Zadnje jako jugo koji je zadarsko područje pogodilo prošlog tjedna dodatno je oštetilo dio rive ispred stare Ledane, preko puta Foše, koji je već dobrano utonulo u more. Možda bi ovo bila još samo jedna priča o zapuštenom komadiću pomorskog dobra u gradu da baš na tom mjestu ne pristaje brod za hitnu medicinsku pomoć za Ugljan i Pašman. Brod koji postoji već 14 godina prevozi pacijente do uvale Foša, gdje ih zatim dočekuje vozilo hitne pomoći i prevozi do Opće bolnice Zadar. Sada, u ovakvim uvjetima, pristajanje tog broda ravno je avanturi.

Zato je Općina Preko na osam županijskih i nacionalnih adresa uputila dopis kojim traže hitnu sanaciju oštećene rive.

- Riva u uvali Foša ozbiljno je oštećena i ugrožena te je umanjena njena nosivost i stabilnost, a golim okom vidljivo je da postoji opasnost od urušavanja. U prosjeku, brod ima dvije intervencije dnevno, odnosno oko 500 intervencija godišnje, što dovoljno govori o opravdanosti ovakvog načina hitne medicinske pomoći za otočane. Međutim, nedopustivo je da ovako dobro organizirana hitna medicinska pomoć nije adekvatno popraćena infrastrukturom te da ovakvo oštećenje rive utječe na kvalitetu hitne medicinske pomoći za otočane- kaže načelnik Općine Preko Jure Brižić koji upozorava kako su pacijenti, medicinsko osoblje, posada broda, a i samo plovilo ugroženi prilikom pristajanja u uvalu Foša te da je zbog njihove sigurnosti potrebno hitno obaviti sanaciju tog dijela rive.

- Bilo koja druga lokacija nije prihvatljiva zbog duljine trajanja putovanja te se lokacija u uvali Foša dosad pokazala idealnom zbog blizine, kako pomorskog dijela puta, tako i kopnenog vozilom hitne pomoći do Opće bolnice Zadar. Stoga, molimo da se osiguraju financijska sredstva za rekonstrukciju rive u uvali Foša kako bi sljedeću godinu dočekali u boljim uvjetima, odnosno s rivom koja će biti adekvatno sanirana i u punoj funkciji, rekao je Brižić koji se, između ostalih, obratio i državnom tajnika za more i EU fondove u Ministarstvu mora Josipu Bilaveru, ravnatelju Hrvatskoga zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje te Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Zadarske županije. 

Krešimir Laštro, županijski pročelnik Upravnog odjela za more i turizam pod čiju je ingerenciju prešao ovaj problem, prije nekoliko nam je dana rekao novca za obnovu trenutno nema zbog korona krize.

- Nažalost, ovdje se ne radi o kozmetičkim zahvatima i sanacija će zahtijevati velike novce, a nas je pandemija koronavirusa primorala da određeni dio novac namijenjen ovakvim i sličnim stvarima, preusmjerimo u druge Odjele i projekte jer naknade za koncesije umanjili smo za 50 posto kao pomoć korisnicima koncesije, te zbog toga ne mogu sa sigurnošću reći hoćemo li imati dovoljno sredstava za to sanirati u ovoj godini – rekao nam je nedavno Laštro.

Hoće li se sredstva možda naći preko nekog europskog fonda, ostaje za vidjeti.

Zadnje jako jugo koji je zadarsko područje pogodilo prošlog tjedna dodatno je oštetilo dio rive ispred stare Ledane, preko puta Foše, koji je već dobrano utonulo u more. Možda bi ovo bila još samo jedna priča o zapuštenom komadiću pomorskog dobra u gradu da baš na tom mjestu ne pristaje brod za hitnu medicinsku pomoć za Ugljan i Pašman. Brod koji postoji već 14 godina prevozi pacijente do uvale Foša, gdje ih zatim dočekuje vozilo hitne pomoći i prevozi do Opće bolnice Zadar. Sada, u ovakvim uvjetima, pristajanje tog broda ravno je avanturi.

Zato je Općina Preko na osam županijskih i nacionalnih adresa uputila dopis kojim traže hitnu sanaciju oštećene rive.

- Riva u uvali Foša ozbiljno je oštećena i ugrožena te je umanjena njena nosivost i stabilnost, a golim okom vidljivo je da postoji opasnost od urušavanja. U prosjeku, brod ima dvije intervencije dnevno, odnosno oko 500 intervencija godišnje, što dovoljno govori o opravdanosti ovakvog načina hitne medicinske pomoći za otočane. Međutim, nedopustivo je da ovako dobro organizirana hitna medicinska pomoć nije adekvatno popraćena infrastrukturom te da ovakvo oštećenje rive utječe na kvalitetu hitne medicinske pomoći za otočane- kaže načelnik Općine Preko Jure Brižić koji upozorava kako su pacijenti, medicinsko osoblje, posada broda, a i samo plovilo ugroženi prilikom pristajanja u uvalu Foša te da je zbog njihove sigurnosti potrebno hitno obaviti sanaciju tog dijela rive.

- Bilo koja druga lokacija nije prihvatljiva zbog duljine trajanja putovanja te se lokacija u uvali Foša dosad pokazala idealnom zbog blizine, kako pomorskog dijela puta, tako i kopnenog vozilom hitne pomoći do Opće bolnice Zadar. Stoga, molimo da se osiguraju financijska sredstva za rekonstrukciju rive u uvali Foša kako bi sljedeću godinu dočekali u boljim uvjetima, odnosno s rivom koja će biti adekvatno sanirana i u punoj funkciji, rekao je Brižić koji se, između ostalih, obratio i državnom tajnika za more i EU fondove u Ministarstvu mora Josipu Bilaveru, ravnatelju Hrvatskoga zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje te Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Zadarske županije. 

Krešimir Laštro, županijski pročelnik Upravnog odjela za more i turizam pod čiju je ingerenciju prešao ovaj problem, prije nekoliko nam je dana rekao novca za obnovu trenutno nema zbog korona krize.

- Nažalost, ovdje se ne radi o kozmetičkim zahvatima i sanacija će zahtijevati velike novce, a nas je pandemija koronavirusa primorala da određeni dio novac namijenjen ovakvim i sličnim stvarima, preusmjerimo u druge Odjele i projekte jer naknade za koncesije umanjili smo za 50 posto kao pomoć korisnicima koncesije, te zbog toga ne mogu sa sigurnošću reći hoćemo li imati dovoljno sredstava za to sanirati u ovoj godini – rekao nam je nedavno Laštro.

Hoće li se sredstva možda naći preko nekog europskog fonda, ostaje za vidjeti.

Apel iz Preka: "Hitno sanirajte urušenu rivu u Foši. Brod hitne pomoći s Ugljana i Pašmana jedva pristaje, a pacijenti i osoblje su ugroženi"

Zadnje jako jugo koji je zadarsko područje pogodilo prošlog tjedna dodatno je oštetilo dio rive ispred stare Ledane, preko puta Foše, koji je već dobrano utonulo u more. Možda bi ovo bila još samo jedna priča o zapuštenom komadiću pomorskog dobra u gradu da baš na tom mjestu ne pristaje brod za hitnu medicinsku pomoć za Ugljan i Pašman. Brod koji postoji već 14 godina prevozi pacijente do uvale Foša, gdje ih zatim dočekuje vozilo hitne pomoći i prevozi do Opće bolnice Zadar. Sada, u ovakvim uvjetima, pristajanje tog broda ravno je avanturi.

Zato je Općina Preko na osam županijskih i nacionalnih adresa uputila dopis kojim traže hitnu sanaciju oštećene rive.

- Riva u uvali Foša ozbiljno je oštećena i ugrožena te je umanjena njena nosivost i stabilnost, a golim okom vidljivo je da postoji opasnost od urušavanja. U prosjeku, brod ima dvije intervencije dnevno, odnosno oko 500 intervencija godišnje, što dovoljno govori o opravdanosti ovakvog načina hitne medicinske pomoći za otočane. Međutim, nedopustivo je da ovako dobro organizirana hitna medicinska pomoć nije adekvatno popraćena infrastrukturom te da ovakvo oštećenje rive utječe na kvalitetu hitne medicinske pomoći za otočane- kaže načelnik Općine Preko Jure Brižić koji upozorava kako su pacijenti, medicinsko osoblje, posada broda, a i samo plovilo ugroženi prilikom pristajanja u uvalu Foša te da je zbog njihove sigurnosti potrebno hitno obaviti sanaciju tog dijela rive.

- Bilo koja druga lokacija nije prihvatljiva zbog duljine trajanja putovanja te se lokacija u uvali Foša dosad pokazala idealnom zbog blizine, kako pomorskog dijela puta, tako i kopnenog vozilom hitne pomoći do Opće bolnice Zadar. Stoga, molimo da se osiguraju financijska sredstva za rekonstrukciju rive u uvali Foša kako bi sljedeću godinu dočekali u boljim uvjetima, odnosno s rivom koja će biti adekvatno sanirana i u punoj funkciji, rekao je Brižić koji se, između ostalih, obratio i državnom tajnika za more i EU fondove u Ministarstvu mora Josipu Bilaveru, ravnatelju Hrvatskoga zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje te Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Zadarske županije. 

Krešimir Laštro, županijski pročelnik Upravnog odjela za more i turizam pod čiju je ingerenciju prešao ovaj problem, prije nekoliko nam je dana rekao novca za obnovu trenutno nema zbog korona krize.

- Nažalost, ovdje se ne radi o kozmetičkim zahvatima i sanacija će zahtijevati velike novce, a nas je pandemija koronavirusa primorala da određeni dio novac namijenjen ovakvim i sličnim stvarima, preusmjerimo u druge Odjele i projekte jer naknade za koncesije umanjili smo za 50 posto kao pomoć korisnicima koncesije, te zbog toga ne mogu sa sigurnošću reći hoćemo li imati dovoljno sredstava za to sanirati u ovoj godini – rekao nam je nedavno Laštro.

Hoće li se sredstva možda naći preko nekog europskog fonda, ostaje za vidjeti.
