Prošle godine u listopadu od posljedica COVID-a preminule su 274 osobe. Ove godine u listopadu u Hrvatskoj je od posljedica COVID-a umrla 571 osoba.

Dakle, iako je cjepivo dostupno na svakom koraku, u listopadu ove godine umrlo je 297 osoba više nego u istom mjesecu prošle godine. Uz to, u listopadu ove godine od COVID-a su se u Hrvatskoj, prema službenim podacima, zarazile 65.102 osobe.

A da se ne vidi kraj agonije, najbolje govore jučerašnje hrvatske brojke od 6310 novooboljelih od 14 tisuća dan prije testiranih, što je 44 posto pozitivnih u ukupnom broju testiranih i 32 umrlih.

No, kao i gotovo uvijek po brojkama i postocima prednjači Splitsko-dalmatinska županija. Jučer je u ovoj županiji bilo 753 pozitivnih, a brojka testiranih dan ranije je bila 1585. Dakle, 47,5 posto pozitivnih u ukupnoj brojci testiranih u Županiji.

- Katastrofa, prvi put se istinski bojim da smo svi mi koji smo cijepljeni ugroženi od onih koji nisu cijepljeni. I ova brojka od 753 njih nije realna, jer je zasigurno puno više onih koji su pozitivni, a koji se još uvijek nisu testirali. Imamo asimptomatske slučajeve, kao i one koji još nisu dovoljno razvili simptome pa se ne dolaze cijepiti - govori doc. dr. sc. Željka Karin, ravnateljica Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

Brojke zaraženih i umrlih divljaju i ne vidi se kraja pandemiji koja je u Hrvatskoj do jučer ubila 9364 osobe, a koliko će ih još ubiti nitko ne zna.

Mnogi zazivaju strože mjere kretanja, neki čak i lockdown, u pravom smislu riječi kakav Hrvatska nikada u ovih proteklih dvadeset mjeseci nije imala.

- Ljudi moraju shvatiti da se ne smiju družiti, da moraju nositi zaštitne maskice, da moraju ostajati kod kuće ako je netko od njihovih ukućana pod sumnjom na koronu. Ne smiju izlaziti vani, odlaziti na fakultete, škole, posao..., ako netko od njihovih ukućana čeka kod kuće, u izolaciji, svoj nalaz testiranja na COVID - pojašnjava dr. Karin.

Jučerašnja brojka od 753 pozitivnih u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji nije realna, a svaka od 753 osobe je zasigurno imala od tri do četiri kontakta koja bi trebalo nazvati i upozoriti da moraju ostati kod kuće u izolaciji.

- Mi to više jednostavno ne stignemo raditi. Zamislite da je svaki od tih 753 pozitivnih imao samo tri kontakta. Znači da bi naši djelatnici morali nazvati na mobitel ili telefon više od 2200 ljudi, s njima obaviti razgovor i reći im da moraju ostati u izolaciji. Nemoguća misija, jer ih mi ne možemo sve obraditi. To je more ljudi - žali se dr. Karin.

Samo jučer su u Hrvatskoj, kako smo već napisali, od COVID-a umrle 32 osobe, ali kao da se nitko više ne zgraža nad tim brojkama i to je postalo kao normalno.

- To je ono što me najviše šokira. Pa, zamislite da smo imali trideset i dvoje ljudi u nekom autobusu koji je sletio u provaliju i da su svi poginuli. Cijela bi se Hrvatska digla na noge i svi bi htjeli pomoći. A ovako, iako imamo jučer trideset i dvoje umrle osobe od COVID-a, kao da nikoga za to nije briga. I to je ono najstrašnije - zaključuje dr. Karin.

‘Ograničiti kretanje i okupljanje‘

- Treba uvesti što je moguće strože mjere i ograničiti kretanje i okupljanje ljudi. Ne smije se dozvoliti nikome tko nema COVID potvrdu ili negativan PCR test da uđe u restoran, kafić, kino, na sportske manifestacije...

Isto kao što su davno uvele zemlje u zapadnim demokracijama. Ako je tako u svijetu, a je, ne vidim razloga zašto tako ne bi bilo i u Hrvatskoj.

Prošle godine u listopadu od posljedica COVID-a preminule su 274 osobe. Ove godine u listopadu u Hrvatskoj je od posljedica COVID-a umrla 571 osoba.

Dakle, iako je cjepivo dostupno na svakom koraku, u listopadu ove godine umrlo je 297 osoba više nego u istom mjesecu prošle godine. Uz to, u listopadu ove godine od COVID-a su se u Hrvatskoj, prema službenim podacima, zarazile 65.102 osobe.

A da se ne vidi kraj agonije, najbolje govore jučerašnje hrvatske brojke od 6310 novooboljelih od 14 tisuća dan prije testiranih, što je 44 posto pozitivnih u ukupnom broju testiranih i 32 umrlih.

No, kao i gotovo uvijek po brojkama i postocima prednjači Splitsko-dalmatinska županija. Jučer je u ovoj županiji bilo 753 pozitivnih, a brojka testiranih dan ranije je bila 1585. Dakle, 47,5 posto pozitivnih u ukupnoj brojci testiranih u Županiji.

- Katastrofa, prvi put se istinski bojim da smo svi mi koji smo cijepljeni ugroženi od onih koji nisu cijepljeni. I ova brojka od 753 njih nije realna, jer je zasigurno puno više onih koji su pozitivni, a koji se još uvijek nisu testirali. Imamo asimptomatske slučajeve, kao i one koji još nisu dovoljno razvili simptome pa se ne dolaze cijepiti - govori doc. dr. sc. Željka Karin, ravnateljica Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

Brojke zaraženih i umrlih divljaju i ne vidi se kraja pandemiji koja je u Hrvatskoj do jučer ubila 9364 osobe, a koliko će ih još ubiti nitko ne zna.

Mnogi zazivaju strože mjere kretanja, neki čak i lockdown, u pravom smislu riječi kakav Hrvatska nikada u ovih proteklih dvadeset mjeseci nije imala.

- Ljudi moraju shvatiti da se ne smiju družiti, da moraju nositi zaštitne maskice, da moraju ostajati kod kuće ako je netko od njihovih ukućana pod sumnjom na koronu. Ne smiju izlaziti vani, odlaziti na fakultete, škole, posao..., ako netko od njihovih ukućana čeka kod kuće, u izolaciji, svoj nalaz testiranja na COVID - pojašnjava dr. Karin.

Jučerašnja brojka od 753 pozitivnih u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji nije realna, a svaka od 753 osobe je zasigurno imala od tri do četiri kontakta koja bi trebalo nazvati i upozoriti da moraju ostati kod kuće u izolaciji.

- Mi to više jednostavno ne stignemo raditi. Zamislite da je svaki od tih 753 pozitivnih imao samo tri kontakta. Znači da bi naši djelatnici morali nazvati na mobitel ili telefon više od 2200 ljudi, s njima obaviti razgovor i reći im da moraju ostati u izolaciji. Nemoguća misija, jer ih mi ne možemo sve obraditi. To je more ljudi - žali se dr. Karin.

Samo jučer su u Hrvatskoj, kako smo već napisali, od COVID-a umrle 32 osobe, ali kao da se nitko više ne zgraža nad tim brojkama i to je postalo kao normalno.

- To je ono što me najviše šokira. Pa, zamislite da smo imali trideset i dvoje ljudi u nekom autobusu koji je sletio u provaliju i da su svi poginuli. Cijela bi se Hrvatska digla na noge i svi bi htjeli pomoći. A ovako, iako imamo jučer trideset i dvoje umrle osobe od COVID-a, kao da nikoga za to nije briga. I to je ono najstrašnije - zaključuje dr. Karin.

‘Ograničiti kretanje i okupljanje‘

- Treba uvesti što je moguće strože mjere i ograničiti kretanje i okupljanje ljudi. Ne smije se dozvoliti nikome tko nema COVID potvrdu ili negativan PCR test da uđe u restoran, kafić, kino, na sportske manifestacije...

Isto kao što su davno uvele zemlje u zapadnim demokracijama. Ako je tako u svijetu, a je, ne vidim razloga zašto tako ne bi bilo i u Hrvatskoj.
