daje određeni oblik sigurnosti i mogućnost pravovremenog planiranja proizvodnje.

„Nepotrebno je ponavljati koliko je i na koje sve načine COVID kriza utjecala na sve aspekte naših života. Ponosna sam što smo sačuvali i osigurali proizvodnju hrane i opskrbu hranom svih 500 milijuna stanovnika Europske unije i što su u najtežim trenucima sve zemlje članice stale rame uz rame i radile na dokumentima i programima koji su za cilj imali proizvođačima hrane olakšati suočavanje s posljedicama krize, uz istovremeno zadržavanje cijena hrane koje su krajnji potrošači mogli pratiti. Privremeni okvir usvojen je za vrijeme našeg predsjedanja Vijećem Europske unije, a omogućio je aktiviranje nacionalnih sredstava pomoći ugroženim sektorima. Mi smo sve mogućnosti maksimalno iskoristili u skladu s potrebama naših proizvođača i smatrali smo potrebnim i u idućoj godini nacionalnim sredstvima dati dodatni oslonac našim proizvođačima. Tražili smo jednogodišnje produljenje, dobili smo polugodišnje uz proporcionalni rast iznosa maksimalnih iznosa potpora. Zadovoljni smo postignutim jer nam je zadržavanje domaće proizvodnje hrane na prvom mjestu“ – izjavila je ministrica poljoprivrede Marija Vučković.
