Opći sud u Banjoj Luci potvrdio je optužnicu protiv nekadašnjeg načelnika Klinike za anesteziju i intenzivno liječenje UKC Republike Srpske dr. Darka Golića zbog spolnog uznemiravanja pacijenta, prenosi Dnevni avaz.

Prema optužnici Golić jе zlostavljao 36-godišnjeg muškarca, oca dvoje djece, koji nakon prometne nesreće ležao u UKC RS i određeno vrijeme bio u komi iz koje se probudio. Prema neslužbenim informacijama DNK optuženog Golića pronađen je na pacijentu, njegovoj posteljini, naočalama, te na pelanama za odrasle.

Zlostavljanje se odigralo 19. siječnja prošle godine u periodu od 19 do 22 sata, a medicinsko osoblje je zateklo Golića kako ljubi pacijenta u predjelu lica.

Prema dokumentima iz istrage Golić se tereti da je obljubio nemoćnog pacijenta u 'šok sobi'. Pacijent je prije toga danima bio u komi nakon promente nesreće. 

Nakon što se probudio nije se mogao braniti jer je bio vezan za krevet, što je uobičajena procedura kako bi se spriječilo samoozljeđivanje.

Svjedoci su opisali da je pacijent u prisustvu dr. Golića bio vidno uznemiren i preplašen, te da mu je tijekom njegovog boravka u sobi puls skakao i do 150. Sam pacijent je, iako teško govori, policijskim inspektorima potvrdio da ga je zlostavljao dr. Golić, piše Dnevni avaz.

Opći sud u Banjoj Luci potvrdio je optužnicu protiv nekadašnjeg načelnika Klinike za anesteziju i intenzivno liječenje UKC Republike Srpske dr. Darka Golića zbog spolnog uznemiravanja pacijenta, prenosi Dnevni avaz.

Prema optužnici Golić jе zlostavljao 36-godišnjeg muškarca, oca dvoje djece, koji nakon prometne nesreće ležao u UKC RS i određeno vrijeme bio u komi iz koje se probudio. Prema neslužbenim informacijama DNK optuženog Golića pronađen je na pacijentu, njegovoj posteljini, naočalama, te na pelanama za odrasle.

Zlostavljanje se odigralo 19. siječnja prošle godine u periodu od 19 do 22 sata, a medicinsko osoblje je zateklo Golića kako ljubi pacijenta u predjelu lica.

Prema dokumentima iz istrage Golić se tereti da je obljubio nemoćnog pacijenta u 'šok sobi'. Pacijent je prije toga danima bio u komi nakon promente nesreće. 

Nakon što se probudio nije se mogao braniti jer je bio vezan za krevet, što je uobičajena procedura kako bi se spriječilo samoozljeđivanje.

Svjedoci su opisali da je pacijent u prisustvu dr. Golića bio vidno uznemiren i preplašen, te da mu je tijekom njegovog boravka u sobi puls skakao i do 150. Sam pacijent je, iako teško govori, policijskim inspektorima potvrdio da ga je zlostavljao dr. Golić, piše Dnevni avaz.

Gnjusan slučaj u BiH: liječnik se tereti da je obljubio nemoćnog pacijenta u ‘šok sobi‘, muškarac potvrdio da ga je zlostavljao dr. Golić

Opći sud u Banjoj Luci potvrdio je optužnicu protiv nekadašnjeg načelnika Klinike za anesteziju i intenzivno liječenje UKC Republike Srpske dr. Darka Golića zbog spolnog uznemiravanja pacijenta, prenosi Dnevni avaz.

Prema optužnici Golić jе zlostavljao 36-godišnjeg muškarca, oca dvoje djece, koji nakon prometne nesreće ležao u UKC RS i određeno vrijeme bio u komi iz koje se probudio. Prema neslužbenim informacijama DNK optuženog Golića pronađen je na pacijentu, njegovoj posteljini, naočalama, te na pelanama za odrasle.

Zlostavljanje se odigralo 19. siječnja prošle godine u periodu od 19 do 22 sata, a medicinsko osoblje je zateklo Golića kako ljubi pacijenta u predjelu lica.

Prema dokumentima iz istrage Golić se tereti da je obljubio nemoćnog pacijenta u 'šok sobi'. Pacijent je prije toga danima bio u komi nakon promente nesreće. 

Nakon što se probudio nije se mogao braniti jer je bio vezan za krevet, što je uobičajena procedura kako bi se spriječilo samoozljeđivanje.

Svjedoci su opisali da je pacijent u prisustvu dr. Golića bio vidno uznemiren i preplašen, te da mu je tijekom njegovog boravka u sobi puls skakao i do 150. Sam pacijent je, iako teško govori, policijskim inspektorima potvrdio da ga je zlostavljao dr. Golić, piše Dnevni avaz.
