Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo objavio je nove preporuke o izolaciji i samoizolaciji. Tri su najvažnije izmjene, jedna se odnosi na djecu, druga na zdravstvene i socijalne radnike, a treća na asimptomatske osobe i osobe s blažom kliničkom slikom.

Promjena samoizolacije kod djece

Karantene su oslobođena djeca do 18 godina koja su primarno cijepljena i koja su preboljela pa primila jednu dozu cjepiva, neovisno o tome koliko je vremena prošlo od cijepljenja.

Preporučuje se da djeca izuzeta od karantene tijekom desetodnevnog razdoblja od bliskog kontakta sa zaraznom osobom u kolektivu svode na minimalnu mjeru kontakt s osobama starijim od 60 godina i osobama s teškim kroničnim bolestima. Također, trebaju nositi masku u svim prilikama kad je nemoguće izbjeći bliski kontakt.

Preporučljivo je da pet do sedam dana nakon bliskog kontakta sa zaraznom osobom naprave kućni test. U slučaju pojave simptoma testirati se treba brzim antigenskim ili PCR testom.

Zdravstveni djelatnici i djelatnici u sustavu socijalne skrbi kojima je na temelju ranijeg preboljenja ili cijepljenja karantena skraćena na sedam dana trebaju prije povratka na posao uraditi brzi antigenski test (može i PCR ako kapaciteti testiranja dozvoljavaju) te se na posao mogu vratiti tek po dobivanju negativnog rezultata testa.

Skraćena izolacija asimptomatskim i osobama s blagom kliničkom slikom

Izolacija je skraćena asimptomatskim i osobama s blagom do umjerenom kliničkom slikom koje nisu imunokompromitirane na sedam dana i za osobe kojima je prošlo više od četiri mjeseca od primarnog cijepljenja ili preboljenja.

Osoba koja je ostvarila bliski kontakt sa zaraznom osobom ne podliježe zdravstvenom nadzoru u karanteni odnosno samoizolaciji ako je preboljela covid i nakon preboljenja primila jednu dozu cjepiva ako nije prošlo više od četiri mjeseca od primitka cjepiva, ili je preboljela covid i primarno cijepljena s dvije doze cjepiva koja se primjenjuju u dvije doze.

Karantena u trajanju od sedam dana preporučuje se bez potrebe za testiranjem ako osoba ne razvije simptome.

Izuzetak su zdravstveni djelatnici i djelatnici u sustavu socijalne skrbi kojima je na temelju ranijeg preboljenja ili cijepljenja karantena skraćena na sedam dana – trebaju prije povratka na posao uraditi brzi antigenski test (može i PCR ako kapaciteti testiranja dozvoljavaju) te se na posao mogu vratiti tek po dobivanju negativnog rezultata testa.

Antigenski testovi

Ako osoba razvije simptome, potrebno je testirati je brzim antigenskim testom (BAT). U slučaju pozitivnog BAT nalaza, osoba se podvrgava izolaciji u trajanju od najmanje sedam dana, pri čemu se dan početka simptoma računa kao nulti dan. U slučaju negativnog BAT nalaza, preporučuje se ponoviti BAT nakon 24-48 sati te u slučaju ponovljenog negativnog nalaza prekid karantene po isteku sedam dana, uz strogo pridržavanje epidemioloških mjera i kontinuirano nošenje maske sljedećih sedam dana.

HZJZ navodi i da se PCR test, kad je god to moguće i kad dozvoljavaju kapaciteti testiranja i specifičnost situacije, treba koristiti kao prvi izbor testa za dijagnostiku osoba koje imaju povećan rizik za razvoj teških oblika bolesti, ulaze u kolektiv u sustavu socijalne skrbi ili se hospitaliziraju.

Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo objavio je nove preporuke o izolaciji i samoizolaciji. Tri su najvažnije izmjene, jedna se odnosi na djecu, druga na zdravstvene i socijalne radnike, a treća na asimptomatske osobe i osobe s blažom kliničkom slikom.

Promjena samoizolacije kod djece

Karantene su oslobođena djeca do 18 godina koja su primarno cijepljena i koja su preboljela pa primila jednu dozu cjepiva, neovisno o tome koliko je vremena prošlo od cijepljenja.

Preporučuje se da djeca izuzeta od karantene tijekom desetodnevnog razdoblja od bliskog kontakta sa zaraznom osobom u kolektivu svode na minimalnu mjeru kontakt s osobama starijim od 60 godina i osobama s teškim kroničnim bolestima. Također, trebaju nositi masku u svim prilikama kad je nemoguće izbjeći bliski kontakt.

Preporučljivo je da pet do sedam dana nakon bliskog kontakta sa zaraznom osobom naprave kućni test. U slučaju pojave simptoma testirati se treba brzim antigenskim ili PCR testom.

Zdravstveni djelatnici i djelatnici u sustavu socijalne skrbi kojima je na temelju ranijeg preboljenja ili cijepljenja karantena skraćena na sedam dana trebaju prije povratka na posao uraditi brzi antigenski test (može i PCR ako kapaciteti testiranja dozvoljavaju) te se na posao mogu vratiti tek po dobivanju negativnog rezultata testa.

Skraćena izolacija asimptomatskim i osobama s blagom kliničkom slikom

Izolacija je skraćena asimptomatskim i osobama s blagom do umjerenom kliničkom slikom koje nisu imunokompromitirane na sedam dana i za osobe kojima je prošlo više od četiri mjeseca od primarnog cijepljenja ili preboljenja.

Osoba koja je ostvarila bliski kontakt sa zaraznom osobom ne podliježe zdravstvenom nadzoru u karanteni odnosno samoizolaciji ako je preboljela covid i nakon preboljenja primila jednu dozu cjepiva ako nije prošlo više od četiri mjeseca od primitka cjepiva, ili je preboljela covid i primarno cijepljena s dvije doze cjepiva koja se primjenjuju u dvije doze.

Karantena u trajanju od sedam dana preporučuje se bez potrebe za testiranjem ako osoba ne razvije simptome.

Izuzetak su zdravstveni djelatnici i djelatnici u sustavu socijalne skrbi kojima je na temelju ranijeg preboljenja ili cijepljenja karantena skraćena na sedam dana – trebaju prije povratka na posao uraditi brzi antigenski test (može i PCR ako kapaciteti testiranja dozvoljavaju) te se na posao mogu vratiti tek po dobivanju negativnog rezultata testa.

Antigenski testovi

Ako osoba razvije simptome, potrebno je testirati je brzim antigenskim testom (BAT). U slučaju pozitivnog BAT nalaza, osoba se podvrgava izolaciji u trajanju od najmanje sedam dana, pri čemu se dan početka simptoma računa kao nulti dan. U slučaju negativnog BAT nalaza, preporučuje se ponoviti BAT nakon 24-48 sati te u slučaju ponovljenog negativnog nalaza prekid karantene po isteku sedam dana, uz strogo pridržavanje epidemioloških mjera i kontinuirano nošenje maske sljedećih sedam dana.

HZJZ navodi i da se PCR test, kad je god to moguće i kad dozvoljavaju kapaciteti testiranja i specifičnost situacije, treba koristiti kao prvi izbor testa za dijagnostiku osoba koje imaju povećan rizik za razvoj teških oblika bolesti, ulaze u kolektiv u sustavu socijalne skrbi ili se hospitaliziraju.

HZJZ objavio nova pravila za karantenu, tri su izmjene: uvedena novost kod samoizolacije djece, evo što je s asimptomatskim osobama

Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo objavio je nove preporuke o izolaciji i samoizolaciji. Tri su najvažnije izmjene, jedna se odnosi na djecu, druga na zdravstvene i socijalne radnike, a treća na asimptomatske osobe i osobe s blažom kliničkom slikom.

Promjena samoizolacije kod djece

Karantene su oslobođena djeca do 18 godina koja su primarno cijepljena i koja su preboljela pa primila jednu dozu cjepiva, neovisno o tome koliko je vremena prošlo od cijepljenja.

Preporučuje se da djeca izuzeta od karantene tijekom desetodnevnog razdoblja od bliskog kontakta sa zaraznom osobom u kolektivu svode na minimalnu mjeru kontakt s osobama starijim od 60 godina i osobama s teškim kroničnim bolestima. Također, trebaju nositi masku u svim prilikama kad je nemoguće izbjeći bliski kontakt.

Preporučljivo je da pet do sedam dana nakon bliskog kontakta sa zaraznom osobom naprave kućni test. U slučaju pojave simptoma testirati se treba brzim antigenskim ili PCR testom.
