Austrija namjerava uvesti zatvaranje za necijepljene protiv koronavirusa već od nedjelje u ponoć, a ono bi trebalo po sadašnjem planu ostati na snazi do 24. studenoga, prenosi agencija dpa.

Nacrt prijedloga napominje da su potrebne intervencije kako bi se „spriječio raspad zdravstvenog sustava”.

Savezna vlada o predloženom zatvaranju namjerava raspravljati s čelnicima pokrajinskih vlada u nedjelju. Još i prije te rasprave, za taj potez postoji već široka potpora.

Odbor Nacionalnog vijeća, donjeg doma austrijskog parlamenta, trebao bi odlučiti o novoj uredbi u nedjelju navečer, što bi trebala biti tek formalnost.

Ako se zatvaranje uvede, osobe koje nisu cijepljene ili nisu preboljele bolest uzrokovane koronavirusom neće smjeti napuštati svoje domove osim pod određenim okolnostima.

Od pravila bi se izuzele osobe koje obavljaju prijeko potrebne poslove, koje odlaze na posao, izlaze radi vlastitog tjelesnog i duševnog zdravlja, ili zbog „osnovnih vjerskih potreba”.

Zatvaranje se ne odnosi na djecu mlađu od 12 godina.

Austrija je u subotu zabilježila više od 13 tisuća novih slučajeva zaraze koronavirusom, što je dosad najveći broj novih slučajeva u toj zemlji.

Tjedna incidencija, odnosno učestalost pojavljivanja koronavirusa na 100.000 ljudi narasla je na 814,6.

Ovo se odvija samo nekoliko dana nakon što je Austrija već postrožila mjere u borbe protiv četvrtog vala zaraza, poput uvođenja zabrane pristupa većini javnih prostora za one koji se još uvijek nisu odabrali cijepiti.

„Moramo nastavi ustrajati kako bismo se izborili protiv pandemije koronavirusa”, rekao je za austrijsku agenciju APA-u Hermann Schuetzenhoefer, premijer savezne države Štajerske.

Johanna Mikl-Leitner, premijerka savezne države Donje Austrije, rekla je da je potrebno da sve savezne države surađuju. „To što se neki nisu spremni cijepiti ne smije dovesti do uvođenja ograničenja za sve”, kazala je.

Gradonačelnik Beča Michael Ludwig također je podržao plan, no dodao je i da su mu potrebne konkretnije informacije.
Međutim, podrška za zatvaranje necijepljenih nije neupitna.

Hans Peter Doskozil, premijer Gradišća, u pitanje je doveo način na koji bi se zatvaranje nadgledalo i kako bi se moglo opravdati u pokrajinama poput njegove, gdje je broj cijepljenih relativno visok.

Austrija namjerava uvesti zatvaranje za necijepljene protiv koronavirusa već od nedjelje u ponoć, a ono bi trebalo po sadašnjem planu ostati na snazi do 24. studenoga, prenosi agencija dpa.

Nacrt prijedloga napominje da su potrebne intervencije kako bi se „spriječio raspad zdravstvenog sustava”.

Savezna vlada o predloženom zatvaranju namjerava raspravljati s čelnicima pokrajinskih vlada u nedjelju. Još i prije te rasprave, za taj potez postoji već široka potpora.

Odbor Nacionalnog vijeća, donjeg doma austrijskog parlamenta, trebao bi odlučiti o novoj uredbi u nedjelju navečer, što bi trebala biti tek formalnost.

Ako se zatvaranje uvede, osobe koje nisu cijepljene ili nisu preboljele bolest uzrokovane koronavirusom neće smjeti napuštati svoje domove osim pod određenim okolnostima.

Od pravila bi se izuzele osobe koje obavljaju prijeko potrebne poslove, koje odlaze na posao, izlaze radi vlastitog tjelesnog i duševnog zdravlja, ili zbog „osnovnih vjerskih potreba”.

Zatvaranje se ne odnosi na djecu mlađu od 12 godina.

Austrija je u subotu zabilježila više od 13 tisuća novih slučajeva zaraze koronavirusom, što je dosad najveći broj novih slučajeva u toj zemlji.

Tjedna incidencija, odnosno učestalost pojavljivanja koronavirusa na 100.000 ljudi narasla je na 814,6.

Ovo se odvija samo nekoliko dana nakon što je Austrija već postrožila mjere u borbe protiv četvrtog vala zaraza, poput uvođenja zabrane pristupa većini javnih prostora za one koji se još uvijek nisu odabrali cijepiti.

„Moramo nastavi ustrajati kako bismo se izborili protiv pandemije koronavirusa”, rekao je za austrijsku agenciju APA-u Hermann Schuetzenhoefer, premijer savezne države Štajerske.

Johanna Mikl-Leitner, premijerka savezne države Donje Austrije, rekla je da je potrebno da sve savezne države surađuju. „To što se neki nisu spremni cijepiti ne smije dovesti do uvođenja ograničenja za sve”, kazala je.

Gradonačelnik Beča Michael Ludwig također je podržao plan, no dodao je i da su mu potrebne konkretnije informacije.
Međutim, podrška za zatvaranje necijepljenih nije neupitna.

Hans Peter Doskozil, premijer Gradišća, u pitanje je doveo način na koji bi se zatvaranje nadgledalo i kako bi se moglo opravdati u pokrajinama poput njegove, gdje je broj cijepljenih relativno visok.

Austrija uvodi najstrožu mjeru dosad za necijepljene: od nedjelje neće smjeti napuštati svoje domove osim u posebnim slučajevima

Austrija namjerava uvesti zatvaranje za necijepljene protiv koronavirusa već od nedjelje u ponoć, a ono bi trebalo po sadašnjem planu ostati na snazi do 24. studenoga, prenosi agencija dpa.

Nacrt prijedloga napominje da su potrebne intervencije kako bi se „spriječio raspad zdravstvenog sustava”.

Savezna vlada o predloženom zatvaranju namjerava raspravljati s čelnicima pokrajinskih vlada u nedjelju. Još i prije te rasprave, za taj potez postoji već široka potpora.

Odbor Nacionalnog vijeća, donjeg doma austrijskog parlamenta, trebao bi odlučiti o novoj uredbi u nedjelju navečer, što bi trebala biti tek formalnost.

Ako se zatvaranje uvede, osobe koje nisu cijepljene ili nisu preboljele bolest uzrokovane koronavirusom neće smjeti napuštati svoje domove osim pod određenim okolnostima.

Od pravila bi se izuzele osobe koje obavljaju prijeko potrebne poslove, koje odlaze na posao, izlaze radi vlastitog tjelesnog i duševnog zdravlja, ili zbog „osnovnih vjerskih potreba”.

Zatvaranje se ne odnosi na djecu mlađu od 12 godina.

Austrija je u subotu zabilježila više od 13 tisuća novih slučajeva zaraze koronavirusom, što je dosad najveći broj novih slučajeva u toj zemlji.

Tjedna incidencija, odnosno učestalost pojavljivanja koronavirusa na 100.000 ljudi narasla je na 814,6.

Ovo se odvija samo nekoliko dana nakon što je Austrija već postrožila mjere u borbe protiv četvrtog vala zaraza, poput uvođenja zabrane pristupa većini javnih prostora za one koji se još uvijek nisu odabrali cijepiti.

„Moramo nastavi ustrajati kako bismo se izborili protiv pandemije koronavirusa”, rekao je za austrijsku agenciju APA-u Hermann Schuetzenhoefer, premijer savezne države Štajerske.

Johanna Mikl-Leitner, premijerka savezne države Donje Austrije, rekla je da je potrebno da sve savezne države surađuju. „To što se neki nisu spremni cijepiti ne smije dovesti do uvođenja ograničenja za sve”, kazala je.

Gradonačelnik Beča Michael Ludwig također je podržao plan, no dodao je i da su mu potrebne konkretnije informacije.
Međutim, podrška za zatvaranje necijepljenih nije neupitna.

Hans Peter Doskozil, premijer Gradišća, u pitanje je doveo način na koji bi se zatvaranje nadgledalo i kako bi se moglo opravdati u pokrajinama poput njegove, gdje je broj cijepljenih relativno visok.
