Na sjednici Stožera civilne zaštite za sanaciju posljedica potresa u četvrtak u Petrinji potpredsjednik Vlade Tomo Medved i ministar graditeljstva Darko Horvat izvijestili su gradonačelnike, načelnike i predstavnike Županije o izmjenama Programa mjera obnove kako bi se ona ubrzala i pojednostavila. 

Kako je  priopćeno, potpredsjednik Vlade Tomo Medved na sjednici  je Stožera istaknuo važnost ukidanja limitirne naknade za samoobnovu koja je dosad iznosila 16.000 kuna za višestambene objekte, odnosno 25.000 kuna za obiteljske kuće.  Ukidanjem limita vlasnicima je omogućeno da angažiraju tvrtke koje, uz potreban elaborat i stručni nadzor Državnog ureda za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje, mogu sami pokrenuti obnovu kuća. Trošak obnove u cijelosti snosi država, kako izradu dokumentacije tako i gradnju.

Potpredsjednik Medved i ministar Horvat istaknuli su kako se ovom izmjenom očekuje brža obnova i veći angažman građevinskog sektora, što su, priopćeno je,  nazočni pozdravili. 

Državni tajnik Središnjeg državnog ureda za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje Gordan Hanžek izvijestio je kako je do sada obnovljena 451 kuća, a oko 200 ih se obnavlja.

Do kraja rujna bit će potpisano još dodatnih 4000 ugovora za nekonstrukcijsku obnovu. Kako je dodao, u tijeku je natječaj za iskaz interesa za gradnju obiteljskih kuća, na koji se do sada javilo devet tvrtki. Državni tajnik ministarstva financija Zdravko Zrinušić je podsjetio da je država do kraja srpnja u sanaciju posljedica potresa i obnovu na Banovini uložila  817,3 milijuna kuna. Od toga je 635 milijuna proračunski novac, a ostatak je novac izvanproračunskih korisnika kao što su HEP, Narodne novine i drugi.

Na sjednici Stožera civilne zaštite za sanaciju posljedica potresa u četvrtak u Petrinji potpredsjednik Vlade Tomo Medved i ministar graditeljstva Darko Horvat izvijestili su gradonačelnike, načelnike i predstavnike Županije o izmjenama Programa mjera obnove kako bi se ona ubrzala i pojednostavila. 

Kako je  priopćeno, potpredsjednik Vlade Tomo Medved na sjednici  je Stožera istaknuo važnost ukidanja limitirne naknade za samoobnovu koja je dosad iznosila 16.000 kuna za višestambene objekte, odnosno 25.000 kuna za obiteljske kuće.  Ukidanjem limita vlasnicima je omogućeno da angažiraju tvrtke koje, uz potreban elaborat i stručni nadzor Državnog ureda za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje, mogu sami pokrenuti obnovu kuća. Trošak obnove u cijelosti snosi država, kako izradu dokumentacije tako i gradnju.

Potpredsjednik Medved i ministar Horvat istaknuli su kako se ovom izmjenom očekuje brža obnova i veći angažman građevinskog sektora, što su, priopćeno je,  nazočni pozdravili. 

Državni tajnik Središnjeg državnog ureda za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje Gordan Hanžek izvijestio je kako je do sada obnovljena 451 kuća, a oko 200 ih se obnavlja.

Do kraja rujna bit će potpisano još dodatnih 4000 ugovora za nekonstrukcijsku obnovu. Kako je dodao, u tijeku je natječaj za iskaz interesa za gradnju obiteljskih kuća, na koji se do sada javilo devet tvrtki. Državni tajnik ministarstva financija Zdravko Zrinušić je podsjetio da je država do kraja srpnja u sanaciju posljedica potresa i obnovu na Banovini uložila  817,3 milijuna kuna. Od toga je 635 milijuna proračunski novac, a ostatak je novac izvanproračunskih korisnika kao što su HEP, Narodne novine i drugi.

Vijesti iz Petrinje: Ukidanjem limita vlasnicima je omogućeno da angažiraju tvrtke i mogu sami pokrenuti obnovu kuća

Na sjednici Stožera civilne zaštite za sanaciju posljedica potresa u četvrtak u Petrinji potpredsjednik Vlade Tomo Medved i ministar graditeljstva Darko Horvat izvijestili su gradonačelnike, načelnike i predstavnike Županije o izmjenama Programa mjera obnove kako bi se ona ubrzala i pojednostavila. 

Kako je  priopćeno, potpredsjednik Vlade Tomo Medved na sjednici  je Stožera istaknuo važnost ukidanja limitirne naknade za samoobnovu koja je dosad iznosila 16.000 kuna za višestambene objekte, odnosno 25.000 kuna za obiteljske kuće.  Ukidanjem limita vlasnicima je omogućeno da angažiraju tvrtke koje, uz potreban elaborat i stručni nadzor Državnog ureda za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje, mogu sami pokrenuti obnovu kuća. Trošak obnove u cijelosti snosi država, kako izradu dokumentacije tako i gradnju.

Potpredsjednik Medved i ministar Horvat istaknuli su kako se ovom izmjenom očekuje brža obnova i veći angažman građevinskog sektora, što su, priopćeno je,  nazočni pozdravili. 

Državni tajnik Središnjeg državnog ureda za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje Gordan Hanžek izvijestio je kako je do sada obnovljena 451 kuća, a oko 200 ih se obnavlja.

Do kraja rujna bit će potpisano još dodatnih 4000 ugovora za nekonstrukcijsku obnovu. Kako je dodao, u tijeku je natječaj za iskaz interesa za gradnju obiteljskih kuća, na koji se do sada javilo devet tvrtki. Državni tajnik ministarstva financija Zdravko Zrinušić je podsjetio da je država do kraja srpnja u sanaciju posljedica potresa i obnovu na Banovini uložila  817,3 milijuna kuna. Od toga je 635 milijuna proračunski novac, a ostatak je novac izvanproračunskih korisnika kao što su HEP, Narodne novine i drugi.
