KBC Zagreb danas se može pohvaliti dobrim vijestima jer je njihov medicinski tim uspio spasiti živote tako što su trudnici na respiratoru napravili carski rez. 

- Mlada žena u 32. tjednu trudnoće primljena je na naš covid odjel radi opsežne obostrane upale pluća s posljedično vrlo niskom razinom kisika u krvi i tkivu. Morala je biti primljena u jedinicu intenzivnog liječenja i odmah je stavljena na respirator, prepričala je za HRT prof. dr. sc. Gordana Pavliša, voditeljica covid odjela KBC Zagreb.

- Kako je to bilo životno ugrožavajuće stanje i za ženu i za plod, odlučili smo u suradnji s kolegama ginekolozima iz Petrove bolnice završiti tu trudnoću carskim rezom. Srećom dijete je rođeno zdravo, jako lijepo se oporavilo i napredovalo zahvaljujući našim neonatolozima i već je otpušteno kući na njegu. Majka se također potpuno oporavila i očekujemo da će idući tjedan ići kući, objašnjava.

Medicinski pothvat koji je učinjen ravan je čudu, a pristupljeno je posebnom metodom koja se ni u svijetu ne primjenjava često. 

- Radilo se o životno ugrožavajućem stanju. Pribjegli smo metodi koja nije još uvijek konvencionalno prihvaćena u zbrinjavanju covid bolesnika, ali je odobrena od Američke agencije za hranu i lijekove- tvrdi Pavliša.

- U prvih 5 do 7 dana covid bolesti prevladava negativni utjecaj samog virusa na tkivo, osobito pluća. Nakon toga razvija se neprimjerena, agresivna reakcija našeg imunološkog sustava koja dovodi do samooštećenja ciljanih organa štićenih našim imunološkim sustavom- pojašnjava.

- Ovom metodom mi smo jednom izvantjelesnom cirkulacijom koristeći dijalizni aparat i jedan poseban filter, u suradnji s našim nefrolozima, smanjili tu citokinsku oluju. Odnosno smanjili smo udio proupalnih faktora u krvi i zapravo stabilizirali taj upalni odgovor, rekla je voditeljica covid odjela KBC Zagreb.

Ponovno se zahvalila čitavom timu, a kazala je i da je majka bila iznimno hrabra te da nije gubila nadu ni kada je postojala mogućnost najcrnjeg scenarija. 

Komentirala je i epidemiološko stanje u Hrvatskoj kao popunjene kapacitete u bolnicama.

- Nažalost naši kapaciteti su potpuno popunjeni, možda javnost malo manje zna da KBC Zagreb značajno sudjeluje u zbrinjavanju covid bolesnika. Imamo 48 kreveta rezerviranih za covid pozitivne bolesnike, plus 18 intenzivnih kreveta i traži se krevet više u svim zagrebačkim bolnicama, kaže Pavliša.

- Lijepo je vidjeti da brojke ipak polagano padaju, s time da hospitalizacija slijedi tjedan do deset dana nakon infekcije, tako da se i mi nadamo da će za dva tjedna biti nešto lakše- zaključila je voditeljica covid odjela.

KBC Zagreb danas se može pohvaliti dobrim vijestima jer je njihov medicinski tim uspio spasiti živote tako što su trudnici na respiratoru napravili carski rez. 

- Mlada žena u 32. tjednu trudnoće primljena je na naš covid odjel radi opsežne obostrane upale pluća s posljedično vrlo niskom razinom kisika u krvi i tkivu. Morala je biti primljena u jedinicu intenzivnog liječenja i odmah je stavljena na respirator, prepričala je za HRT prof. dr. sc. Gordana Pavliša, voditeljica covid odjela KBC Zagreb.

- Kako je to bilo životno ugrožavajuće stanje i za ženu i za plod, odlučili smo u suradnji s kolegama ginekolozima iz Petrove bolnice završiti tu trudnoću carskim rezom. Srećom dijete je rođeno zdravo, jako lijepo se oporavilo i napredovalo zahvaljujući našim neonatolozima i već je otpušteno kući na njegu. Majka se također potpuno oporavila i očekujemo da će idući tjedan ići kući, objašnjava.

Medicinski pothvat koji je učinjen ravan je čudu, a pristupljeno je posebnom metodom koja se ni u svijetu ne primjenjava često. 

- Radilo se o životno ugrožavajućem stanju. Pribjegli smo metodi koja nije još uvijek konvencionalno prihvaćena u zbrinjavanju covid bolesnika, ali je odobrena od Američke agencije za hranu i lijekove- tvrdi Pavliša.

- U prvih 5 do 7 dana covid bolesti prevladava negativni utjecaj samog virusa na tkivo, osobito pluća. Nakon toga razvija se neprimjerena, agresivna reakcija našeg imunološkog sustava koja dovodi do samooštećenja ciljanih organa štićenih našim imunološkim sustavom- pojašnjava.

- Ovom metodom mi smo jednom izvantjelesnom cirkulacijom koristeći dijalizni aparat i jedan poseban filter, u suradnji s našim nefrolozima, smanjili tu citokinsku oluju. Odnosno smanjili smo udio proupalnih faktora u krvi i zapravo stabilizirali taj upalni odgovor, rekla je voditeljica covid odjela KBC Zagreb.

Ponovno se zahvalila čitavom timu, a kazala je i da je majka bila iznimno hrabra te da nije gubila nadu ni kada je postojala mogućnost najcrnjeg scenarija. 

Komentirala je i epidemiološko stanje u Hrvatskoj kao popunjene kapacitete u bolnicama.

- Nažalost naši kapaciteti su potpuno popunjeni, možda javnost malo manje zna da KBC Zagreb značajno sudjeluje u zbrinjavanju covid bolesnika. Imamo 48 kreveta rezerviranih za covid pozitivne bolesnike, plus 18 intenzivnih kreveta i traži se krevet više u svim zagrebačkim bolnicama, kaže Pavliša.

- Lijepo je vidjeti da brojke ipak polagano padaju, s time da hospitalizacija slijedi tjedan do deset dana nakon infekcije, tako da se i mi nadamo da će za dva tjedna biti nešto lakše- zaključila je voditeljica covid odjela.

Carskim rezom porođena trudnica na respiratoru, voditeljica COVID odjela ponosna na medicinski tim: ‘Životno su ugroženi bili i majka i dijete‘

KBC Zagreb danas se može pohvaliti dobrim vijestima jer je njihov medicinski tim uspio spasiti živote tako što su trudnici na respiratoru napravili carski rez. 

- Mlada žena u 32. tjednu trudnoće primljena je na naš covid odjel radi opsežne obostrane upale pluća s posljedično vrlo niskom razinom kisika u krvi i tkivu. Morala je biti primljena u jedinicu intenzivnog liječenja i odmah je stavljena na respirator, prepričala je za HRT prof. dr. sc. Gordana Pavliša, voditeljica covid odjela KBC Zagreb.

- Kako je to bilo životno ugrožavajuće stanje i za ženu i za plod, odlučili smo u suradnji s kolegama ginekolozima iz Petrove bolnice završiti tu trudnoću carskim rezom. Srećom dijete je rođeno zdravo, jako lijepo se oporavilo i napredovalo zahvaljujući našim neonatolozima i već je otpušteno kući na njegu. Majka se također potpuno oporavila i očekujemo da će idući tjedan ići kući, objašnjava.

Medicinski pothvat koji je učinjen ravan je čudu, a pristupljeno je posebnom metodom koja se ni u svijetu ne primjenjava često. 

- Radilo se o životno ugrožavajućem stanju. Pribjegli smo metodi koja nije još uvijek konvencionalno prihvaćena u zbrinjavanju covid bolesnika, ali je odobrena od Američke agencije za hranu i lijekove- tvrdi Pavliša.

- U prvih 5 do 7 dana covid bolesti prevladava negativni utjecaj samog virusa na tkivo, osobito pluća. Nakon toga razvija se neprimjerena, agresivna reakcija našeg imunološkog sustava koja dovodi do samooštećenja ciljanih organa štićenih našim imunološkim sustavom- pojašnjava.

- Ovom metodom mi smo jednom izvantjelesnom cirkulacijom koristeći dijalizni aparat i jedan poseban filter, u suradnji s našim nefrolozima, smanjili tu citokinsku oluju. Odnosno smanjili smo udio proupalnih faktora u krvi i zapravo stabilizirali taj upalni odgovor, rekla je voditeljica covid odjela KBC Zagreb.

Ponovno se zahvalila čitavom timu, a kazala je i da je majka bila iznimno hrabra te da nije gubila nadu ni kada je postojala mogućnost najcrnjeg scenarija. 

Komentirala je i epidemiološko stanje u Hrvatskoj kao popunjene kapacitete u bolnicama.

- Nažalost naši kapaciteti su potpuno popunjeni, možda javnost malo manje zna da KBC Zagreb značajno sudjeluje u zbrinjavanju covid bolesnika. Imamo 48 kreveta rezerviranih za covid pozitivne bolesnike, plus 18 intenzivnih kreveta i traži se krevet više u svim zagrebačkim bolnicama, kaže Pavliša.

- Lijepo je vidjeti da brojke ipak polagano padaju, s time da hospitalizacija slijedi tjedan do deset dana nakon infekcije, tako da se i mi nadamo da će za dva tjedna biti nešto lakše- zaključila je voditeljica covid odjela.
