Niti se očekivalo da će ikakvog iznenađenja biti, niti ga je bilo: Upravno vijeće AGRRA-e je s glatkih 3:0 za ravnatelja postavilo javnosti odavno poznatog favorita Ivicu Pintura. Uz predstavnika zaposlenika, u Upravnom vijeću su Mate Lukić, Pinturov stranački šef, Ante Župan, šef kabineta župana Božidara Longina, pa su u izbor ravnatelja s različitih pozicija izravno bili uključeni ljudi iz dvije koalicijske stranke, HDZ-a i HSP-a.
Osim Pintura, kandidati su bili Davor Čerkuč, nezavisni županijski vijećnik s liste Ive Žuvele, te Zdenko Jukić, čelnik zadarskog Centra. Nagađalo se da će njihove prijave za ravnateljsko mjesto biti odbačene kao nekompletne, ali su se na kraju sva tri kandidata pojavila na razgovoru s članovima UV-a kako bi prezentirali svoje planove i programe. Koliko je to imalo utjecaja, možda govori i činjenica da je UV sat-dva iza razgovora objavio ime novog ravnatelja AGRRA-e.
-Iskreno, ovo je bilo smiješno, unaprijed dogovorena farsa u kojoj je sve bilo unaprijed dogovoreno. Politička trgovina koalicijskih partnera je dovedena do kraja izborom ravnatelja koji nema ni dana radnog staža u realnom sektoru. Bila je to karikatura od razgovora u kojoj sam namjerno govorio „falšim” engleskim, a čovjek koji mi je na očajnom engleskom pitanje postavio, to uopće nije shvatio. Bio je to politički cirkus, kaže Zdenko Jukić.
Ništa ljepše o razgovoru s članovima Upravnog vijeća nema za reći ni Davor Čerkuč:
-To je bilo samo smiješno zadovoljavanje gole forme, žalosno i totalno beskorisno. Pa bolje bi bilo da su odmah i bez razgovora izabrali ravnatelja. Očekuje se da osobe koje vas ispituju o programu rada imaju neke reference, ali to nije tako. Pa čovjek koji je postavljao pitanje na očajnom engleskom se čudi kako to ja dobro govorim engleski, a u prijavi piše da sam pet godina bio glasnogovornik „Bechtela”!? Ali, to je naša surova stvarnost koja pokazuje pokvarenost sustava koji obesmišljava postupak kandidatura ako je, prije referenci, sposobnosti i iskustva, važnija partijska knjižica. Ako želimo bolje, birajmo bolje, a ne da nam stranačko-obiteljski ključ dominira kadrovskom politikom, kaže Čerkuč.
I Jukić i Čerkuč dodaju da ih baš jako zanima valorizacija kandidata od strane UV-a, ali i program izabranog ravnatelja. Pritom Čerkuč navodi i nešto drugo:
-Ako smo već pozvani na razgovore, to onda znači da smo zadovoljili tražene uvjete, a ja sam sa statusom branitelja imao prednost. Da se razumijemo: ne moram se ja više ikada kandidirati za bilo koje mjesto, ali se pitam kakvu to poruku šaljemo mlađim ljudima koji napuštaju Hrvatsku? Da se za ravnateljicu javila Ivana Dević, sadašnja zamjenica ravnatelja koja je visoko stručna i vrhunski odrađuje svoj posao, ne bih se niti javio na natječaj. AGRRA bi trebala imati veliku ulogu u razvoju poljoprivrede i ribarstva u zadarskom kraju. Ovako, ključ cijele priče leži u stranačkoj iskaznici, zaključuje Davor Čerkuč.

Niti se očekivalo da će ikakvog iznenađenja biti, niti ga je bilo: Upravno vijeće AGRRA-e je s glatkih 3:0 za ravnatelja postavilo javnosti odavno poznatog favorita Ivicu Pintura. Uz predstavnika zaposlenika, u Upravnom vijeću su Mate Lukić, Pinturov stranački šef, Ante Župan, šef kabineta župana Božidara Longina, pa su u izbor ravnatelja s različitih pozicija izravno bili uključeni ljudi iz dvije koalicijske stranke, HDZ-a i HSP-a.
Osim Pintura, kandidati su bili Davor Čerkuč, nezavisni županijski vijećnik s liste Ive Žuvele, te Zdenko Jukić, čelnik zadarskog Centra. Nagađalo se da će njihove prijave za ravnateljsko mjesto biti odbačene kao nekompletne, ali su se na kraju sva tri kandidata pojavila na razgovoru s članovima UV-a kako bi prezentirali svoje planove i programe. Koliko je to imalo utjecaja, možda govori i činjenica da je UV sat-dva iza razgovora objavio ime novog ravnatelja AGRRA-e.
-Iskreno, ovo je bilo smiješno, unaprijed dogovorena farsa u kojoj je sve bilo unaprijed dogovoreno. Politička trgovina koalicijskih partnera je dovedena do kraja izborom ravnatelja koji nema ni dana radnog staža u realnom sektoru. Bila je to karikatura od razgovora u kojoj sam namjerno govorio „falšim” engleskim, a čovjek koji mi je na očajnom engleskom pitanje postavio, to uopće nije shvatio. Bio je to politički cirkus, kaže Zdenko Jukić.
Ništa ljepše o razgovoru s članovima Upravnog vijeća nema za reći ni Davor Čerkuč:
-To je bilo samo smiješno zadovoljavanje gole forme, žalosno i totalno beskorisno. Pa bolje bi bilo da su odmah i bez razgovora izabrali ravnatelja. Očekuje se da osobe koje vas ispituju o programu rada imaju neke reference, ali to nije tako. Pa čovjek koji je postavljao pitanje na očajnom engleskom se čudi kako to ja dobro govorim engleski, a u prijavi piše da sam pet godina bio glasnogovornik „Bechtela”!? Ali, to je naša surova stvarnost koja pokazuje pokvarenost sustava koji obesmišljava postupak kandidatura ako je, prije referenci, sposobnosti i iskustva, važnija partijska knjižica. Ako želimo bolje, birajmo bolje, a ne da nam stranačko-obiteljski ključ dominira kadrovskom politikom, kaže Čerkuč.
I Jukić i Čerkuč dodaju da ih baš jako zanima valorizacija kandidata od strane UV-a, ali i program izabranog ravnatelja. Pritom Čerkuč navodi i nešto drugo:
-Ako smo već pozvani na razgovore, to onda znači da smo zadovoljili tražene uvjete, a ja sam sa statusom branitelja imao prednost. Da se razumijemo: ne moram se ja više ikada kandidirati za bilo koje mjesto, ali se pitam kakvu to poruku šaljemo mlađim ljudima koji napuštaju Hrvatsku? Da se za ravnateljicu javila Ivana Dević, sadašnja zamjenica ravnatelja koja je visoko stručna i vrhunski odrađuje svoj posao, ne bih se niti javio na natječaj. AGRRA bi trebala imati veliku ulogu u razvoju poljoprivrede i ribarstva u zadarskom kraju. Ovako, ključ cijele priče leži u stranačkoj iskaznici, zaključuje Davor Čerkuč.
