Dugovi za davno isporučene lijekove bolnicama zadnjih mjeseci samo rastu i stigli su do više od 5 milijardi, a dugo najavljivano 'sistemsko rješenje' i dalje ne postoji. Sve to govori da bi moglo doći do nestašice lijekova u bolnicama i to već za koji dan. Potvrdio je to u ponedjeljak i sastanak u Ministarstvu zdravstva.

Naime, očekivalo se da će se postići dogovor s veledrogerijama i da je nađeno rješenje za plaćanje barem dijela duga kako ne bi došlo do nestašice lijekova u bolnicama. No do dogovora između predstavnika četiriju najvećih veledrogerija te ministra financija Zdravka Marića i ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša nije došlo.

Predstavnici veledrogerija naprasno su napustili sastanak nakon samo dvadesetak minuta nezadovoljni onime što su čuli, a što zapravo znači da uskoro ne mogu očekivati rješenje za financijske dubioze vezane uz plaćanje računa bolnica za lijekove. Dapače, već od sutra više od 20 bolnica moglo bi se naći u velikim problemima u opskrbi lijekovima i potrošnim medicinskim materijalom.

Valja podsjetiti da je trenutni dug veledrogerijama za lijekove veći od 5 milijardi kuna, od čega su bolnički dugovi 4,3, a za lijekove na recept još 700 milijuna kuna. Dospjeli dugovi veći su od 4 milijarde kuna, što znači da je većina računa 'na čekanju'. Predstavnici veledrogerija kažu da više ne mogu dobiti kredite banaka kojima bi kreditirali hrvatsko zdravstvo, a to bi moglo značiti ne samo da će isporučena količina lijekova padati, već da su moguće i ovrhe bolnica.

U četiri najveće veledrogerije u Hrvatskoj kažu da mogu biti partner sustavu zdravstva do 2 milijarde kuna, s tim da se dug dalje ne povećava. No zasad nema rješenja, a ministar Marić kaže kako uz dužno poštovanje prema zdravstvenom sustavu za proračun ima i drugih izazova, ali da će se razgovori s veledrogerijama nastaviti. Dio rješenja trebao bi biti rebalans proračuna, s tim da ministar nije izlazio s iznosom koji bi se mogao uplatiti veledrogerijama kao 'hitna pomoć', dok dobavljači kažu da bi to trebalo biti barem 1,5 milijardi kuna. No Marić dodaje da će se do rebalansa, koji neće biti na dnevnom redu barem još mjesec dana, pokušati naći 'prijelazno rješenje' s barem dijelom novca kako ne bi došlo do nestašica lijekova u bolnicama. Navodno, radi se o 200 milijuna kuna, što drže veledrogerije, nije vrijedno spomena.

Navodno je 'savjet' predstavnicima veledrogerija bio da 'smanje promet lijekova jer rješenja trenutno nema'. Prema ministru sve je to posljedica 'financijski neodrživog zdravstvenog sustava', ali ni riječi o tome gdje je prijedlog 'sistemskog rješenja' koji je još donedavno najavljivao.

Činjenica je da se i inače o dugovima za isporučene lijekove raspravlja barem dva do četiri puta godišnje i da se potom financijskom injekcijom privremeno riješi dio problema, ali dugovi nikad nisu bili toliko veliki kao trenutačno. S obzirom na to da zadnjih mjeseci dugovi u zdravstvu rastu do 210 milijuna kuna mjesečno, evidentno je da su i dugovi za lijekove samo rasli. Prije koji mjesec stiglo je 500 milijuna kuna 'interventnih' sredstava, ali to je očito potpuno 'izgubljeno' u naletu novih dugovanja.

U veledrogerijama kažu da su dovedeni do ruba i da više jednostavno ne mogu dobiti lijekove od proizvođača jer im ne mogu platiti preuzetu robu. Podaci govore da neke račune bolnice nisu platile više od tri godine, a neku drugu robu i više od 11 godina. Kakav će biti konkretan odgovor Vlade na ovo neodrživo stanje s obzirom na koronakrizu, u ponedjeljak se nije moglo čuti.

Dugovi za davno isporučene lijekove bolnicama zadnjih mjeseci samo rastu i stigli su do više od 5 milijardi, a dugo najavljivano 'sistemsko rješenje' i dalje ne postoji. Sve to govori da bi moglo doći do nestašice lijekova u bolnicama i to već za koji dan. Potvrdio je to u ponedjeljak i sastanak u Ministarstvu zdravstva.

Naime, očekivalo se da će se postići dogovor s veledrogerijama i da je nađeno rješenje za plaćanje barem dijela duga kako ne bi došlo do nestašice lijekova u bolnicama. No do dogovora između predstavnika četiriju najvećih veledrogerija te ministra financija Zdravka Marića i ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša nije došlo.

Predstavnici veledrogerija naprasno su napustili sastanak nakon samo dvadesetak minuta nezadovoljni onime što su čuli, a što zapravo znači da uskoro ne mogu očekivati rješenje za financijske dubioze vezane uz plaćanje računa bolnica za lijekove. Dapače, već od sutra više od 20 bolnica moglo bi se naći u velikim problemima u opskrbi lijekovima i potrošnim medicinskim materijalom.

Valja podsjetiti da je trenutni dug veledrogerijama za lijekove veći od 5 milijardi kuna, od čega su bolnički dugovi 4,3, a za lijekove na recept još 700 milijuna kuna. Dospjeli dugovi veći su od 4 milijarde kuna, što znači da je većina računa 'na čekanju'. Predstavnici veledrogerija kažu da više ne mogu dobiti kredite banaka kojima bi kreditirali hrvatsko zdravstvo, a to bi moglo značiti ne samo da će isporučena količina lijekova padati, već da su moguće i ovrhe bolnica.

U četiri najveće veledrogerije u Hrvatskoj kažu da mogu biti partner sustavu zdravstva do 2 milijarde kuna, s tim da se dug dalje ne povećava. No zasad nema rješenja, a ministar Marić kaže kako uz dužno poštovanje prema zdravstvenom sustavu za proračun ima i drugih izazova, ali da će se razgovori s veledrogerijama nastaviti. Dio rješenja trebao bi biti rebalans proračuna, s tim da ministar nije izlazio s iznosom koji bi se mogao uplatiti veledrogerijama kao 'hitna pomoć', dok dobavljači kažu da bi to trebalo biti barem 1,5 milijardi kuna. No Marić dodaje da će se do rebalansa, koji neće biti na dnevnom redu barem još mjesec dana, pokušati naći 'prijelazno rješenje' s barem dijelom novca kako ne bi došlo do nestašica lijekova u bolnicama. Navodno, radi se o 200 milijuna kuna, što drže veledrogerije, nije vrijedno spomena.

Navodno je 'savjet' predstavnicima veledrogerija bio da 'smanje promet lijekova jer rješenja trenutno nema'. Prema ministru sve je to posljedica 'financijski neodrživog zdravstvenog sustava', ali ni riječi o tome gdje je prijedlog 'sistemskog rješenja' koji je još donedavno najavljivao.

Činjenica je da se i inače o dugovima za isporučene lijekove raspravlja barem dva do četiri puta godišnje i da se potom financijskom injekcijom privremeno riješi dio problema, ali dugovi nikad nisu bili toliko veliki kao trenutačno. S obzirom na to da zadnjih mjeseci dugovi u zdravstvu rastu do 210 milijuna kuna mjesečno, evidentno je da su i dugovi za lijekove samo rasli. Prije koji mjesec stiglo je 500 milijuna kuna 'interventnih' sredstava, ali to je očito potpuno 'izgubljeno' u naletu novih dugovanja.

Prijeti nam nestašica lijekova: Zašto su veledrogerije naprasno napustile sastanak i što to znači za više od 20 bolnica

Dugovi za davno isporučene lijekove bolnicama zadnjih mjeseci samo rastu i stigli su do više od 5 milijardi, a dugo najavljivano 'sistemsko rješenje' i dalje ne postoji. Sve to govori da bi moglo doći do nestašice lijekova u bolnicama i to već za koji dan. Potvrdio je to u ponedjeljak i sastanak u Ministarstvu zdravstva.

Naime, očekivalo se da će se postići dogovor s veledrogerijama i da je nađeno rješenje za plaćanje barem dijela duga kako ne bi došlo do nestašice lijekova u bolnicama. No do dogovora između predstavnika četiriju najvećih veledrogerija te ministra financija Zdravka Marića i ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša nije došlo.

Predstavnici veledrogerija naprasno su napustili sastanak nakon samo dvadesetak minuta nezadovoljni onime što su čuli, a što zapravo znači da uskoro ne mogu očekivati rješenje za financijske dubioze vezane uz plaćanje računa bolnica za lijekove. Dapače, već od sutra više od 20 bolnica moglo bi se naći u velikim problemima u opskrbi lijekovima i potrošnim medicinskim materijalom.

Valja podsjetiti da je trenutni dug veledrogerijama za lijekove veći od 5 milijardi kuna, od čega su bolnički dugovi 4,3, a za lijekove na recept još 700 milijuna kuna. Dospjeli dugovi veći su od 4 milijarde kuna, što znači da je većina računa 'na čekanju'. Predstavnici veledrogerija kažu da više ne mogu dobiti kredite banaka kojima bi kreditirali hrvatsko zdravstvo, a to bi moglo značiti ne samo da će isporučena količina lijekova padati, već da su moguće i ovrhe bolnica.

U četiri najveće veledrogerije u Hrvatskoj kažu da mogu biti partner sustavu zdravstva do 2 milijarde kuna, s tim da se dug dalje ne povećava. No zasad nema rješenja, a ministar Marić kaže kako uz dužno poštovanje prema zdravstvenom sustavu za proračun ima i drugih izazova, ali da će se razgovori s veledrogerijama nastaviti. Dio rješenja trebao bi biti rebalans proračuna, s tim da ministar nije izlazio s iznosom koji bi se mogao uplatiti veledrogerijama kao 'hitna pomoć', dok dobavljači kažu da bi to trebalo biti barem 1,5 milijardi kuna. No Marić dodaje da će se do rebalansa, koji neće biti na dnevnom redu barem još mjesec dana, pokušati naći 'prijelazno rješenje' s barem dijelom novca kako ne bi došlo do nestašica lijekova u bolnicama. Navodno, radi se o 200 milijuna kuna, što drže veledrogerije, nije vrijedno spomena.

Navodno je 'savjet' predstavnicima veledrogerija bio da 'smanje promet lijekova jer rješenja trenutno nema'. Prema ministru sve je to posljedica 'financijski neodrživog zdravstvenog sustava', ali ni riječi o tome gdje je prijedlog 'sistemskog rješenja' koji je još donedavno najavljivao.

Činjenica je da se i inače o dugovima za isporučene lijekove raspravlja barem dva do četiri puta godišnje i da se potom financijskom injekcijom privremeno riješi dio problema, ali dugovi nikad nisu bili toliko veliki kao trenutačno. S obzirom na to da zadnjih mjeseci dugovi u zdravstvu rastu do 210 milijuna kuna mjesečno, evidentno je da su i dugovi za lijekove samo rasli. Prije koji mjesec stiglo je 500 milijuna kuna 'interventnih' sredstava, ali to je očito potpuno 'izgubljeno' u naletu novih dugovanja.
