Nakon točno 25 dana provedenih u istražnom zatvoru, na slobodu je u petak iz požeške kaznionice izašao 20-godišnji Matej K., mladić koji je nasmrt pretukao na parkiralištu požeškog Trga Sv. Trojstva prijatelja Jakova Bočkaja (21), mladog hrvatskog vojnika.
Osim što su ga sumještani vidjeli tijekom vikenda u mjestu i pritom uočili na njegovu licu da nosi veliki teret, tu vijest nam je potvrdio i osumnjičenikov odvjetnik Igor Juranović.
- Predmet je još uvijek u fazi istrage i mogu vam jedino potvrditi da je 12. svibnja moj klijent pušten iz istražnog zatvora – rekao je danas za Jutarnji list odvjetnik Juranović kojeg je osumnjičeni Matej K. izabrao za svog novog odvjetnika.
Pritom nije želi otkriti je li sudsko vijeće uvažilo uloženu žalbu na pritvor ili su, pak, u međuvremenu tijekom istrage ispitani svi predloženi svjedoci pa su samim time ispunjeni i svi uvjeti za izlazak na slobodu, piše Jutarnji.
Naime, prijašnja braniteljica okrivljenog Anita Pezer, dodijeljena Mateju K. po službenoj dužnosti, uložila je žalbu na rješenje suca istrage Županijskog suda u Slavonskom Brodu koji je njezina klijenta pritvorio kako ne bi utjecao na svjedoke, jer po njoj, predloženi svjedoci nisu imali što dodatno reći s obzirom da je Matej K. detaljno iznio obranu pred organima progona.
Bili u noćnom izlasku
Podsjetimo, Bočkajevo srce prestalo je kucati u požeškoj bolnici 16. travnja ove godine u 9.20 sati, točno punih sedam sati nakon nemilog okršaja na parkiralištu u Požegi, a koji je uslijedio nakon kraće prepirke s najboljim prijateljem. Kobnu noć su pokojni, u tom trenutku van službe, i osumnjičeni bili su u noćnom izlasku.
Cijelu noć su proveli zajedno kao i svaki puta do tada kad se Bočkaj vraćao iz baze u selo. Matej K. je u jednom trenutku poželio ići kući. Dolaskom do njegova auta došlo je do bezvezne prepirke uslijed koje je Bočkaj navodno udario nogom u Matejev autu što je bio okidač da ga nokautira.
Pao je na tlo gdje ga je navodno Matej nastavio dalje snažno udarati u predjelu glave. Mediji su tad još pisali da je napadač ostavio prijatelja na podu u nesvijesti te se kasnije vratio na mjesto događaja, da bi policija kasnije pregledavajući snimke videonadzora shvatila tko je zapravo počinitelj.

Nakon točno 25 dana provedenih u istražnom zatvoru, na slobodu je u petak iz požeške kaznionice izašao 20-godišnji Matej K., mladić koji je nasmrt pretukao na parkiralištu požeškog Trga Sv. Trojstva prijatelja Jakova Bočkaja (21), mladog hrvatskog vojnika.
Osim što su ga sumještani vidjeli tijekom vikenda u mjestu i pritom uočili na njegovu licu da nosi veliki teret, tu vijest nam je potvrdio i osumnjičenikov odvjetnik Igor Juranović.
- Predmet je još uvijek u fazi istrage i mogu vam jedino potvrditi da je 12. svibnja moj klijent pušten iz istražnog zatvora – rekao je danas za Jutarnji list odvjetnik Juranović kojeg je osumnjičeni Matej K. izabrao za svog novog odvjetnika.
Pritom nije želi otkriti je li sudsko vijeće uvažilo uloženu žalbu na pritvor ili su, pak, u međuvremenu tijekom istrage ispitani svi predloženi svjedoci pa su samim time ispunjeni i svi uvjeti za izlazak na slobodu, piše Jutarnji.
Naime, prijašnja braniteljica okrivljenog Anita Pezer, dodijeljena Mateju K. po službenoj dužnosti, uložila je žalbu na rješenje suca istrage Županijskog suda u Slavonskom Brodu koji je njezina klijenta pritvorio kako ne bi utjecao na svjedoke, jer po njoj, predloženi svjedoci nisu imali što dodatno reći s obzirom da je Matej K. detaljno iznio obranu pred organima progona.

Podsjetimo, Bočkajevo srce prestalo je kucati u požeškoj bolnici 16. travnja ove godine u 9.20 sati, točno punih sedam sati nakon nemilog okršaja na parkiralištu u Požegi, a koji je uslijedio nakon kraće prepirke s najboljim prijateljem. Kobnu noć su pokojni, u tom trenutku van službe, i osumnjičeni bili su u noćnom izlasku.
Cijelu noć su proveli zajedno kao i svaki puta do tada kad se Bočkaj vraćao iz baze u selo. Matej K. je u jednom trenutku poželio ići kući. Dolaskom do njegova auta došlo je do bezvezne prepirke uslijed koje je Bočkaj navodno udario nogom u Matejev autu što je bio okidač da ga nokautira.
Pao je na tlo gdje ga je navodno Matej nastavio dalje snažno udarati u predjelu glave. Mediji su tad još pisali da je napadač ostavio prijatelja na podu u nesvijesti te se kasnije vratio na mjesto događaja, da bi policija kasnije pregledavajući snimke videonadzora shvatila tko je zapravo počinitelj.
