Hrvatska je skuplja od Albanije i Crne Gore; vrište naslovi, pa pljušte komentari o pohlepnim iznajmljivačima i ugostiteljima. Naravno, ima toga, pretjeralo se s cijenama i šokiralo goste, no to nije razlog za uspoređivanje s neusporedivim: onoga što nudi Lijepa naša s turizmom u Crnoj Gori i Albaniji.

 

Vučemo li paralele između Crnogorskog primorja i hrvatskog dijela Jadrana, razlike u cijenama su dvadesetak posto. Dubrovnik je glavni turistički magnet za cijelu regiju, i ako se tamo na račun svjetske baštine i ekstra kvalitete stranci ne libe dublje posegnuti u džep, zašto to ne bi napravili u divnom Kotoru ali i preizgrađenoj Budvi, a pogotovo na Svetom Stefanu? Tako vam razmišljaju poduzetnici u susjedstvu.

 

Niža razina usluge

 

Te, u prosjeku dvadesetak posto niže cijene pansionskih i izvanpansionskih usluga, zapravo odgovaraju nižim plaćama i mirovinama u Crnoj Gori nego u Hrvatskoj, ali i slabijoj kvaliteti usluge. Da se razumijemo, ima i Crna Gora izvrsnih hotela i apartmana, o marinama da i ne govorimo, ali razina usluge je ipak manja nego u Hrvatskoj, ne zato jer je Crna Gora loša, dapače, već je Hrvatska od ulaska u EU ipak iskoračila naprijed u odnosu na zemlje zapadnog Balkana. Ili ako hoćete ovako: koliko Crna Gora turistički zaostaje za Hrvatskom, toliko Dalmacija kaska za Istrom, čija je turistička ponuda kudikamo smislenija i bolja. Amen.

 

U Albaniji je ljetovanje jeftinije četrdeset posto nego u Hrvatskoj. Jest - pa? Normalno je da će biti toliko jeftinije kad se ne radi o istom rangu natjecanja. Kapa do poda Albancima koji posljednjih godina snažno razvijaju turizam, ali na tom polju vući paralele s Hrvatskom jednako je kao uspoređivati seoski HNL s Ligama petice.

 

Ne - masovnom turizmu

 

Normalno je da ćete odmor na elitnim Brijunima ili krstarenje Kornatima platiti četrdeset posto više nego izležavanje na "načičkanoj" plaži u Draču. Na petnaest kilometara pješčane plaže u tom gradu prakticira se masovni turizam nalik onom u Riminiju ili Lidu di Jesolu, od kojeg se Hrvatska polako, ali sigurno rastaje. I neka je tako! Masovnost treba podrediti kvaliteti i produljenju sezone: bolje je da nas se posjećuje cijele godine, i da je uvijek neki moving, nego da se u dva ljetna mjeseca gušimo u gužvama, a ostatak godine ovdje nema "ni kučka". 

 

Zaključit ću: tko god želi proći jeftinije, neka odabere odmor u Albaniji, Crnoj Gori, Grčkoj... Valja mu imati na umu da će za prijevoz potrošiti nešto više jer se radi o zemljama udaljenijima od sjeverne i srednje Europe negoli je to Hrvatska koja se na njih naslanja. Zato ih i preferiraju gosti s Balkana: Srbije, Kosova, BiH, Bugari i Rumunji...

 

Oni u prosjeku imaju manju platežnu moć od Nijemaca, Britanaca, Amerikanaca i Skandinavaca kojih je ovdje iz godine u godinu više, a to još jedan od razloga zbog kojeg smo pošandrcali sa cijenama. No dok god budemo nudili vallue for money - nema straha, no prevarimo li gosta, neće nam pomoći nikakvo smanjivanje cijena. Jednom nasamareni turist tamo gdje su mu "odrali kožu" više neće doći, kao ni oni kojima je iz prve ruke prenio te "impresije". Zato - pamet u glavu; poštujmo mjeru u svemu, pa i u turizmu, jer od njega manje-više svi živimo.

Hrvatska je skuplja od Albanije i Crne Gore; vrište naslovi, pa pljušte komentari o pohlepnim iznajmljivačima i ugostiteljima. Naravno, ima toga, pretjeralo se s cijenama i šokiralo goste, no to nije razlog za uspoređivanje s neusporedivim: onoga što nudi Lijepa naša s turizmom u Crnoj Gori i Albaniji.

 

Vučemo li paralele između Crnogorskog primorja i hrvatskog dijela Jadrana, razlike u cijenama su dvadesetak posto. Dubrovnik je glavni turistički magnet za cijelu regiju, i ako se tamo na račun svjetske baštine i ekstra kvalitete stranci ne libe dublje posegnuti u džep, zašto to ne bi napravili u divnom Kotoru ali i preizgrađenoj Budvi, a pogotovo na Svetom Stefanu? Tako vam razmišljaju poduzetnici u susjedstvu.

 

Niža razina usluge

 

Te, u prosjeku dvadesetak posto niže cijene pansionskih i izvanpansionskih usluga, zapravo odgovaraju nižim plaćama i mirovinama u Crnoj Gori nego u Hrvatskoj, ali i slabijoj kvaliteti usluge. Da se razumijemo, ima i Crna Gora izvrsnih hotela i apartmana, o marinama da i ne govorimo, ali razina usluge je ipak manja nego u Hrvatskoj, ne zato jer je Crna Gora loša, dapače, već je Hrvatska od ulaska u EU ipak iskoračila naprijed u odnosu na zemlje zapadnog Balkana. Ili ako hoćete ovako: koliko Crna Gora turistički zaostaje za Hrvatskom, toliko Dalmacija kaska za Istrom, čija je turistička ponuda kudikamo smislenija i bolja. Amen.

 

U Albaniji je ljetovanje jeftinije četrdeset posto nego u Hrvatskoj. Jest - pa? Normalno je da će biti toliko jeftinije kad se ne radi o istom rangu natjecanja. Kapa do poda Albancima koji posljednjih godina snažno razvijaju turizam, ali na tom polju vući paralele s Hrvatskom jednako je kao uspoređivati seoski HNL s Ligama petice.

 

Ne - masovnom turizmu

 

Normalno je da ćete odmor na elitnim Brijunima ili krstarenje Kornatima platiti četrdeset posto više nego izležavanje na "načičkanoj" plaži u Draču. Na petnaest kilometara pješčane plaže u tom gradu prakticira se masovni turizam nalik onom u Riminiju ili Lidu di Jesolu, od kojeg se Hrvatska polako, ali sigurno rastaje. I neka je tako! Masovnost treba podrediti kvaliteti i produljenju sezone: bolje je da nas se posjećuje cijele godine, i da je uvijek neki moving, nego da se u dva ljetna mjeseca gušimo u gužvama, a ostatak godine ovdje nema "ni kučka". 

 

Zaključit ću: tko god želi proći jeftinije, neka odabere odmor u Albaniji, Crnoj Gori, Grčkoj... Valja mu imati na umu da će za prijevoz potrošiti nešto više jer se radi o zemljama udaljenijima od sjeverne i srednje Europe negoli je to Hrvatska koja se na njih naslanja. Zato ih i preferiraju gosti s Balkana: Srbije, Kosova, BiH, Bugari i Rumunji...

 

Oni u prosjeku imaju manju platežnu moć od Nijemaca, Britanaca, Amerikanaca i Skandinavaca kojih je ovdje iz godine u godinu više, a to još jedan od razloga zbog kojeg smo pošandrcali sa cijenama. No dok god budemo nudili vallue for money - nema straha, no prevarimo li gosta, neće nam pomoći nikakvo smanjivanje cijena. Jednom nasamareni turist tamo gdje su mu "odrali kožu" više neće doći, kao ni oni kojima je iz prve ruke prenio te "impresije". Zato - pamet u glavu; poštujmo mjeru u svemu, pa i u turizmu, jer od njega manje-više svi živimo.
