Policijski službenici Odjela kriminaliteta droga proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 19-godišnjakom iz Zadra kojeg se sumnjiči za neovlaštenu proizvodnju i promet drogama, izvjestila je PU zadarska.

U sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja od njega je oduzeto oko 5,7 grama droge kokain, smjesa za povećanje mase droge tzv. punilo, digitalna vaga, pribor za pakiranje te novčani iznos od 1.500 kuna za kojeg se sumnja da potječe od pretprodaje droge.

Također, kod njega je pronađena i oduzeta zračna pušta te 500 komada pripadajućeg streljiva, koje je nezakonito posjedovao.

Protiv 19-godišnjaka, nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru podnosi se kaznena prijava zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo neovlaštene proizvodnja i prometa drogama.

Također se protiv njega podnosi optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenog prekršaja iz Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana.

Policijski službenici Odjela kriminaliteta droga proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 19-godišnjakom iz Zadra kojeg se sumnjiči za neovlaštenu proizvodnju i promet drogama, izvjestila je PU zadarska.

U sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja od njega je oduzeto oko 5,7 grama droge kokain, smjesa za povećanje mase droge tzv. punilo, digitalna vaga, pribor za pakiranje te novčani iznos od 1.500 kuna za kojeg se sumnja da potječe od pretprodaje droge.

Također, kod njega je pronađena i oduzeta zračna pušta te 500 komada pripadajućeg streljiva, koje je nezakonito posjedovao.

Protiv 19-godišnjaka, nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru podnosi se kaznena prijava zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo neovlaštene proizvodnja i prometa drogama.

Također se protiv njega podnosi optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenog prekršaja iz Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana.

Policija kod 19-godišnjeg Zadranina pronašla kokain i punila, a nezakonito je posjedovao i zračnu pušku

Policijski službenici Odjela kriminaliteta droga proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 19-godišnjakom iz Zadra kojeg se sumnjiči za neovlaštenu proizvodnju i promet drogama, izvjestila je PU zadarska.

U sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja od njega je oduzeto oko 5,7 grama droge kokain, smjesa za povećanje mase droge tzv. punilo, digitalna vaga, pribor za pakiranje te novčani iznos od 1.500 kuna za kojeg se sumnja da potječe od pretprodaje droge.

Također, kod njega je pronađena i oduzeta zračna pušta te 500 komada pripadajućeg streljiva, koje je nezakonito posjedovao.

Protiv 19-godišnjaka, nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru podnosi se kaznena prijava zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo neovlaštene proizvodnja i prometa drogama.

Također se protiv njega podnosi optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenog prekršaja iz Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana.
