U četvrtak, 13. listopada oko 04,15 sati u Zadru, policijski službenici Policijske postaje Zadar su u Ulici Hrvoja Ćustića prilikom kontrole prometa pokušali zaustaviti osobni automobil zadarskih registarskih oznaka, međutim 38-godišnji vozač Audija se oglušio na izdane naredbe policijskih službenika te ubrzao vožnju, promijenio smjer te se odvezao do Ninske ulice, gdje je istrčao iz vozila te se pokušao udaljiti.

Ubrzo je sustignut i zadržan ali se i dalje pokušavao udaljiti oglušujući se na izdane naredbe, nakon čega su radi sprečavanja bijega na njim uporabljena sredstva prisile te je priveden u službene prostorije.

Nadalje, tijekom postupanja je policajcima odbijao dati na uvid osobne dokumente te je odbio ponuđeno alkotestiranje.

Zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama te zbog prekršaja iz domene Zakona o osobnoj iskaznici, jučer je uz Optužni prijedlog prepraćen na Prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda u Zadru.

Glisiranja na moru

Jučer su policijski službenici Postaje pomorske i aerodromske policije Zadar zatekli tri plovila koja su glisirala uz obalu na udaljenosti manjoj od 300 metara.

Tako je u Parku prirode Telašćica pri nedozvoljenom glisiranju u blizini obale u 14 sati zatečen 40-godišnji državljanin Poljske, a kasnije na istom području još dva strana državljana, češki državljani u dobi od 43 i 30 godina. Poradi počinjenja prekršaja iz domene Pomorskog zakonika svim prekršiteljima izrečene su novčane kazne.

U četvrtak, 13. listopada oko 04,15 sati u Zadru, policijski službenici Policijske postaje Zadar su u Ulici Hrvoja Ćustića prilikom kontrole prometa pokušali zaustaviti osobni automobil zadarskih registarskih oznaka, međutim 38-godišnji vozač Audija se oglušio na izdane naredbe policijskih službenika te ubrzao vožnju, promijenio smjer te se odvezao do Ninske ulice, gdje je istrčao iz vozila te se pokušao udaljiti.

Ubrzo je sustignut i zadržan ali se i dalje pokušavao udaljiti oglušujući se na izdane naredbe, nakon čega su radi sprečavanja bijega na njim uporabljena sredstva prisile te je priveden u službene prostorije.

Nadalje, tijekom postupanja je policajcima odbijao dati na uvid osobne dokumente te je odbio ponuđeno alkotestiranje.

Zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama te zbog prekršaja iz domene Zakona o osobnoj iskaznici, jučer je uz Optužni prijedlog prepraćen na Prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda u Zadru.

Glisiranja na moru

Jučer su policijski službenici Postaje pomorske i aerodromske policije Zadar zatekli tri plovila koja su glisirala uz obalu na udaljenosti manjoj od 300 metara.

Tako je u Parku prirode Telašćica pri nedozvoljenom glisiranju u blizini obale u 14 sati zatečen 40-godišnji državljanin Poljske, a kasnije na istom području još dva strana državljana, češki državljani u dobi od 43 i 30 godina. Poradi počinjenja prekršaja iz domene Pomorskog zakonika svim prekršiteljima izrečene su novčane kazne.

Sankcionirani prekršaji u cestovnom i morskom prometu - uhvaćen "gaser" kod stadiona, pobjegao iz Audija kojim je jurio, policajci ga presreli!

U četvrtak, 13. listopada oko 04,15 sati u Zadru, policijski službenici Policijske postaje Zadar su u Ulici Hrvoja Ćustića prilikom kontrole prometa pokušali zaustaviti osobni automobil zadarskih registarskih oznaka, međutim 38-godišnji vozač Audija se oglušio na izdane naredbe policijskih službenika te ubrzao vožnju, promijenio smjer te se odvezao do Ninske ulice, gdje je istrčao iz vozila te se pokušao udaljiti.

Ubrzo je sustignut i zadržan ali se i dalje pokušavao udaljiti oglušujući se na izdane naredbe, nakon čega su radi sprečavanja bijega na njim uporabljena sredstva prisile te je priveden u službene prostorije.

Nadalje, tijekom postupanja je policajcima odbijao dati na uvid osobne dokumente te je odbio ponuđeno alkotestiranje.

Zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama te zbog prekršaja iz domene Zakona o osobnoj iskaznici, jučer je uz Optužni prijedlog prepraćen na Prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda u Zadru.

Glisiranja na moru

Jučer su policijski službenici Postaje pomorske i aerodromske policije Zadar zatekli tri plovila koja su glisirala uz obalu na udaljenosti manjoj od 300 metara.

Tako je u Parku prirode Telašćica pri nedozvoljenom glisiranju u blizini obale u 14 sati zatečen 40-godišnji državljanin Poljske, a kasnije na istom području još dva strana državljana, češki državljani u dobi od 43 i 30 godina. Poradi počinjenja prekršaja iz domene Pomorskog zakonika svim prekršiteljima izrečene su novčane kazne.
