Turistička sezona još traje, a broj noćenja polako se rekapitulira.

U sjeni toga Vlada Republike Hrvatske donijela je nove porezne mjere, a među njima je i Porez na nekretnine za odmor. Premda nije bilo istaknuto da se taj porez odnosi na turističke iznajmljivače, iz Ministarstva financija za 24sata potvrdili su informaciju.

"Tko ima nekretninu za odmor na nju plaća porez. Ako je dodatno iznajmljuje, onda plaća i dodatni porez na tu zaradu. To su odvojeni porezi i sada je to jasno propisano", rekli su iz Ministarstva za 24 sata, prenosi Telegram.

Porez na nekretnine za odmor iznosit će od 0,6 do 5 eura po kvadratnom metru nekretnine, a točan će iznos određivati gradovi i općine. Maksimalni porez po kvadratu dosad je bio 1,99 eura po kvadratu. Dakle od 1. siječnja sljedeće godine, vlasnici apartmana plaćati i paušalne iznose po krevetu, i porez na nekretninu za odmor.

Vlasnik apartmana od 50 kvadrata s dva kreveta dosad je plaćao samo paušalni iznos po krevetu, od 19.99 do 199 eura godišnje. Taj vlasnik apartmana od sljedeće će godine plaćati i dodatni godišnji porez od maksimalnih 250 eura.

Predsjednica Hrvatske udruge obiteljskog smještaja Barbara Marković ostala je zatečena i rekla kako će se o svemu očitovati sljedeći tjedan. "Ovo je porez na porez", citiraju izjavu jednog iznajmljivača, piše novinar 24 sata Ivan Pandžić, prenosi Telegram.

Kako nikome novi nameti nisu dragi, tako će i iznajmljivači apartmana vjerojatno izraziti nezadovoljstvo ovom odlukom, još jednom koja ide na njihovu financijsku štetu.

Turistička sezona još traje, a broj noćenja polako se rekapitulira.

U sjeni toga Vlada Republike Hrvatske donijela je nove porezne mjere, a među njima je i Porez na nekretnine za odmor. Premda nije bilo istaknuto da se taj porez odnosi na turističke iznajmljivače, iz Ministarstva financija za 24sata potvrdili su informaciju.

"Tko ima nekretninu za odmor na nju plaća porez. Ako je dodatno iznajmljuje, onda plaća i dodatni porez na tu zaradu. To su odvojeni porezi i sada je to jasno propisano", rekli su iz Ministarstva za 24 sata, prenosi Telegram.

Porez na nekretnine za odmor iznosit će od 0,6 do 5 eura po kvadratnom metru nekretnine, a točan će iznos određivati gradovi i općine. Maksimalni porez po kvadratu dosad je bio 1,99 eura po kvadratu. Dakle od 1. siječnja sljedeće godine, vlasnici apartmana plaćati i paušalne iznose po krevetu, i porez na nekretninu za odmor.

Vlasnik apartmana od 50 kvadrata s dva kreveta dosad je plaćao samo paušalni iznos po krevetu, od 19.99 do 199 eura godišnje. Taj vlasnik apartmana od sljedeće će godine plaćati i dodatni godišnji porez od maksimalnih 250 eura.

Predsjednica Hrvatske udruge obiteljskog smještaja Barbara Marković ostala je zatečena i rekla kako će se o svemu očitovati sljedeći tjedan. "Ovo je porez na porez", citiraju izjavu jednog iznajmljivača, piše novinar 24 sata Ivan Pandžić, prenosi Telegram.

Kako nikome novi nameti nisu dragi, tako će i iznajmljivači apartmana vjerojatno izraziti nezadovoljstvo ovom odlukom, još jednom koja ide na njihovu financijsku štetu.
