Po informacijama nezavisne gradske vijećnice Drite Dunatov uskoro bi moglo doći do podizanja cijene najamnine na zadarskoj tržnici, pa je pokušala na Aktualnom satu Gradskog vijeća saznati jesu li joj informacije točne. I – nije saznala!

Dunatov je navela da, uz rezervaciju, po sadašnjim cijenama mjesečna najamnina jednog kvadratnog metra iznosi čak 125 eura.

-To je otvoreni prostor s drvenim štandom! Strah me i pomisliti kolika bi bila cijena da je riječ o zatvorenom prostoru, a sada se govori o novom poskupljenju, zabrinuta je Drita Dunatov.

Tu je gradska vijećnica gradskim vlastima održala prodiku i navela im da je od 1. listopada do 1. travnja sve više praznih štandova jer se ljudima ne isplati raditi, pa je ocijenila da je Poluotok pust zbog „oživljavanja Poluotoka” na način na koji to radi HDZ-ova izvršna vlast. Po Driti Dunatov, ljude je trebalo osloboditi plaćanja parkiranja na jedan sat, ali „sve se to radi ciljano, a tržnica se ne obnavlja, pa će i tamo možda niknuti neki hotel”.

Tamo neće niknuti hotel, uključio se potom gradonačelnik Branko Dukić i odmah „u glavu” rekao da ne zna kolike su najamnine na tržnici, ali je primijetio da je „kil blitve jako skup”. Pa su se Branko i Drita dovikivali, pa se otkrilo da je blitva po tri eura, pa se saznalo da i gradonačelnikova supruga u vrtu sadi blitvu, na čemu joj je čestitao i predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Marko Vučetić, pa je sve pretvoreno u cirkus.

I, je li se saznalo hoće li poskupljenja biti? Nije.

A bit će ga. Tako barem proizlazi iz kratkog razgovora s Tomislavom Letinićem, direktorom „Tržnice”.

Istina, i direktor na prvu loptu tvrdi da „nikakvog poskupljenja neće biti”, ali iz njegovih planova za gradsku tvrtku kojoj je na čelu, proizlazi nešto sasvim drugo.

Naime, Letinić najprije konstatira da je „krajnje vrijeme da se na tržnici zamijene derutni metalni kiosci stari preko 20 godina”.

-Ti se kiosci više ne daju popraviti, a o vizualnom efektu, kad pogledate s nove šetnice na gradskim bedemima, da i ne govorimo, kaže Letinić.

”Tržnica” planira zamijeniti svih između 45 i 50 svojih kioska, što je investicija teška 400.000 eura.

-Ta bi investicija bila realizirana kroz kreditnu liniju, a dobili bismo i jedan dio bespovratnih sredstava. Ali, više o tome ćemo znati u siječnju ili veljači sljedeće godine.

-A nakon nabavke novih kioska najamnina bi poskupila?

-Za nekih deset ili 15 posto, odgovorio nam je direktor Tomislav Letinić.

Tako smo nakon „traktata o blitvi” umjesto odgovora o poskupljenju najamnine, konačno saznali da će poskupljenja biti.

Po informacijama nezavisne gradske vijećnice Drite Dunatov uskoro bi moglo doći do podizanja cijene najamnine na zadarskoj tržnici, pa je pokušala na Aktualnom satu Gradskog vijeća saznati jesu li joj informacije točne. I – nije saznala!

Dunatov je navela da, uz rezervaciju, po sadašnjim cijenama mjesečna najamnina jednog kvadratnog metra iznosi čak 125 eura.

-To je otvoreni prostor s drvenim štandom! Strah me i pomisliti kolika bi bila cijena da je riječ o zatvorenom prostoru, a sada se govori o novom poskupljenju, zabrinuta je Drita Dunatov.

Tu je gradska vijećnica gradskim vlastima održala prodiku i navela im da je od 1. listopada do 1. travnja sve više praznih štandova jer se ljudima ne isplati raditi, pa je ocijenila da je Poluotok pust zbog „oživljavanja Poluotoka” na način na koji to radi HDZ-ova izvršna vlast. Po Driti Dunatov, ljude je trebalo osloboditi plaćanja parkiranja na jedan sat, ali „sve se to radi ciljano, a tržnica se ne obnavlja, pa će i tamo možda niknuti neki hotel”.

Tamo neće niknuti hotel, uključio se potom gradonačelnik Branko Dukić i odmah „u glavu” rekao da ne zna kolike su najamnine na tržnici, ali je primijetio da je „kil blitve jako skup”. Pa su se Branko i Drita dovikivali, pa se otkrilo da je blitva po tri eura, pa se saznalo da i gradonačelnikova supruga u vrtu sadi blitvu, na čemu joj je čestitao i predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Marko Vučetić, pa je sve pretvoreno u cirkus.

I, je li se saznalo hoće li poskupljenja biti? Nije.

Istina, i direktor na prvu loptu tvrdi da „nikakvog poskupljenja neće biti”, ali iz njegovih planova za gradsku tvrtku kojoj je na čelu, proizlazi nešto sasvim drugo.

Naime, Letinić najprije konstatira da je „krajnje vrijeme da se na tržnici zamijene derutni metalni kiosci stari preko 20 godina”.

-Ti se kiosci više ne daju popraviti, a o vizualnom efektu, kad pogledate s nove šetnice na gradskim bedemima, da i ne govorimo, kaže Letinić.

”Tržnica” planira zamijeniti svih između 45 i 50 svojih kioska, što je investicija teška 400.000 eura.

-Ta bi investicija bila realizirana kroz kreditnu liniju, a dobili bismo i jedan dio bespovratnih sredstava. Ali, više o tome ćemo znati u siječnju ili veljači sljedeće godine.

-A nakon nabavke novih kioska najamnina bi poskupila?

-Za nekih deset ili 15 posto, odgovorio nam je direktor Tomislav Letinić.

Tako smo nakon „traktata o blitvi” umjesto odgovora o poskupljenju najamnine, konačno saznali da će poskupljenja biti.

Skaču li cijene najma? Umjesto odgovora, na Gradskom vijeću smo čuli "traktat o blitvi", a priprema se velika investicija i - poskupljenje!

Po informacijama nezavisne gradske vijećnice Drite Dunatov uskoro bi moglo doći do podizanja cijene najamnine na zadarskoj tržnici, pa je pokušala na Aktualnom satu Gradskog vijeća saznati jesu li joj informacije točne. I – nije saznala!

Dunatov je navela da, uz rezervaciju, po sadašnjim cijenama mjesečna najamnina jednog kvadratnog metra iznosi čak 125 eura.

-To je otvoreni prostor s drvenim štandom! Strah me i pomisliti kolika bi bila cijena da je riječ o zatvorenom prostoru, a sada se govori o novom poskupljenju, zabrinuta je Drita Dunatov.

Tu je gradska vijećnica gradskim vlastima održala prodiku i navela im da je od 1. listopada do 1. travnja sve više praznih štandova jer se ljudima ne isplati raditi, pa je ocijenila da je Poluotok pust zbog „oživljavanja Poluotoka” na način na koji to radi HDZ-ova izvršna vlast. Po Driti Dunatov, ljude je trebalo osloboditi plaćanja parkiranja na jedan sat, ali „sve se to radi ciljano, a tržnica se ne obnavlja, pa će i tamo možda niknuti neki hotel”.

Tamo neće niknuti hotel, uključio se potom gradonačelnik Branko Dukić i odmah „u glavu” rekao da ne zna kolike su najamnine na tržnici, ali je primijetio da je „kil blitve jako skup”. Pa su se Branko i Drita dovikivali, pa se otkrilo da je blitva po tri eura, pa se saznalo da i gradonačelnikova supruga u vrtu sadi blitvu, na čemu joj je čestitao i predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Marko Vučetić, pa je sve pretvoreno u cirkus.

I, je li se saznalo hoće li poskupljenja biti? Nije.
