Načelnik Općine Vrsi Luka Perinić podnio je županijskom Državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru prijavu protiv direktora općinskog komunalnog poduzeća „Vrsi infrastruktura“ Andrije Papića, i to zbog kaznenih dijela iz sfere zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju te krivotvorenja poslovne isprave.

Zadarski ŽDO prijavu je proslijedio krim odjelu PU zadarske, od kojeg je zatraženo poduzimanje izvida. Kako se može saznati, u prijavi je navedeno da direktor krivotvorio potpis načelnika, i to kako bi sebi povećao plaću, a iz istog razloga fiktivno je zapošljavao poznanike i prijatelje.

Papić više nije na toj funkciji, o čemu je odluku donio načelnik.

Načelnik Perinić uputio je priopćenje, primarno o stanju u „Vrsi infrastrukturi“, ne želeći komentirati samu prijavu.

U priopćenju ističe da će Općina Vrsi sa svojim djelatnicima „biti na raspolaganju državnim institucijama ukoliko će biti potrebna daljnja suradnja, odnosno pružanje informacija vezano za postupanje u ovom slučaju.“

Posljednjih tjedana u središtu događanja u Vrsima je situacija u kojoj se našlo komunalno poduzeće VRSI INFRASTRUKTURA d.o.o., stoga Vam upravo radi nužnosti pravodobnog, potpunog i istinitog informiranja upućujem ovo priopćenje.

Naime, donedavni direktor poduzeća VRSI INFRASTRUKTURA d.o.o. Andrija Papić iz Vrsi, koji je zastupao poduzeće samostalno i pojedinačno, odstupio je s dužnosti direktora i to na zahtjev načelnika Općine Vrsi nakon što je bio suočen s pitanjima o uočenim sumnjama o nepravilnosti u poslovanju i radu unazad nekoliko mjeseci, a na koja pitanja kao odgovorna osoba direktor nije ponudio konkretne odnosno razumne odgovore.

Nakon odstupanja dosadašnjeg direktora te promjene osobe ovlaštene za zastupanje poduzeća VRSI INFRASTRUKTURA d.o.o. u sudskom registru, iz potom dostupne dokumentacije uočena su određena postupanja i radnje za koje je iskazana sumnja da se možebitno radi o više kaznenih dijela iz sfere zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju te krivotvorenja poslovne isprave.  

Odmah nakon izvršene analize i prikupljanja sporne dokumentacije načelnik Općine Vrsi Luka Perinić podnio je sukladno svojoj zakonskoj, moralnoj i političkoj obavezi prijavu Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu kao nadležnoj instituciji na daljnje postupanje u skladu sa zakonom.

Općina Vrsi će svakako zajedno sa svojim djelatnicima biti na raspolaganju svim državnim institucijama ukoliko će prema istima biti potrebna daljnja suradnja odnosno pružanje informacija vezano za postupanje u ovom slučaju.

Važno je ovdje istaknuti kako je, usprkos ovom teško shvatljivom pojedinačnom incidentu, jasno da je pred svima nama izazovno razdoblje u kojem ćemo morati i nadalje kroz svakodnevan dosljedan i predan rad te realizaciju započetih strateških i za našu Općinu egzistencijalnih projekata, opravdati povjerenje koje smo od Vas, naših sumještana iz Vrsi i Poljica, dobili kao najbolja opcija za vođenje Općine Vrsi.

Na posljetku, uvjeren sam da će velika većina Vas prepoznati i ocijeniti ovu situaciju upravo kao našu neumoljivu reakciju radi afirmacije nulte tolerancije na bilo čiju i bilo kakvu možebitnu nepravilnost odnosno nezakonitost u postupanju. Tako smo Vam i obećali, navodi se u priopćenju.

Načelnik Općine Vrsi Luka Perinić podnio je županijskom Državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru prijavu protiv direktora općinskog komunalnog poduzeća „Vrsi infrastruktura“ Andrije Papića, i to zbog kaznenih dijela iz sfere zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju te krivotvorenja poslovne isprave.

Zadarski ŽDO prijavu je proslijedio krim odjelu PU zadarske, od kojeg je zatraženo poduzimanje izvida. Kako se može saznati, u prijavi je navedeno da direktor krivotvorio potpis načelnika, i to kako bi sebi povećao plaću, a iz istog razloga fiktivno je zapošljavao poznanike i prijatelje.

Papić više nije na toj funkciji, o čemu je odluku donio načelnik.

Načelnik Perinić uputio je priopćenje, primarno o stanju u „Vrsi infrastrukturi“, ne želeći komentirati samu prijavu.

U priopćenju ističe da će Općina Vrsi sa svojim djelatnicima „biti na raspolaganju državnim institucijama ukoliko će biti potrebna daljnja suradnja, odnosno pružanje informacija vezano za postupanje u ovom slučaju.“

Posljednjih tjedana u središtu događanja u Vrsima je situacija u kojoj se našlo komunalno poduzeće VRSI INFRASTRUKTURA d.o.o., stoga Vam upravo radi nužnosti pravodobnog, potpunog i istinitog informiranja upućujem ovo priopćenje.

Naime, donedavni direktor poduzeća VRSI INFRASTRUKTURA d.o.o. Andrija Papić iz Vrsi, koji je zastupao poduzeće samostalno i pojedinačno, odstupio je s dužnosti direktora i to na zahtjev načelnika Općine Vrsi nakon što je bio suočen s pitanjima o uočenim sumnjama o nepravilnosti u poslovanju i radu unazad nekoliko mjeseci, a na koja pitanja kao odgovorna osoba direktor nije ponudio konkretne odnosno razumne odgovore.

Nakon odstupanja dosadašnjeg direktora te promjene osobe ovlaštene za zastupanje poduzeća VRSI INFRASTRUKTURA d.o.o. u sudskom registru, iz potom dostupne dokumentacije uočena su određena postupanja i radnje za koje je iskazana sumnja da se možebitno radi o više kaznenih dijela iz sfere zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju te krivotvorenja poslovne isprave.  

Odmah nakon izvršene analize i prikupljanja sporne dokumentacije načelnik Općine Vrsi Luka Perinić podnio je sukladno svojoj zakonskoj, moralnoj i političkoj obavezi prijavu Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu kao nadležnoj instituciji na daljnje postupanje u skladu sa zakonom.

Općina Vrsi će svakako zajedno sa svojim djelatnicima biti na raspolaganju svim državnim institucijama ukoliko će prema istima biti potrebna daljnja suradnja odnosno pružanje informacija vezano za postupanje u ovom slučaju.

Važno je ovdje istaknuti kako je, usprkos ovom teško shvatljivom pojedinačnom incidentu, jasno da je pred svima nama izazovno razdoblje u kojem ćemo morati i nadalje kroz svakodnevan dosljedan i predan rad te realizaciju započetih strateških i za našu Općinu egzistencijalnih projekata, opravdati povjerenje koje smo od Vas, naših sumještana iz Vrsi i Poljica, dobili kao najbolja opcija za vođenje Općine Vrsi.

Na posljetku, uvjeren sam da će velika većina Vas prepoznati i ocijeniti ovu situaciju upravo kao našu neumoljivu reakciju radi afirmacije nulte tolerancije na bilo čiju i bilo kakvu možebitnu nepravilnost odnosno nezakonitost u postupanju. Tako smo Vam i obećali, navodi se u priopćenju.

Načelnik Općine Vrsi Luka Perinić podnio je županijskom Državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru prijavu protiv direktora općinskog komunalnog poduzeća „Vrsi infrastruktura“ Andrije Papića, i to zbog kaznenih dijela iz sfere zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju te krivotvorenja poslovne isprave.

Zadarski ŽDO prijavu je proslijedio krim odjelu PU zadarske, od kojeg je zatraženo poduzimanje izvida. Kako se može saznati, u prijavi je navedeno da direktor krivotvorio potpis načelnika, i to kako bi sebi povećao plaću, a iz istog razloga fiktivno je zapošljavao poznanike i prijatelje.

Papić više nije na toj funkciji, o čemu je odluku donio načelnik.
