Tridesetsedmogodišnji M.R. kojem je u utorak sudac istrage splitskog Županijskog suda odredio jednomjesečni istražni zatvor zbog sumnje za protupravno oduzimanje slobode, teško kazneno djelo silovanja i nanošenja tjelesne ozljede koje je počinio prema svojoj 25-godišnjoj bivšoj izvanbračnoj supruzi, pokušao se ubiti u splitskom zatvoru zarezavši se žiletom!
Kako smo neslužbeno doznali, nakon što mu je u utorak ujutro određen boravak na splitskim Bilicama, policija ga je odvela u zatvor te je pri prijemu pregledan i obavljen je liječnički pregled. Nedugo nakon što su ga pravosudni policajci smjestili u ćeliju s još nekoliko zatvorenika i zatvorili vrata, začula se buka i gungula te lupanje na vratima i dozivanje. Kad su čuvari ušli u ćeliju vidjeli su M.R.- a kako krvav leži na podu ćelije, a naknadno je utvrđeno da se zarezao žiletom od uha pa sve do polovine vrata. Zatvorska liječnička služba odmah mu je pomogla te je prebačen na daljnju obradu u bolnicu. Naravno, postavlja se pitanje kako je moguće da čovjek koji je tek došao u zatvor prošavši rigorozne provjere i to nakon što je dan prije proveo uhićen na policiji uopće došao do žileta? Da li ga je sam unio u zatvor ili ga je našao u ćeliji ili je do njega došao na neki treći način pitanja su na koja bi odgovore trebala dati istraga.
Podsjetimo, 37-godišnjaka iz sela u okolici Sinja se tereti da je u nedjelju nešto iza jedan sat u noći u Splitu sačekao svoju bivšu partnericu ispred njene kuće te ju je udario šakom u glavu. Nakon što je ona od udarca pala u nesvijest, ubacio ju je u svoj mercedes i krenuo s njom prema selu u okolici Sinja gdje živi. Usput su stali na benzinskoj crpki kako bi nasilnik natočio gorivo, a žrtva je tad pokušala pobjeći.
No, on ju je spriječio u bijegu te ju je prvo odvezao na brdo poviše sela u kojem živi i tamo ju je silovao upotrijebivši silu i prijetnje. Natjerao ju je i na daljnje neželjene seksualne aktivnosti, a sve je to snimio mobitelom. Poslije te torture, odvezao ju je do kuće te ju je, po prijavi policije, zatočio ne dozvoljavajući joj da ode. Nastavio joj je prijetiti te je ona, u strahu za svoj život, pristala na ponovni seksualni odnos. Naposljetku ju je, dvanaestak sati nakon otmice i proživljene torture, spasila policija koja je upala u nasilnikovu kuću.
Osumnjičeni 37-godišnjak do sad ima više pravomoćnih presuda na ukupno preko 13 godina bezuvjetnog zatvora za kaznena djela teških krađa, oštećenja tuđe stvari, razbojništa, a obzirom da je sudac istrage ocijenio, prema prijedlogu ŽDO-a, da je u počinjenju ovih kaznenih djela na štetu svoje bivše partnerice bio izuzetno grub, odlučan i uporan, određen mu je istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela. Sud je ocijenio i da ta okolnost egzistira jer je posebno usmjeren na svoju 25-godišnju bivšu vanbračnu suprugu.

Tridesetsedmogodišnji M.R. kojem je u utorak sudac istrage splitskog Županijskog suda odredio jednomjesečni istražni zatvor zbog sumnje za protupravno oduzimanje slobode, teško kazneno djelo silovanja i nanošenja tjelesne ozljede koje je počinio prema svojoj 25-godišnjoj bivšoj izvanbračnoj supruzi, pokušao se ubiti u splitskom zatvoru zarezavši se žiletom!
Kako smo neslužbeno doznali, nakon što mu je u utorak ujutro određen boravak na splitskim Bilicama, policija ga je odvela u zatvor te je pri prijemu pregledan i obavljen je liječnički pregled. Nedugo nakon što su ga pravosudni policajci smjestili u ćeliju s još nekoliko zatvorenika i zatvorili vrata, začula se buka i gungula te lupanje na vratima i dozivanje. Kad su čuvari ušli u ćeliju vidjeli su M.R.- a kako krvav leži na podu ćelije, a naknadno je utvrđeno da se zarezao žiletom od uha pa sve do polovine vrata. Zatvorska liječnička služba odmah mu je pomogla te je prebačen na daljnju obradu u bolnicu. Naravno, postavlja se pitanje kako je moguće da čovjek koji je tek došao u zatvor prošavši rigorozne provjere i to nakon što je dan prije proveo uhićen na policiji uopće došao do žileta? Da li ga je sam unio u zatvor ili ga je našao u ćeliji ili je do njega došao na neki treći način pitanja su na koja bi odgovore trebala dati istraga.
Podsjetimo, 37-godišnjaka iz sela u okolici Sinja se tereti da je u nedjelju nešto iza jedan sat u noći u Splitu sačekao svoju bivšu partnericu ispred njene kuće te ju je udario šakom u glavu. Nakon što je ona od udarca pala u nesvijest, ubacio ju je u svoj mercedes i krenuo s njom prema selu u okolici Sinja gdje živi. Usput su stali na benzinskoj crpki kako bi nasilnik natočio gorivo, a žrtva je tad pokušala pobjeći.
No, on ju je spriječio u bijegu te ju je prvo odvezao na brdo poviše sela u kojem živi i tamo ju je silovao upotrijebivši silu i prijetnje. Natjerao ju je i na daljnje neželjene seksualne aktivnosti, a sve je to snimio mobitelom. Poslije te torture, odvezao ju je do kuće te ju je, po prijavi policije, zatočio ne dozvoljavajući joj da ode. Nastavio joj je prijetiti te je ona, u strahu za svoj život, pristala na ponovni seksualni odnos. Naposljetku ju je, dvanaestak sati nakon otmice i proživljene torture, spasila policija koja je upala u nasilnikovu kuću.
Osumnjičeni 37-godišnjak do sad ima više pravomoćnih presuda na ukupno preko 13 godina bezuvjetnog zatvora za kaznena djela teških krađa, oštećenja tuđe stvari, razbojništa, a obzirom da je sudac istrage ocijenio, prema prijedlogu ŽDO-a, da je u počinjenju ovih kaznenih djela na štetu svoje bivše partnerice bio izuzetno grub, odlučan i uporan, određen mu je istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja djela. Sud je ocijenio i da ta okolnost egzistira jer je posebno usmjeren na svoju 25-godišnju bivšu vanbračnu suprugu.
