Od prvog dana ove godine na snazi je novi model fiskalizacije napojnica ili, kako mi Dalmaciji volimo reći, manči. Svi obrtnici koji u okviru svog posla mogu primati manče, prije svega ugostitelji, ali i brojne druge uslužne djelatnosti, sada napojnicu mogu naplatiti i kartičnim putem. Iznos te napojnice neće se iskazivati na računu već će obveznik fiskalizacije imati obvezu, uz fiskalizirani račun, odmah prijaviti i ostvarenu napojnicu putem električnog naplatnog uređaja, tj. iznos napojnice i način njezina davanja (gotovina ili kartica). Tako stoji na papiru, u zakonu. A kako se novi model primjenjuje u praksi?

- Trenutno nikako. Jer nikome nije jasno kako će to funkcionirati i to ćemo znati tek nakon određenog vremena provedbe. U vrijeme kraja godine, godišnjih odmora, blagdana, dočeka, kada su svi ugostitelji muku mučili s manjkom radnika, nitko se nije imao vremena time baviti. Zato nam je plan kroz siječanj u udruženju obrtnika organizirati radionice koje će okupiti obrtnike, predstavnike kartičnih kuća i sve druge koji su zainteresirani za ovu problematiku. Načelno, to je dobra stvar jer je riječ o prihodu koji konobari do sada nisu prijavljivali. U Americi postoji obavezan "tip" koji ti garantira vrhunsku uslugu i konobar zna zašto se mora ekstra potruditi. Kod nas je to do sada bila siva zona, tako da pozdravljam svako uvođenje reda. Najbolji vam je primjer uvođenje fiskalizacije koja je dobro donijela i nama i gostima- kaže nam Robi Kovačević, dugogodišnji zadarski ugostitelj i predsjednik Ceha ugostitelja.

Uvođenje mogućnosti naplate napojnica kartičnim putem nije obaveza već ovisi o odluci svakog obrtnika. Zadnjim krugom porezne reforme odlučeno je kako je neoporezivo moguće isplatiti napojnicu do iznosa od 3.360 eura po osobi na godišnjoj razini, a prilikom isplate zaposleniku potrebno je podnijeti i JOPPD obrazac. Napojnica iznad zadanog iznosa oporezuje se po stopi od 20% bez plaćanja doprinosa. Poslodavac internim aktom definira način podjele napojnica između zaposlenika.

- Iako je to promjena na bolje koju podržavamo, savim je jasno da će nas to dodatno opteretiti s birokratskim problemima. Kako dijeliti napojnice, što ako se prijeđe taj limit za oprezivanje, kako će se voditi ti posebni obračuni...Sve to su pitanja koja će nam biti jasnija za desetak dana kad se stvari počnu primjenjivati u praksi- poručuje Kovačević.

Od prvog dana ove godine na snazi je novi model fiskalizacije napojnica ili, kako mi Dalmaciji volimo reći, manči. Svi obrtnici koji u okviru svog posla mogu primati manče, prije svega ugostitelji, ali i brojne druge uslužne djelatnosti, sada napojnicu mogu naplatiti i kartičnim putem. Iznos te napojnice neće se iskazivati na računu već će obveznik fiskalizacije imati obvezu, uz fiskalizirani račun, odmah prijaviti i ostvarenu napojnicu putem električnog naplatnog uređaja, tj. iznos napojnice i način njezina davanja (gotovina ili kartica). Tako stoji na papiru, u zakonu. A kako se novi model primjenjuje u praksi?

- Trenutno nikako. Jer nikome nije jasno kako će to funkcionirati i to ćemo znati tek nakon određenog vremena provedbe. U vrijeme kraja godine, godišnjih odmora, blagdana, dočeka, kada su svi ugostitelji muku mučili s manjkom radnika, nitko se nije imao vremena time baviti. Zato nam je plan kroz siječanj u udruženju obrtnika organizirati radionice koje će okupiti obrtnike, predstavnike kartičnih kuća i sve druge koji su zainteresirani za ovu problematiku. Načelno, to je dobra stvar jer je riječ o prihodu koji konobari do sada nisu prijavljivali. U Americi postoji obavezan "tip" koji ti garantira vrhunsku uslugu i konobar zna zašto se mora ekstra potruditi. Kod nas je to do sada bila siva zona, tako da pozdravljam svako uvođenje reda. Najbolji vam je primjer uvođenje fiskalizacije koja je dobro donijela i nama i gostima- kaže nam Robi Kovačević, dugogodišnji zadarski ugostitelj i predsjednik Ceha ugostitelja.

Uvođenje mogućnosti naplate napojnica kartičnim putem nije obaveza već ovisi o odluci svakog obrtnika. Zadnjim krugom porezne reforme odlučeno je kako je neoporezivo moguće isplatiti napojnicu do iznosa od 3.360 eura po osobi na godišnjoj razini, a prilikom isplate zaposleniku potrebno je podnijeti i JOPPD obrazac. - Iako je to promjena na bolje koju podržavamo, savim je jasno da će nas to dodatno opteretiti s birokratskim problemima. Kako dijeliti napojnice, što ako se prijeđe taj limit za oprezivanje, kako će se voditi ti posebni obračuni...Sve to su pitanja koja će nam biti jasnija za desetak dana kad se stvari počnu primjenjivati u praksi- poručuje Kovačević.

Od prvog dana ove godine na snazi je novi model fiskalizacije napojnica ili, kako mi Dalmaciji volimo reći, manči. Svi obrtnici koji u okviru svog posla mogu primati manče, prije svega ugostitelji, ali i brojne druge uslužne djelatnosti, sada napojnicu mogu naplatiti i kartičnim putem. Iznos te napojnice neće se iskazivati na računu već će obveznik fiskalizacije imati obvezu, uz fiskalizirani račun, odmah prijaviti i ostvarenu napojnicu putem električnog naplatnog uređaja, tj. iznos napojnice i način njezina davanja (gotovina ili kartica). Tako stoji na papiru, u zakonu. A kako se novi model primjenjuje u praksi?

- Trenutno nikako. Jer nikome nije jasno kako će to funkcionirati i to ćemo znati tek nakon određenog vremena provedbe. U vrijeme kraja godine, godišnjih odmora, blagdana, dočeka, kada su svi ugostitelji muku mučili s manjkom radnika, nitko se nije imao vremena time baviti. Zato nam je plan kroz siječanj u udruženju obrtnika organizirati radionice koje će okupiti obrtnike, predstavnike kartičnih kuća i sve druge koji su zainteresirani za ovu problematiku. Načelno, to je dobra stvar jer je riječ o prihodu koji konobari do sada nisu prijavljivali. U Americi postoji obavezan "tip" koji ti garantira vrhunsku uslugu i konobar zna zašto se mora ekstra potruditi. Kod nas je to do sada bila siva zona, tako da pozdravljam svako uvođenje reda. Najbolji vam je primjer uvođenje fiskalizacije koja je dobro donijela i nama i gostima- kaže nam Robi Kovačević, dugogodišnji zadarski ugostitelj i predsjednik Ceha ugostitelja.

Uvođenje mogućnosti naplate napojnica kartičnim putem nije obaveza već ovisi o odluci svakog obrtnika. Zadnjim krugom porezne reforme odlučeno je kako je neoporezivo moguće isplatiti napojnicu do iznosa od 3.360 eura po osobi na godišnjoj razini, a prilikom isplate zaposleniku potrebno je podnijeti i JOPPD obrazac.
