Što je izazvalo 20-godišnjeg M. K. iz Eminovaca da na smrt pretuče svoga godinu dana starijeg prijatelja i sumještanina Jakova Bočkaja, i dalje je najveća enigma jedne od najvećih tragedija koja je pogodila ovo malo mjesto nedaleko od Požege.

Smrt mladića u naponu snage, pripadnika HV-a, koji je u Općoj županijskoj bolnici u Požegi preminuo u nedjelju u 9.20 sati, nakon što je u bolnicu dovezen u noći s petka na subotu u nesvjesnom stanju s ozljedama opasnima po život, i u ponedjeljak je bila glavna tema na ulicama Požege i okolnih mjesta.

Krenule su, naravno, i spekulacije o uzroku svađe koja je prethodila brutalnom premlaćivanju, a kako Jutarnji list neslužbeno doznaje, razloga za to zapravo i nije bilo. M. K. i Jakov su bili u noćnom izlasku i cijelu večer su proveli zajedno, a onda je, kako smo doznali, M. K. poželio ići kući.

U jednom trenutku, kada su došli do automobila u vlasništvu M. K., počeli su se svađati, uslijed čega je Jakov navodno nogom udario u auto, što je M. K., čini se, bio povod da nokautira Jakova.

Sve je ispričao

Mladić je pao na tlo, ali M. K. se nažalost nije zaustavio, već ga je nastavio bjesomučno udarati nogom u glavu, što će se pokazati kobnim za njegov život, iako, prema našim informacijama, na njegovu licu izvana nije bilo težih vidljivih ozljeda. No, očito su one unutarnje, na mozgu, bile preteške.

Je li to doista bio razlog da prijatelja premlati na smrt, zna samo M. K., koji je u nedjelju ispitan u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Slavonskom Brodu zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela teške tjelesne ozljede s posljedicom smrti.

Na zahtjev ŽDO-a, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Slavonskom Brodu odredio mu je jednomjesečni istražni zatvor. Anita Pezer, braniteljica M. K. po službenoj dužnosti, najavila je podnošenje žalbe na rješenje suca istrage.

- U ovom slučaju moramo razlikovati krivnju i razloge zbog kojih je određen istražni zatvor, a on je određen zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke. No, s obzirom na to da je moj branjenik u svojstvu osumnjičenika vrlo detaljno ispričao sve o okolnostima ovog događaja, što je i kako bilo, smatram da nema razloga za njegovo zatvaranje, jer svjedoci nemaju što dodatno reći pored onoga što je rekao on - rekla je braniteljica Pezer, koja se osvrnula i na neke medijske napise o tome kako je ona rekla da kako je M. K. priznao kazneno djelo koje mu se stavlja na teret.

- Nisam nikome rekla da je priznao, već da je detaljno iznio sve što se dogodilo, pa tako i o tome što je prethodilo samom događaju, ali o tim detaljima ne mogu govoriti - istaknula je Anita Pezer.

ŽDO je izdao i nalog za obdukciju mrtvog tijela žrtve, koja će biti obavljena na Kliničkom zavodu za patologiju i sudsku medicinu KBC-a Osijek, zbog čega je tamo, iz požeške bolnice, prevezeno Jakovljevo tijelo. U trenutku pisanja ovog teksta još uvijek nisu bili poznati rezultati obdukcije, a samim time niti obitelj još uvijek nije mogla pokrenuti organizaciju pogreba.

Što je izazvalo 20-godišnjeg M. K. iz Eminovaca da na smrt pretuče svoga godinu dana starijeg prijatelja i sumještanina Jakova Bočkaja, i dalje je najveća enigma jedne od najvećih tragedija koja je pogodila ovo malo mjesto nedaleko od Požege.

Smrt mladića u naponu snage, pripadnika HV-a, koji je u Općoj županijskoj bolnici u Požegi preminuo u nedjelju u 9.20 sati, nakon što je u bolnicu dovezen u noći s petka na subotu u nesvjesnom stanju s ozljedama opasnima po život, i u ponedjeljak je bila glavna tema na ulicama Požege i okolnih mjesta.

Krenule su, naravno, i spekulacije o uzroku svađe koja je prethodila brutalnom premlaćivanju, a kako Jutarnji list neslužbeno doznaje, razloga za to zapravo i nije bilo. M. K. i Jakov su bili u noćnom izlasku i cijelu večer su proveli zajedno, a onda je, kako smo doznali, M. K. poželio ići kući.

U jednom trenutku, kada su došli do automobila u vlasništvu M. K., počeli su se svađati, uslijed čega je Jakov navodno nogom udario u auto, što je M. K., čini se, bio povod da nokautira Jakova.

Sve je ispričao

Mladić je pao na tlo, ali M. K. se nažalost nije zaustavio, već ga je nastavio bjesomučno udarati nogom u glavu, što će se pokazati kobnim za njegov život, iako, prema našim informacijama, na njegovu licu izvana nije bilo težih vidljivih ozljeda. No, očito su one unutarnje, na mozgu, bile preteške.

Je li to doista bio razlog da prijatelja premlati na smrt, zna samo M. K., koji je u nedjelju ispitan u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Slavonskom Brodu zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela teške tjelesne ozljede s posljedicom smrti.

Na zahtjev ŽDO-a, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Slavonskom Brodu odredio mu je jednomjesečni istražni zatvor. Anita Pezer, braniteljica M. K. po službenoj dužnosti, najavila je podnošenje žalbe na rješenje suca istrage.

- U ovom slučaju moramo razlikovati krivnju i razloge zbog kojih je određen istražni zatvor, a on je određen zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke. No, s obzirom na to da je moj branjenik u svojstvu osumnjičenika vrlo detaljno ispričao sve o okolnostima ovog događaja, što je i kako bilo, smatram da nema razloga za njegovo zatvaranje, jer svjedoci nemaju što dodatno reći pored onoga što je rekao on - rekla je braniteljica Pezer, koja se osvrnula i na neke medijske napise o tome kako je ona rekla da kako je M. K. priznao kazneno djelo koje mu se stavlja na teret.

- Nisam nikome rekla da je priznao, već da je detaljno iznio sve što se dogodilo, pa tako i o tome što je prethodilo samom događaju, ali o tim detaljima ne mogu govoriti - istaknula je Anita Pezer.

ŽDO je izdao i nalog za obdukciju mrtvog tijela žrtve, koja će biti obavljena na Kliničkom zavodu za patologiju i sudsku medicinu KBC-a Osijek, zbog čega je tamo, iz požeške bolnice, prevezeno Jakovljevo tijelo. U trenutku pisanja ovog teksta još uvijek nisu bili poznati rezultati obdukcije, a samim time niti obitelj još uvijek nije mogla pokrenuti organizaciju pogreba.
