Posljednih dana intenzivno se priprema otvaranje caffe bara Atrij. Štekat je popunjen stolovima i sjedalima, a na tabli stoji kako se objekt uskoro otvara. Taj gradski prostor, koji je godinama bio u najmu Hrvoja Petričića i njegove tvrtke Ipse, preuzeo je Marko Kadija koji je Gradu Zadru ostao dužan za baštinski hotel koji je planirao urediti u toj zgradi.
Naime, Grad Zadar je početkom svibnja aktivirao zadužnice za izravnu naplatu 751.354,89 kuna koje za zakup nije platila tvrtka "Red White Blue" Marka Kadije iz Svetog Filipa i Jakova. Radi se o poslovnom prostoru površine 382 četvorna metra, a Grad je cijenu odredio na 12 eura po kvadratu, odnosno ukupno 4584 eura. Zbog velikog ulaganja, a onda i pandemije, Kadija je bio oslobođen plaćanja zakupnine do kraja 2020. godine.
Zato smo pitali Tomislava Koronu, pročelnika Upravnog odjela za upravljanje gradskom imovinom, kako je moguće da Marko Kadija, dužnik prema Gradu Zadru, može otvoriti ugostiteljski objekt, također u prostoru Grada.
Evo odgovor koji smo dobili iz njegovog odjela.
"Za poslovni prostor na adresi Jurja Barakovića 6, koji se nalazi u prizemlju zgrade i u vlasništvu je Grada Zadra sklopljen je ugovor o zakupu poslovnog prostora sa trgovačkim društvom Ipse Atrij d.o.o., OIB: 59276324321, Benkovačko selo 157, Benkovac s trajanjem do 28. veljače 2027. godine, a prednje imenovano trgovačko društvo dugogodišnji je zakupnik opisanog prostora.
Uvidom u podatke o poslovnom subjektu iz sudskog registra RH razvidno je da je dana 26. svibnja 2021. godine Trgovački sud u Zadru objavio promjenu jedinog člana društva s ograničenom odgovornošću tako da je Marko Kadija postao jedini član društva Ipse Atrij d.o.o."
Ukratko, u odgovoru nam nije odgovoreno ono što smo pitali. Zato čekamo novi odgovor....

Posljednih dana intenzivno se priprema otvaranje caffe bara Atrij. Štekat je popunjen stolovima i sjedalima, a na tabli stoji kako se objekt uskoro otvara. Taj gradski prostor, koji je godinama bio u najmu Hrvoja Petričića i njegove tvrtke Ipse, preuzeo je Marko Kadija koji je Gradu Zadru ostao dužan za baštinski hotel koji je planirao urediti u toj zgradi.
Naime, Grad Zadar je početkom svibnja aktivirao zadužnice za izravnu naplatu 751.354,89 kuna koje za zakup nije platila tvrtka "Red White Blue" Marka Kadije iz Svetog Filipa i Jakova. Radi se o poslovnom prostoru površine 382 četvorna metra, a Grad je cijenu odredio na 12 eura po kvadratu, odnosno ukupno 4584 eura. Zbog velikog ulaganja, a onda i pandemije, Kadija je bio oslobođen plaćanja zakupnine do kraja 2020. godine.
Zato smo pitali Tomislava Koronu, pročelnika Upravnog odjela za upravljanje gradskom imovinom, kako je moguće da Marko Kadija, dužnik prema Gradu Zadru, može otvoriti ugostiteljski objekt, također u prostoru Grada.
Evo odgovor koji smo dobili iz njegovog odjela.
"Za poslovni prostor na adresi Jurja Barakovića 6, koji se nalazi u prizemlju zgrade i u vlasništvu je Grada Zadra sklopljen je ugovor o zakupu poslovnog prostora sa trgovačkim društvom Ipse Atrij d.o.o., OIB: 59276324321, Benkovačko selo 157, Benkovac s trajanjem do 28. veljače 2027. godine, a prednje imenovano trgovačko društvo dugogodišnji je zakupnik opisanog prostora.
Uvidom u podatke o poslovnom subjektu iz sudskog registra RH razvidno je da je dana 26. svibnja 2021. godine Trgovački sud u Zadru objavio promjenu jedinog člana društva s ograničenom odgovornošću tako da je Marko Kadija postao jedini član društva Ipse Atrij d.o.o."
Ukratko, u odgovoru nam nije odgovoreno ono što smo pitali. Zato čekamo novi odgovor....
