Tužiteljstvo Zapadnohercegovačke županije podnijelo je žalbu na odluku Općinskog suda u Ljubuškom i zatražilo pritvor za bivšeg hrvatskog rukometnog reprezentativca Denisa Buntića.

Njega je supruga optužila da ju je pretukao, a nakon što ga je policija uhitila, sud ga je pustio na slobodu uz mjeru zabrane približavanja žrtvi. Tužiteljstvo smatra da bi Buntić na slobodi mogao utjecati na svjedoke, ometati kazneni postupak, ali i ponoviti kaznena djela koja mu se stavljaju na teret, piše Jutarnji list.

- Žalba je uložena zbog bitnih povreda odredaba kaznenog postupka i zbog pogrešno utvrđenog činjeničnog stanja. Općinski sud u Ljubuškom, s obzirom na to da je hitan postupak, odlučit će o žalbi tužiteljstva, rekao je Josip Aničić, tužitelj Županijskog tužiteljstva Zapadnohercegovačke županije, prenosi HRT.

Dodao je i da ako je istina da njegova majka radi na Općinskom sudu u Ljubuškom, tada taj sud od neposredno višeg suda, Županijskog suda u Širokom Brijegu, zatražiti da se po tom predmetu prenese nadležnost postupanja na neki drugi sud, eventualno na Općinski sud u Širokom Brijegu.

Josip Aničić, tužitelj Županijskog tužiteljstva Zapadnohercegovačke županije: Žalba je uložena zbog bitnih povreda odredaba kaznenog postupka i zbog pogrešno utvrđenog činjeničnog stanja

Tužiteljstvo Zapadnohercegovačke županije podnijelo je žalbu na odluku Općinskog suda u Ljubuškom i zatražilo pritvor za bivšeg hrvatskog rukometnog reprezentativca Denisa Buntića.

Njega je supruga optužila da ju je pretukao, a nakon što ga je policija uhitila, sud ga je pustio na slobodu uz mjeru zabrane približavanja žrtvi. Tužiteljstvo smatra da bi Buntić na slobodi mogao utjecati na svjedoke, ometati kazneni postupak, ali i ponoviti kaznena djela koja mu se stavljaju na teret, piše Jutarnji list.

- Žalba je uložena zbog bitnih povreda odredaba kaznenog postupka i zbog pogrešno utvrđenog činjeničnog stanja. Općinski sud u Ljubuškom, s obzirom na to da je hitan postupak, odlučit će o žalbi tužiteljstva, rekao je Josip Aničić, tužitelj Županijskog tužiteljstva Zapadnohercegovačke županije, prenosi HRT.

Dodao je i da ako je istina da njegova majka radi na Općinskom sudu u Ljubuškom, tada taj sud od neposredno višeg suda, Županijskog suda u Širokom Brijegu, zatražiti da se po tom predmetu prenese nadležnost postupanja na neki drugi sud, eventualno na Općinski sud u Širokom Brijegu.

Tužiteljstvo Zapadnohercegovačke županije podnijelo je žalbu na odluku Općinskog suda u Ljubuškom i zatražilo pritvor za bivšeg hrvatskog rukometnog reprezentativca Denisa Buntića.

Njega je supruga optužila da ju je pretukao, a nakon što ga je policija uhitila, sud ga je pustio na slobodu uz mjeru zabrane približavanja žrtvi. Tužiteljstvo smatra da bi Buntić na slobodi mogao utjecati na svjedoke, ometati kazneni postupak, ali i ponoviti kaznena djela koja mu se stavljaju na teret, piše Jutarnji list.
