Bivša ravnateljica zadarske Zračne luke Irena Ćosić i Jasna Vukas pravomoćno su oslobođene optužbe za kaznena djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i krivotvorenja službene isprave, odnosno pomaganja kod počinjenja tih kaznenih djela.

– Da, sretna sam danas jer je nepravomoćna oslobađajuća sudska presuda od 21.12.2021. u predmetu koji je vodio Županijski DORH iz Zadra, a nakon prijave Zračne luke Zadar, konačno danas potvrđena i time postala pravomoćna. Trebalo je vremena da cijeli sramotni postupak bude završen, a ciljano je smontiran od šačice ljudi iz Zadra da mi što više našteti iako nikom ništa loše nisam učinila, ali neka bude na njihovu sramotu i njihov džon-obraz i savjest, znaju oni koji su, ne treba ih imenovati… Nisu me mogli satrati iako su to silno željeli. Svoje ime u struci sam stekla kroz 23 godine napornim radom i svesrdnim zalaganjem za dobrobit ZLZ-a, a i samog grada i županije.

Zadar mi je bio drag kao moj rođeni grad, ali nažalost postao je grad u koji niti želim doći premda imam divne prijatelje i ljude koji su vjerovali u mene, davali mi podršku i dan danas smo u kontaktu. Otišla sam čista obraza iz Zadra podignute glave, otvorila novu životnu stranicu u Zagrebu u 55. godini života što nimalo nije bilo lako. Ali ljudi koji imaju iskustvo i znanje nađu dobar posao i u velikom gradu gdje je konkurencija iznimna. Sama sam se zaposlila bez ičije pomoći i hvala dragom Bogu na uslišanim molitvama za strpljenje, poniznost i pravdu. Sve Vas dragi Bog blagoslivljao sve vas koji čitate ove moje riječi i dijelite moju sreću.

Neću nikoga tužiti za veliku štetu koju su mi nanijeli tim sudskim postupkom jer se ona ne može novcima naplatiti, mirna sam jer dragi Bog je taj koji daje svakom ono što zasluži kako radi i živi u ovozemaljskom životu, napisala je Ćosić u svom statusu na facebooku.

Prvostupanjsku oslobađajuću presudu na Županijskom sudu u Zadru donijela je sutkinja Iva Lovrin, a nju je sada nakon žalbe zadarskog ŽDO-a potvrdio Vrhovni sud. 

Ćosić i Vukas se teretilo da su od 17. ožujka do 8. kolovoza 2017. u međusobnom dogovoru, u cilju pribavljanja nepripadne imovinske koristi, udruzi Jasne Vukas "Novi put svile" za kulturnu suradnje s Kinom ‘omogućile‘ 75.000 kuna.

Prema optužnici, prvookrivljena Ćosić naložila je računovodstvu društva isplate sa računa društva na račun udruge. U poslovnim knjigama društva Ćosić je to pravdala zajmovima bez traženja bilo kakvih sredstava osiguranja plaćanja. Također prethodno nije s udrugom sastavila ugovor o zajmu već je to retroaktivno napravljeno nakon isplaćenih sredstava.

Ujedno, ugovor o zajmu je sastavljen s nepostojećom udrugom i drugookrivljenom Vukas kojoj je mandat zastupanja iste udruge istekao prije više godina. Ćosić je, tereti ju se, takav ugovor ovjerila svojim potpisom i pečatom društva, nakon čega je Vukas odmah, po uplati novčanih sredstava, podigla ih i koristila u privatne svrhe. Društvo je na opisani način oštećeno za iznos od 75.000,00 kuna, a u istom iznosu je udruzi pribavljena protupravna imovinska korist.

Bivša ravnateljica zadarske Zračne luke Irena Ćosić i Jasna Vukas pravomoćno su oslobođene optužbe za kaznena djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i krivotvorenja službene isprave, odnosno pomaganja kod počinjenja tih kaznenih djela.

– Da, sretna sam danas jer je nepravomoćna oslobađajuća sudska presuda od 21.12.2021. u predmetu koji je vodio Županijski DORH iz Zadra, a nakon prijave Zračne luke Zadar, konačno danas potvrđena i time postala pravomoćna. Trebalo je vremena da cijeli sramotni postupak bude završen, a ciljano je smontiran od šačice ljudi iz Zadra da mi što više našteti iako nikom ništa loše nisam učinila, ali neka bude na njihovu sramotu i njihov džon-obraz i savjest, znaju oni koji su, ne treba ih imenovati… Nisu me mogli satrati iako su to silno željeli. Svoje ime u struci sam stekla kroz 23 godine napornim radom i svesrdnim zalaganjem za dobrobit ZLZ-a, a i samog grada i županije.

Zadar mi je bio drag kao moj rođeni grad, ali nažalost postao je grad u koji niti želim doći premda imam divne prijatelje i ljude koji su vjerovali u mene, davali mi podršku i dan danas smo u kontaktu. Otišla sam čista obraza iz Zadra podignute glave, otvorila novu životnu stranicu u Zagrebu u 55. godini života što nimalo nije bilo lako. Ali ljudi koji imaju iskustvo i znanje nađu dobar posao i u velikom gradu gdje je konkurencija iznimna. Sama sam se zaposlila bez ičije pomoći i hvala dragom Bogu na uslišanim molitvama za strpljenje, poniznost i pravdu. Sve Vas dragi Bog blagoslivljao sve vas koji čitate ove moje riječi i dijelite moju sreću.

Neću nikoga tužiti za veliku štetu koju su mi nanijeli tim sudskim postupkom jer se ona ne može novcima naplatiti, mirna sam jer dragi Bog je taj koji daje svakom ono što zasluži kako radi i živi u ovozemaljskom životu, napisala je Ćosić u svom statusu na facebooku.

Prvostupanjsku oslobađajuću presudu na Županijskom sudu u Zadru donijela je sutkinja Iva Lovrin, a nju je sada nakon žalbe zadarskog ŽDO-a potvrdio Vrhovni sud. 

Ćosić i Vukas se teretilo da su od 17. ožujka do 8. kolovoza 2017. u međusobnom dogovoru, u cilju pribavljanja nepripadne imovinske koristi, udruzi Jasne Vukas "Novi put svile" za kulturnu suradnje s Kinom ‘omogućile‘ 75.000 kuna.

Prema optužnici, prvookrivljena Ćosić naložila je računovodstvu društva isplate sa računa društva na račun udruge. U poslovnim knjigama društva Ćosić je to pravdala zajmovima bez traženja bilo kakvih sredstava osiguranja plaćanja. Također prethodno nije s udrugom sastavila ugovor o zajmu već je to retroaktivno napravljeno nakon isplaćenih sredstava.

Ujedno, ugovor o zajmu je sastavljen s nepostojećom udrugom i drugookrivljenom Vukas kojoj je mandat zastupanja iste udruge istekao prije više godina. Ćosić je, tereti ju se, takav ugovor ovjerila svojim potpisom i pečatom društva, nakon čega je Vukas odmah, po uplati novčanih sredstava, podigla ih i koristila u privatne svrhe. Društvo je na opisani način oštećeno za iznos od 75.000,00 kuna, a u istom iznosu je udruzi pribavljena protupravna imovinska korist.

Bivša ravnateljica zadarske Zračne luke Irena Ćosić i Jasna Vukas pravomoćno su oslobođene optužbe za kaznena djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i krivotvorenja službene isprave, odnosno pomaganja kod počinjenja tih kaznenih djela.

– Da, sretna sam danas jer je nepravomoćna oslobađajuća sudska presuda od 21.12.2021. u predmetu koji je vodio Županijski DORH iz Zadra, a nakon prijave Zračne luke Zadar, konačno danas potvrđena i time postala pravomoćna. Trebalo je vremena da cijeli sramotni postupak bude završen, a ciljano je smontiran od šačice ljudi iz Zadra da mi što više našteti iako nikom ništa loše nisam učinila, ali neka bude na njihovu sramotu i njihov džon-obraz i savjest, znaju oni koji su, ne treba ih imenovati… Nisu me mogli satrati iako su to silno željeli. Svoje ime u struci sam stekla kroz 23 godine napornim radom i svesrdnim zalaganjem za dobrobit ZLZ-a, a i samog grada i županije.
