Opća bolnica Zadar potpisala je s tvrtkom Krekić avangard aneks ugovora na izgradnju zgrade Dnevnih bolnica. Informacija o novo potpisanom aneksu objavljena je na Elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave. 

U priloženoj dokumentaciji navodi se kako se aneks ugovora potpisuje zbog dodatnih i zamjenskih zidarskih te kamenarskih radove te zbog radova na vodovodu i kanalizaciji.

Potpisivanje aneksa ugovora označava i povećanje cijene. Naime, Krekić je prošle godine dao najpovoljniju cijenu na javnom natječaju koja je iznosila 25.872.061,42 kuna (bez PDV). Povećanje koje nastupa potpisivanjem ovog aneks ugovora iznosi gotovo pola milijuna kuna, odnosno 499.989,31 kuna što znači da OB Zadar, Krekić Avangardu treba isplatiti ukupno 26,3 milijuna kuna. Kada ove cifre preračunamo u eure, znači da zadarska bolnica mora platiti 66 tisuća eura više nego što je bila početna ugovorena cijena sa zadrskom tvrtkom. Ukupna cifra se s PDV-om penje na 4.375.215,80 eura. 

Iako je potpisan aneks ugovora, još uvijek nisu produljeni rokovi za izgradnju zgrade Dnevnih bolnica koja ističe u travnju. Naime, i u posljednjim informacijama stoji kako tvrtka Krekić avangard ima 240 dana za dovršetak zgrade dnevnih bolnica, ali prema stanju na terenu, nije za vjerovati kako će kompletan posao biti gotov do kraja travnja.

Podsjetimo kako je ukupna vrijednost ovog projekta iznosila 49,9 milijuna kuna. No raskidom ugovora sa slovenskom tvrtkom Solida kojoj je OB Zadar za izvršene radove platila 23.152.034,10 kuna s PDV-om i sklapanjem ugovora s tvrtkom Krekić Avangard, ukupna vrijednost projekt se popela na 56,1 milijuna kuna.

Opća bolnica Zadar potpisala je s tvrtkom Krekić avangard aneks ugovora na izgradnju zgrade Dnevnih bolnica. Informacija o novo potpisanom aneksu objavljena je na Elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave. 

U priloženoj dokumentaciji navodi se kako se aneks ugovora potpisuje zbog dodatnih i zamjenskih zidarskih te kamenarskih radove te zbog radova na vodovodu i kanalizaciji.

Potpisivanje aneksa ugovora označava i povećanje cijene. Naime, Krekić je prošle godine dao najpovoljniju cijenu na javnom natječaju koja je iznosila 25.872.061,42 kuna (bez PDV). Povećanje koje nastupa potpisivanjem ovog aneks ugovora iznosi gotovo pola milijuna kuna, odnosno 499.989,31 kuna što znači da OB Zadar, Krekić Avangardu treba isplatiti ukupno 26,3 milijuna kuna. Kada ove cifre preračunamo u eure, znači da zadarska bolnica mora platiti 66 tisuća eura više nego što je bila početna ugovorena cijena sa zadrskom tvrtkom. Ukupna cifra se s PDV-om penje na 4.375.215,80 eura. 

Iako je potpisan aneks ugovora, još uvijek nisu produljeni rokovi za izgradnju zgrade Dnevnih bolnica koja ističe u travnju. Naime, i u posljednjim informacijama stoji kako tvrtka Krekić avangard ima 240 dana za dovršetak zgrade dnevnih bolnica, ali prema stanju na terenu, nije za vjerovati kako će kompletan posao biti gotov do kraja travnja.

Podsjetimo kako je ukupna vrijednost ovog projekta iznosila 49,9 milijuna kuna. No raskidom ugovora sa slovenskom tvrtkom Solida kojoj je OB Zadar za izvršene radove platila 23.152.034,10 kuna s PDV-om i sklapanjem ugovora s tvrtkom Krekić Avangard, ukupna vrijednost projekt se popela na 56,1 milijuna kuna.

OB Zadar za zgradu Dnevne bolnice s "Krekićem" potpisala aneks ugovora vrijedan 66 tisuća eura, rok za završetak radova je u travnju, ali...

Opća bolnica Zadar potpisala je s tvrtkom Krekić avangard aneks ugovora na izgradnju zgrade Dnevnih bolnica. Informacija o novo potpisanom aneksu objavljena je na Elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave. 

U priloženoj dokumentaciji navodi se kako se aneks ugovora potpisuje zbog dodatnih i zamjenskih zidarskih te kamenarskih radove te zbog radova na vodovodu i kanalizaciji.

Potpisivanje aneksa ugovora označava i povećanje cijene. Naime, Krekić je prošle godine dao najpovoljniju cijenu na javnom natječaju koja je iznosila 25.872.061,42 kuna (bez PDV). Povećanje koje nastupa potpisivanjem ovog aneks ugovora iznosi gotovo pola milijuna kuna, odnosno 499.989,31 kuna što znači da OB Zadar, Krekić Avangardu treba isplatiti ukupno 26,3 milijuna kuna. Kada ove cifre preračunamo u eure, znači da zadarska bolnica mora platiti 66 tisuća eura više nego što je bila početna ugovorena cijena sa zadrskom tvrtkom. Ukupna cifra se s PDV-om penje na 4.375.215,80 eura. 

Iako je potpisan aneks ugovora, još uvijek nisu produljeni rokovi za izgradnju zgrade Dnevnih bolnica koja ističe u travnju. Naime, i u posljednjim informacijama stoji kako tvrtka Krekić avangard ima 240 dana za dovršetak zgrade dnevnih bolnica, ali prema stanju na terenu, nije za vjerovati kako će kompletan posao biti gotov do kraja travnja.

Podsjetimo kako je ukupna vrijednost ovog projekta iznosila 49,9 milijuna kuna. No raskidom ugovora sa slovenskom tvrtkom Solida kojoj je OB Zadar za izvršene radove platila 23.152.034,10 kuna s PDV-om i sklapanjem ugovora s tvrtkom Krekić Avangard, ukupna vrijednost projekt se popela na 56,1 milijuna kuna.
