Portugal je uz predstojeći Dan mrtvih i blagdan Svih svetih svojim građanima zabranio odlazak na groblja i napuštanje mjesta stalnog boravka. Odgovor je to na rastuća opasnost od bolesti COVID-19, koja posljednjih dana u čitavoj Europi uzima maha.
Belgija, Češka, Slovačka, Nizozemska, Španjolska, Poljska, Italija i Irska su u djelomičnom ili potpuno "lockdownu", Francuska ima policijski sat, zatvorene kafiće i druge ugostiteljske objekte.
I dok se europske zemlje restriktivnim metodama bore protiv rastuće zaraze, u Hrvatskoj su preporuke i restrikcije labavije: nošenje maski na otvorenom, zatvaranje kafića u ponoć, svadbena okupljanja do 30 ljudi, pogrebi također, nošenje maske prilikom posjeta grobljima...
Niti ljudi poštuju ova ograničenja, niti se na terenu revno kontrolira njihova provedba. Kada je bio totalni "lockdown" sprovodi nisu oglašavani sa satnicom ukopa, a sada se oglašavaju i na žalovanjima procirkulira i po nekoliko stotina ljudi.
Još je gore sa svadbama, koje se održavaju uz izigravanje preporuke kriznog stožera i Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo. U svadbenim salonima umjesto pedeset svatova znalo se okupiti i do tri puta više veseljaka, kojima uz dobru spizu i kapljicu korona ne predstavlja nikakav problem. Hrvatski građani svojim prijateljima i kumovima sve češće idu na svadbe u Hercegovinu, gdje je još lakše izigrati epidemiološka pravila.
Sve to govori da se na terenu nešto radikalno mora promijeniti, bilo uvođenjem policijskog sata ili zabranom kretanja između pojedinih županija, gradova i općina te u konačnici totalno "zaključavanje" kakvo je bilo proljetos. Realne su to opcije u slučaju eskaliranja korona-krize u Hrvatskoj.
Varaždinski župan Radimir Čačić već se založio za uvođenje policijskog sata, a isto kao blažu mjeru od nepoželjnog "lockdowna" predlaže i gradonačelnik Bjelovara Dario Hrebak.
Sigurnosni problemi
Međutim, stručnjak za sigurnost, doc. dr. sc. Tonći Prodan nije za uvođenje policijskog sata, koji izaziva bunt, posebno kod mladih ljudi. To će biti uzrok za radikalizaciju u društvu i neke kasnije sigurnosne probleme – smatra on.
– Policijski sat implicira zabrane zbog nekog krimena, a ovdje to nije slučaj. Mlade ljude se ne može zatvoriti u kuće. Oni će naći neka alternativna mjesta za zabave i druženja, pir neće biti u sali nego kod njih doma – ističe dr. Prodan, koji smatra da preventivne mjere moraju biti izbalansirane i da kroz edukaciju treba senzibilizirati javnost da se poštuju mjere radi sprječavanja širenja epidemije.
– Zadnje što bih uveo je policijski sat. To je zabrana kretanja. Ja jesam za sprječavanje širenja epidemije, ali prvenstveno kroz preventivne zdravstvene mjere. U demokratskom društvu zdravstvo ima svoje zadaće, a policija svoje – zaključuje dr. Prodan.

Portugal je uz predstojeći Dan mrtvih i blagdan Svih svetih svojim građanima zabranio odlazak na groblja i napuštanje mjesta stalnog boravka. Odgovor je to na rastuća opasnost od bolesti COVID-19, koja posljednjih dana u čitavoj Europi uzima maha.
Belgija, Češka, Slovačka, Nizozemska, Španjolska, Poljska, Italija i Irska su u djelomičnom ili potpuno "lockdownu", Francuska ima policijski sat, zatvorene kafiće i druge ugostiteljske objekte.
I dok se europske zemlje restriktivnim metodama bore protiv rastuće zaraze, u Hrvatskoj su preporuke i restrikcije labavije: nošenje maski na otvorenom, zatvaranje kafića u ponoć, svadbena okupljanja do 30 ljudi, pogrebi također, nošenje maske prilikom posjeta grobljima...
Niti ljudi poštuju ova ograničenja, niti se na terenu revno kontrolira njihova provedba. Kada je bio totalni "lockdown" sprovodi nisu oglašavani sa satnicom ukopa, a sada se oglašavaju i na žalovanjima procirkulira i po nekoliko stotina ljudi.
Još je gore sa svadbama, koje se održavaju uz izigravanje preporuke kriznog stožera i Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo. U svadbenim salonima umjesto pedeset svatova znalo se okupiti i do tri puta više veseljaka, kojima uz dobru spizu i kapljicu korona ne predstavlja nikakav problem. Hrvatski građani svojim prijateljima i kumovima sve češće idu na svadbe u Hercegovinu, gdje je još lakše izigrati epidemiološka pravila.
Sve to govori da se na terenu nešto radikalno mora promijeniti, bilo uvođenjem policijskog sata ili zabranom kretanja između pojedinih županija, gradova i općina te u konačnici totalno "zaključavanje" kakvo je bilo proljetos. Realne su to opcije u slučaju eskaliranja korona-krize u Hrvatskoj.
Varaždinski župan Radimir Čačić već se založio za uvođenje policijskog sata, a isto kao blažu mjeru od nepoželjnog "lockdowna" predlaže i gradonačelnik Bjelovara Dario Hrebak.
Sigurnosni problemi
Međutim, stručnjak za sigurnost, doc. dr. sc. Tonći Prodan nije za uvođenje policijskog sata, koji izaziva bunt, posebno kod mladih ljudi. To će biti uzrok za radikalizaciju u društvu i neke kasnije sigurnosne probleme – smatra on.
– Policijski sat implicira zabrane zbog nekog krimena, a ovdje to nije slučaj. Mlade ljude se ne može zatvoriti u kuće. Oni će naći neka alternativna mjesta za zabave i druženja, pir neće biti u sali nego kod njih doma – ističe dr. Prodan, koji smatra da preventivne mjere moraju biti izbalansirane i da kroz edukaciju treba senzibilizirati javnost da se poštuju mjere radi sprječavanja širenja epidemije.
– Zadnje što bih uveo je policijski sat. To je zabrana kretanja. Ja jesam za sprječavanje širenja epidemije, ali prvenstveno kroz preventivne zdravstvene mjere. U demokratskom društvu zdravstvo ima svoje zadaće, a policija svoje – zaključuje dr. Prodan.
