Građani s područja Ulice Put Dikla, obratili su nam se zbog problema s dovršenjem uređenja te ulice nakon obimnih radova. 

Iz Gradske uprave, nakon što smo im uputili primjedbe građana, poslali su nam odgovore:

- Završetkom radova na izgradnji sustava odvodnje u sklopu projekta Aglomeracije, prometnica Put Dikla je u cijelosti obnovljena i vraćena u funkciju. Primjedbe građana su u najvećem dijelu realne i opravdane, a u skladu su upravo s planiranim komunalnim i građevinskim zahvatima koji su trebali uslijediti s dovršetkom samih radova. Uzrok trenutnom stanju – nepostavljenoj dodatnoj prometnoj signalizaciji, uređenju pješačke staze i obnovi javne rasvjete, je nedonošenje proračuna što uvjetuje čitavoj Gradskoj upravi način raspolaganja proračunskim sredstvima. Konkretno, sve dok traje obveza financiranja nužnih rashoda, tzv. tehnički proračun, nije moguće ugovoriti izradu prometnog elaborata koji je obvezan za uspostavu nove ili dodatne prometne signalizacije.

Iz istog razloga ne može se krenuti s projektom izgradnje i uređenja pješačko-biciklističke staze na sjeveroistočnoj strani Puta Dikla. Projektna dokumentacija je gotova i predana na izdavanje lokacijske dozvole, no zbog blokade proračuna nema sredstava koja su potrebna za otkup zemljišta na toj trasi, ni za izgradnju samog projekta.

Dakle, čeka se donošenje novog proračuna koji bi „oslobodio“ već predviđena sredstva i omogućio financiranje otkupa zemljišta i izvođenje radova na pješačkoj stazi, odnosno u međuvremenu omogućio  izradu prometnog elaborata za dodatnu prometnu signalizaciju, kao i osigurao sredstva za početak modernizacije javne rasvjete na Putu Dikla. Upravo zbog podizanja razine sigurnosti svih sudionika u prometu Putom Dikla, Grad Zadar pozvao je nadležne službe na intenzivan nadzor brzine kretanja vozila, preventivne aktivnosti i sankcioniranje prekršitelja u prometu.

Građani s područja Ulice Put Dikla, obratili su nam se zbog problema s dovršenjem uređenja te ulice nakon obimnih radova. 

Iz Gradske uprave, nakon što smo im uputili primjedbe građana, poslali su nam odgovore:

- Završetkom radova na izgradnji sustava odvodnje u sklopu projekta Aglomeracije, prometnica Put Dikla je u cijelosti obnovljena i vraćena u funkciju. Primjedbe građana su u najvećem dijelu realne i opravdane, a u skladu su upravo s planiranim komunalnim i građevinskim zahvatima koji su trebali uslijediti s dovršetkom samih radova. Uzrok trenutnom stanju – nepostavljenoj dodatnoj prometnoj signalizaciji, uređenju pješačke staze i obnovi javne rasvjete, je nedonošenje proračuna što uvjetuje čitavoj Gradskoj upravi način raspolaganja proračunskim sredstvima. Konkretno, sve dok traje obveza financiranja nužnih rashoda, tzv. tehnički proračun, nije moguće ugovoriti izradu prometnog elaborata koji je obvezan za uspostavu nove ili dodatne prometne signalizacije.

Iz istog razloga ne može se krenuti s projektom izgradnje i uređenja pješačko-biciklističke staze na sjeveroistočnoj strani Puta Dikla. Projektna dokumentacija je gotova i predana na izdavanje lokacijske dozvole, no zbog blokade proračuna nema sredstava koja su potrebna za otkup zemljišta na toj trasi, ni za izgradnju samog projekta.

Dakle, čeka se donošenje novog proračuna koji bi „oslobodio“ već predviđena sredstva i omogućio financiranje otkupa zemljišta i izvođenje radova na pješačkoj stazi, odnosno u međuvremenu omogućio  izradu prometnog elaborata za dodatnu prometnu signalizaciju, kao i osigurao sredstva za početak modernizacije javne rasvjete na Putu Dikla. Upravo zbog podizanja razine sigurnosti svih sudionika u prometu Putom Dikla, Grad Zadar pozvao je nadležne službe na intenzivan nadzor brzine kretanja vozila, preventivne aktivnosti i sankcioniranje prekršitelja u prometu.

Uzrok nepostavljenoj dodatnoj prometnoj signalizaciji, uređenju pješačke staze i obnovi javne rasvjete je - nedonošenje proračuna!

Građani s područja Ulice Put Dikla, obratili su nam se zbog problema s dovršenjem uređenja te ulice nakon obimnih radova. 

Iz Gradske uprave, nakon što smo im uputili primjedbe građana, poslali su nam odgovore:

- Završetkom radova na izgradnji sustava odvodnje u sklopu projekta Aglomeracije, prometnica Put Dikla je u cijelosti obnovljena i vraćena u funkciju. Primjedbe građana su u najvećem dijelu realne i opravdane, a u skladu su upravo s planiranim komunalnim i građevinskim zahvatima koji su trebali uslijediti s dovršetkom samih radova. Uzrok trenutnom stanju – nepostavljenoj dodatnoj prometnoj signalizaciji, uređenju pješačke staze i obnovi javne rasvjete, je nedonošenje proračuna što uvjetuje čitavoj Gradskoj upravi način raspolaganja proračunskim sredstvima. Konkretno, sve dok traje obveza financiranja nužnih rashoda, tzv. tehnički proračun, nije moguće ugovoriti izradu prometnog elaborata koji je obvezan za uspostavu nove ili dodatne prometne signalizacije.

Iz istog razloga ne može se krenuti s projektom izgradnje i uređenja pješačko-biciklističke staze na sjeveroistočnoj strani Puta Dikla.
