Jedan je građanin Zadra prije nekoliko dana na bankomatu na Kalelargi odlučio podignuti stotinu kuna, tek toliko da ima nešto gotovine za kavu s prijateljima. Utipkao je pin, označio željeni iznos, bankomat je prihvatio nalog kad – nema kuna! Dobio je samo listić da je novac isplaćen, međutim – novčanica nije izišla iz bankomata.
Začuđen, odmah je ušao u poslovnicu banke kojoj pripada bankomat koja se srećom nalazila na istom tom mjestu na Kalelargi. Nakon što su ljubazne službenice čule o čemu se radi, umirile su ga da će problem biti brzo riješen jer je vjerojatno došlo do greške na bankomatu koji je proknjižio isplatu novca, ali novčanicu nije isplatio. Provjerile su softverski bankomat i greška je evidentirana.
- Sve će biti brzo riješeno, ali će te samo prije isplate morati popuniti jedan formular. Brzo će biti gotovo – rekle su mu.
Uzeo je formular i počeo popunjavati rubrike s osnovnim podacima kao što su mjesto prebivališta, datum i mjesto rođenja, OIB, IBAN...
- Ima još jedan dodatak podacima – kazale su mu službenice.
- Molim da popunite i ovaj dio o vašem političkom opredjeljenju i kojoj stranci pripadate. To vam je sad nešto novo – rekle su mu.
- Kako molim? Pa što će to banci? – iznenadio se naš građanin.
- A eto, takvi su propisi. Osim toga, nismo odavno ažurirali vaše osobne podatke, pa ih moramo popuniti i tim informacijama – odgovorile su mu službenice.
Našem je građaninu sad već postalo neugodno. Zašto se formularom mora banci izjašnjavati koje je političke opcije i kojoj stranci pripada? Kakve to veze ima s njegovim računom na banci i statusom klijenta? I sve to da bi dobio nazad svojih sto kuna koje mu je uzeo bankomat?
- Pa to me nitko nikada nije pitao od kad je demokracije u Hrvatskoj. Niti u policiji to ne pitaju, a banka pita. I to uvjetuje da mora imati i te podatke. Iako je na snazi vrlo strog Zakon o zaštiti osobnih podataka, moramo se znači izjašnjavati o osobnim podacima kao što je političko opredjeljenje? Dobro me niste pitali i koliko puta sa ženom spavam i koji broj cipela nosim – sad se već ozbiljno naljutio naš građanin.
Rekao je službenicama koje su nemoćno slijegale ramenima da – nema političko opredjeljenje i da ne pripada niti jednoj stranci. Nije da se boji reći što misli, ali u odnosu prema banci želi biti apolitičan, a ne s njom dijeliti takve podatke.
- Pa banke imaju detaljnije kartoteke građana nego policija ili porezna uprava. Eto znaju čak i kojoj stranci pripadate – prigovorio je građanin službenicama kojima je također postalo neugodno što moraju klijenta banke ispitivati o stvarima koje očigledno ne želi dijeliti s njima i bankom.
Na kraju su taj dio obrasca popunile serijom odgovora „ne”, ali mučan dojam je ipak ostao. Isplatile su mu njegovih stotinu kuna koje je bankomat „pojeo” i ispričale mu se još jednom na smetnji uz neizbježno „takvi su propisi”...

Jedan je građanin Zadra prije nekoliko dana na bankomatu na Kalelargi odlučio podignuti stotinu kuna, tek toliko da ima nešto gotovine za kavu s prijateljima. Utipkao je pin, označio željeni iznos, bankomat je prihvatio nalog kad – nema kuna! Dobio je samo listić da je novac isplaćen, međutim – novčanica nije izišla iz bankomata.
Začuđen, odmah je ušao u poslovnicu banke kojoj pripada bankomat koja se srećom nalazila na istom tom mjestu na Kalelargi. Nakon što su ljubazne službenice čule o čemu se radi, umirile su ga da će problem biti brzo riješen jer je vjerojatno došlo do greške na bankomatu koji je proknjižio isplatu novca, ali novčanicu nije isplatio. Provjerile su softverski bankomat i greška je evidentirana.
- Sve će biti brzo riješeno, ali će te samo prije isplate morati popuniti jedan formular. Brzo će biti gotovo – rekle su mu.
Uzeo je formular i počeo popunjavati rubrike s osnovnim podacima kao što su mjesto prebivališta, datum i mjesto rođenja, OIB, IBAN...
- Ima još jedan dodatak podacima – kazale su mu službenice.
- Molim da popunite i ovaj dio o vašem političkom opredjeljenju i kojoj stranci pripadate. To vam je sad nešto novo – rekle su mu.
- Kako molim? Pa što će to banci? – iznenadio se naš građanin.
- A eto, takvi su propisi. Osim toga, nismo odavno ažurirali vaše osobne podatke, pa ih moramo popuniti i tim informacijama – odgovorile su mu službenice.
Našem je građaninu sad već postalo neugodno. Zašto se formularom mora banci izjašnjavati koje je političke opcije i kojoj stranci pripada? Kakve to veze ima s njegovim računom na banci i statusom klijenta? I sve to da bi dobio nazad svojih sto kuna koje mu je uzeo bankomat?
- Pa to me nitko nikada nije pitao od kad je demokracije u Hrvatskoj. Niti u policiji to ne pitaju, a banka pita. I to uvjetuje da mora imati i te podatke. Iako je na snazi vrlo strog Zakon o zaštiti osobnih podataka, moramo se znači izjašnjavati o osobnim podacima kao što je političko opredjeljenje? Dobro me niste pitali i koliko puta sa ženom spavam i koji broj cipela nosim – sad se već ozbiljno naljutio naš građanin.
Rekao je službenicama koje su nemoćno slijegale ramenima da – nema političko opredjeljenje i da ne pripada niti jednoj stranci. Nije da se boji reći što misli, ali u odnosu prema banci želi biti apolitičan, a ne s njom dijeliti takve podatke.
- Pa banke imaju detaljnije kartoteke građana nego policija ili porezna uprava. Eto znaju čak i kojoj stranci pripadate – prigovorio je građanin službenicama kojima je također postalo neugodno što moraju klijenta banke ispitivati o stvarima koje očigledno ne želi dijeliti s njima i bankom.
Na kraju su taj dio obrasca popunile serijom odgovora „ne”, ali mučan dojam je ipak ostao. Isplatile su mu njegovih stotinu kuna koje je bankomat „pojeo” i ispričale mu se još jednom na smetnji uz neizbježno „takvi su propisi”...
- Mogu li ja vas nešto pitati? - obratio im se netom prije odlaska naš građanin.
- Samo izvolite!
- S obzirom da mi je skinuo s računa sto kuna, a nije ih isplatio već ih je zadržao, pa na neki način i ukrao, možete li mi reći – a kojoj to stranci pripada ovaj vaš bankomat na Kalelargi?
