Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je u nedjelju, u službi dežurstva, ispitalo 43-godišnjeg državljanina Republike Srbije zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela protiv života i tijela nanošenjem teške tjelesne ozljede iz čl. 118. st. 1. Kaznenog zakona. 

- Postoji osnovana sumnja da je osumnjičeni 43-godišnjak 30. travnja 2021. u Zadru, nakon što se dogovorio da se radi rješavanja nesuglasica nađe s oštećenikom, u cilju da ga teško tjelesno ozlijedi, prvo ga nožem porezao po nadlaktici ruke pa je oštećenik počeo bježati, a potom ga je sustigao i srušio na tlo. Osnovano se sumnja da je tada, dok je oštećenik ležao na tlu, s obje noge skočio na potkoljenicu oštećenikove desne noge pri čemu je oštećenik zadobio tešku tjelesnu ozljedu, navodi se u priopćenju ODO-a. 

Sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru predloženo je da se protiv 43-godišnjaka odredi istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od bijega  i opasnosti od ponavljanja djela (čl. 123. st. 1. toč. 1. i 3. ZKP-a). Sudac istrage je odbio prijedlog državnog odvjetnika za određivanje istražnog zatvora te je osumnjičeniku umjesto istražnog zatvora odredio mjere opreza. Državno odvjetništvo podnijet će žalbu protiv navedene odluke suca istrage.

Podsjetimo kako se sukob dogodio na Smiljevcu, a u trenutku sukoba, prema infomacijama iz policije, oba su muškarca bila u alkoholiziranom stanju, a razlog njihovog konflikta je emotivne prirode, odnosno ljubavni trokut u kojem su se našli.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je u nedjelju, u službi dežurstva, ispitalo 43-godišnjeg državljanina Republike Srbije zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela protiv života i tijela nanošenjem teške tjelesne ozljede iz čl. 118. st. 1. Kaznenog zakona. 

- Postoji osnovana sumnja da je osumnjičeni 43-godišnjak 30. travnja 2021. u Zadru, nakon što se dogovorio da se radi rješavanja nesuglasica nađe s oštećenikom, u cilju da ga teško tjelesno ozlijedi, prvo ga nožem porezao po nadlaktici ruke pa je oštećenik počeo bježati, a potom ga je sustigao i srušio na tlo. Osnovano se sumnja da je tada, dok je oštećenik ležao na tlu, s obje noge skočio na potkoljenicu oštećenikove desne noge pri čemu je oštećenik zadobio tešku tjelesnu ozljedu, navodi se u priopćenju ODO-a. 

Sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru predloženo je da se protiv 43-godišnjaka odredi istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od bijega  i opasnosti od ponavljanja djela (čl. 123. st. 1. toč. 1. i 3. ZKP-a). Sudac istrage je odbio prijedlog državnog odvjetnika za određivanje istražnog zatvora te je osumnjičeniku umjesto istražnog zatvora odredio mjere opreza. Državno odvjetništvo podnijet će žalbu protiv navedene odluke suca istrage.

Podsjetimo kako se sukob dogodio na Smiljevcu, a u trenutku sukoba, prema infomacijama iz policije, oba su muškarca bila u alkoholiziranom stanju, a razlog njihovog konflikta je emotivne prirode, odnosno ljubavni trokut u kojem su se našli.

43-godišnjaka koji je drugog muškarca porezao kuhinjskim nožem i slomio mu potkoljenicu dobio mjere opreza

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je u nedjelju, u službi dežurstva, ispitalo 43-godišnjeg državljanina Republike Srbije zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela protiv života i tijela nanošenjem teške tjelesne ozljede iz čl. 118. st. 1. Kaznenog zakona. 

- Postoji osnovana sumnja da je osumnjičeni 43-godišnjak 30. travnja 2021. u Zadru, nakon što se dogovorio da se radi rješavanja nesuglasica nađe s oštećenikom, u cilju da ga teško tjelesno ozlijedi, prvo ga nožem porezao po nadlaktici ruke pa je oštećenik počeo bježati, a potom ga je sustigao i srušio na tlo. Osnovano se sumnja da je tada, dok je oštećenik ležao na tlu, s obje noge skočio na potkoljenicu oštećenikove desne noge pri čemu je oštećenik zadobio tešku tjelesnu ozljedu, navodi se u priopćenju ODO-a. 

Sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru predloženo je da se protiv 43-godišnjaka odredi istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od bijega  i opasnosti od ponavljanja djela (čl. 123. st. 1. toč. 1. i 3. ZKP-a). Sudac istrage je odbio prijedlog državnog odvjetnika za određivanje istražnog zatvora te je osumnjičeniku umjesto istražnog zatvora odredio mjere opreza. Državno odvjetništvo podnijet će žalbu protiv navedene odluke suca istrage.

Podsjetimo kako se sukob dogodio na Smiljevcu, a u trenutku sukoba, prema infomacijama iz policije, oba su muškarca bila u alkoholiziranom stanju, a razlog njihovog konflikta je emotivne prirode, odnosno ljubavni trokut u kojem su se našli.
