Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja upravo je zaključilo javni natječaj za izdavanje energetskog odobrenja za proizvodno postrojenje - sunčanaeelektrane "Šestanovac 2" na području Žeževački ljuti, sjeveroistočno od općinskog središta.

Zapravo se radi o razvoju dva projekta sunčanih elektrana od kojih je onaj prvi, elektrana "Šestanovac", već dobio energetsko odobrenje i lokacijsku dozvolu, dok se sva potrebna dokumentacija za "Šestanovac 2" očekuje upravo početkom iduće godine.

Investitori, projektne tvrtke "Šestanovac 2" i "Aurelus Dalmata", po završetku administrativnog dijela, početak gradnje dviju sunčanih elektrana u Žeževici planiraju do kraja iduće godine, a završetak do konca 2024. Iako će finalni brojevi ovisiti o detaljnoj tehno-ekonomskoj analizi i razradi u fazi glavnog projekta, ukupna planirana instalirana snaga za oba projekta je oko 20 megavata, a ukupna očekivana godišnja proizvodnja oko 32 milijuna kilovasati, što odgovara godišnjoj potrošnji od 9000 kućanstava.

Žeževačke tvornice, sunca ukupne vrijednosti dvadesetak milijuna eura, planirane su na površini od oko 26 hektara, pri ćemu će stvarna površina pod panelima biti na devet hektara. Osim tih dvadesetak milijuna, u sam razvoj do ishođenja građevinske dozvole i početka izgradnje utrošit će se, prema predviđanjima dodatnih milijun eura.

Realizacija i jedanog i drugog projekta planirana je bez ikakvih poticaja te će kroz svoj "životni vijek" isključivo stvarati dodatnu vrijednost, kako za lokalnu zajednicu, tako i za cijelu Hrvatsku.

Investitori napominju da su u fazi pripreme i razvoja projekta angažirane isključivo hrvatske tvrtke čime sva dosadašnja ulaganja ostaju u Lijepoj našoj. Također, tijekom same izgradnje planiraju se angažirati domaće firme i na taj način povećati gospodarsku aktivnost na području općine Šestanovac.

Ta zabiokovska općina dodatno bi profitirala u narednom tridesetogodišnjem razdoblje, koliko traje koncesija,na način da bi lokalne firme bile na poslovima održavanja i upravljanja elektranom kao i tijekom ostalih popratnih usluga poput čišćenja, održavanja vegetacije i zaštite.

Osim neizravnih doprinosa i stvaranja dodatne vrijednosti doći će i do dodatnih uplata u državni proračun i onaj lokalne samouprave. To se odnosi na naknade za energetsko odobrenje elektrane "Šestanovac 2", naknade za osnivanje prava služnosti za izgradnju infrastrukture za oba projekta, komunalni i vodni doprinos i naknade po kilovatsatu proizvedene električne energije koji će se na koncu uplaćivati općini Šestanovac.

- Vizija i kontinuirana podrška lokalne samouprave kroz prethodno razdoblje, za razvoj i izgradnju projekta obnovljivih izvora energije na području Šestanovca, sigurno je za svaku pohvalu i ne sumnjamo da će stanovnici općine biti zadovoljni sa rezultatima, naročito nakon što isti dođu u fazu gradnje i operativnog rada, kada će benefiti za lokalnu zajednicu postati konkretniji i opipljiviji - tvrde ulagači.

Što se tiče šire slike, projekti obnovljivih izvora, u prvom redu onih "sunčanih" i "vjetrovitih" s obzirom na odlične prirodne resurse, sigurna su opcija za energetsku budućnost Hrvatske, a izgradnja solarnih panela i vjetroturbina smanjit će ovisnost naše domovine o uvozu energije jednako kao i smanjenje cijenu električne energije.

Jedini problem je "košenje" dvaju projekata. Ovaj "sunčani" i projekt planiranog, a nikada realiziranog aerodroma, inače, "dijete" bivšeg općinskog načelnika Živka Trogrlića, našli su se na istoj valnoj dužini.

Prema prostornom planu, buduća sunčana elektrana u manjoj mjeri zadire u prostor uzletno-sletne staze. Ali ne toliko da bi stvaralo probleme jednima i drugima.

Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja upravo je zaključilo javni natječaj za izdavanje energetskog odobrenja za proizvodno postrojenje - sunčanaeelektrane "Šestanovac 2" na području Žeževački ljuti, sjeveroistočno od općinskog središta.

Zapravo se radi o razvoju dva projekta sunčanih elektrana od kojih je onaj prvi, elektrana "Šestanovac", već dobio energetsko odobrenje i lokacijsku dozvolu, dok se sva potrebna dokumentacija za "Šestanovac 2" očekuje upravo početkom iduće godine.

Investitori, projektne tvrtke "Šestanovac 2" i "Aurelus Dalmata", po završetku administrativnog dijela, početak gradnje dviju sunčanih elektrana u Žeževici planiraju do kraja iduće godine, a završetak do konca 2024. Iako će finalni brojevi ovisiti o detaljnoj tehno-ekonomskoj analizi i razradi u fazi glavnog projekta, ukupna planirana instalirana snaga za oba projekta je oko 20 megavata, a ukupna očekivana godišnja proizvodnja oko 32 milijuna kilovasati, što odgovara godišnjoj potrošnji od 9000 kućanstava.

Žeževačke tvornice, sunca ukupne vrijednosti dvadesetak milijuna eura, planirane su na površini od oko 26 hektara, pri ćemu će stvarna površina pod panelima biti na devet hektara. Osim tih dvadesetak milijuna, u sam razvoj do ishođenja građevinske dozvole i početka izgradnje utrošit će se, prema predviđanjima dodatnih milijun eura.

Realizacija i jedanog i drugog projekta planirana je bez ikakvih poticaja te će kroz svoj "životni vijek" isključivo stvarati dodatnu vrijednost, kako za lokalnu zajednicu, tako i za cijelu Hrvatsku.

Investitori napominju da su u fazi pripreme i razvoja projekta angažirane isključivo hrvatske tvrtke čime sva dosadašnja ulaganja ostaju u Lijepoj našoj. Također, tijekom same izgradnje planiraju se angažirati domaće firme i na taj način povećati gospodarsku aktivnost na području općine Šestanovac.

Ta zabiokovska općina dodatno bi profitirala u narednom tridesetogodišnjem razdoblje, koliko traje koncesija,na način da bi lokalne firme bile na poslovima održavanja i upravljanja elektranom kao i tijekom ostalih popratnih usluga poput čišćenja, održavanja vegetacije i zaštite.

Osim neizravnih doprinosa i stvaranja dodatne vrijednosti doći će i do dodatnih uplata u državni proračun i onaj lokalne samouprave. To se odnosi na naknade za energetsko odobrenje elektrane "Šestanovac 2", naknade za osnivanje prava služnosti za izgradnju infrastrukture za oba projekta, komunalni i vodni doprinos i naknade po kilovatsatu proizvedene električne energije koji će se na koncu uplaćivati općini Šestanovac.

- Vizija i kontinuirana podrška lokalne samouprave kroz prethodno razdoblje, za razvoj i izgradnju projekta obnovljivih izvora energije na području Šestanovca, sigurno je za svaku pohvalu i ne sumnjamo da će stanovnici općine biti zadovoljni sa rezultatima, naročito nakon što isti dođu u fazu gradnje i operativnog rada, kada će benefiti za lokalnu zajednicu postati konkretniji i opipljiviji - tvrde ulagači.

Što se tiče šire slike, projekti obnovljivih izvora, u prvom redu onih "sunčanih" i "vjetrovitih" s obzirom na odlične prirodne resurse, sigurna su opcija za energetsku budućnost Hrvatske, a izgradnja solarnih panela i vjetroturbina smanjit će ovisnost naše domovine o uvozu energije jednako kao i smanjenje cijenu električne energije.

Jedini problem je "košenje" dvaju projekata. Ovaj "sunčani" i projekt planiranog, a nikada realiziranog aerodroma, inače, "dijete" bivšeg općinskog načelnika Živka Trogrlića, našli su se na istoj valnoj dužini.

Prema prostornom planu, buduća sunčana elektrana u manjoj mjeri zadire u prostor uzletno-sletne staze. Ali ne toliko da bi stvaralo probleme jednima i drugima.
