Na uvjetnu kaznu od 12 mjeseci s rokom kušnje od tri godine, nepravomoćno je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru osuđen 29-godišnji pomorac koji je učestalo zlostavljao roditelje. Osim što im je govorio glupane, glupačo, te da su budale, oca je i fizički napadao.

Situacija je kulminirala 2020. godine kada je u alkoholiziranom stanju razbio tavanska vrata, te pobacao posude sa cvijećem. Zahtijevao je od oca da mu da ključeve od auta, pa kad je ovaj to odbio, vrijeđao ga govoreći mu da je manipulator, druker, kreten, i slično, nakon čega je kuhinjskim nožem rasparao džep njegove jakne odakle je istrgnuo ključ.

Prilikom individualizacije i odmjeravanja kazne sud je kod 29-godišnjaka kao olakotne okolnosti cijenio izraženo žaljenje, dok mu je kao otegotnu okolnost težinu i posljedice počinjenog kaznenog djela u odnosu na njegove roditelje.

Zbog kaznenog djela nasičlja u obitelji, sud mu je izrekao uvjetnu kaznu smatrajući da će imati učinka na druge, potencijalne počinitelje kaznenih djela, u smislu da ih se odvrati od takvog nauma s obzirom da kazneni postupak ima i širu društvenu svrhu, a to je zaštita pravnih dobara pojedinaca u društvu od protupravnog postupanja drugih pojedinaca te se isti provodi u javnom interesu.

Okrivljenik se na sudu branio pandemijom Covida zbog čega je morao zatvoriti kafić, što je kao posljedicu imalo potpunu promjenu ritma života i financija kojih više nije bilo, a što je utjecalo na to da počne često konzumirati alkoholna pića.

Na uvjetnu kaznu od 12 mjeseci s rokom kušnje od tri godine, nepravomoćno je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru osuđen 29-godišnji pomorac koji je učestalo zlostavljao roditelje. Osim što im je govorio glupane, glupačo, te da su budale, oca je i fizički napadao.

Situacija je kulminirala 2020. godine kada je u alkoholiziranom stanju razbio tavanska vrata, te pobacao posude sa cvijećem. Zahtijevao je od oca da mu da ključeve od auta, pa kad je ovaj to odbio, vrijeđao ga govoreći mu da je manipulator, druker, kreten, i slično, nakon čega je kuhinjskim nožem rasparao džep njegove jakne odakle je istrgnuo ključ.

Prilikom individualizacije i odmjeravanja kazne sud je kod 29-godišnjaka kao olakotne okolnosti cijenio izraženo žaljenje, dok mu je kao otegotnu okolnost težinu i posljedice počinjenog kaznenog djela u odnosu na njegove roditelje.

Zbog kaznenog djela nasičlja u obitelji, sud mu je izrekao uvjetnu kaznu smatrajući da će imati učinka na druge, potencijalne počinitelje kaznenih djela, u smislu da ih se odvrati od takvog nauma s obzirom da kazneni postupak ima i širu društvenu svrhu, a to je zaštita pravnih dobara pojedinaca u društvu od protupravnog postupanja drugih pojedinaca te se isti provodi u javnom interesu.

Okrivljenik se na sudu branio pandemijom Covida zbog čega je morao zatvoriti kafić, što je kao posljedicu imalo potpunu promjenu ritma života i financija kojih više nije bilo, a što je utjecalo na to da počne često konzumirati alkoholna pića.

Na uvjetnu kaznu od 12 mjeseci s rokom kušnje od tri godine, nepravomoćno je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru osuđen 29-godišnji pomorac koji je učestalo zlostavljao roditelje. Osim što im je govorio glupane, glupačo, te da su budale, oca je i fizički napadao.

Situacija je kulminirala 2020. godine kada je u alkoholiziranom stanju razbio tavanska vrata, te pobacao posude sa cvijećem. Zahtijevao je od oca da mu da ključeve od auta, pa kad je ovaj to odbio, vrijeđao ga govoreći mu da je manipulator, druker, kreten, i slično, nakon čega je kuhinjskim nožem rasparao džep njegove jakne odakle je istrgnuo ključ.

Prilikom individualizacije i odmjeravanja kazne sud je kod 29-godišnjaka kao olakotne okolnosti cijenio izraženo žaljenje, dok mu je kao otegotnu okolnost težinu i posljedice počinjenog kaznenog djela u odnosu na njegove roditelje.

Zbog kaznenog djela nasičlja u obitelji, sud mu je izrekao uvjetnu kaznu smatrajući da će imati učinka na druge, potencijalne počinitelje kaznenih djela, u smislu da ih se odvrati od takvog nauma s obzirom da kazneni postupak ima i širu društvenu svrhu, a to je zaštita pravnih dobara pojedinaca u društvu od protupravnog postupanja drugih pojedinaca te se isti provodi u javnom interesu.

Okrivljenik se na sudu branio pandemijom Covida zbog čega je morao zatvoriti kafić, što je kao posljedicu imalo potpunu promjenu ritma života i financija kojih više nije bilo, a što je utjecalo na to da počne često konzumirati alkoholna pića.
