Zašto je presušio 120 godina star izvor pitke vode Kožlovac? - pitali smo prije nekoliko dana upravu Hrvatskih voda potaknuti
problemima s izvorom koji su se prema tvrdnjama mještana pojavili prije godinu dana, a nakon radova spajanja vodnog resursa Kožlovac - Podgrađe na novi magistralni cjevovod vodoopskrbnog sustava Benkovac, Lišane Ostrovičke – Vukšić koji su financirale Hrvatske vode.

Mještani su nam kazali da prije toga izvor pitke vode nikad nije presušio, a od tada su počeli problemi. Vode već mjesecima nema na izvoru, u što smo se i sami uvjerili.

Jesu li radovi koje su poduzele Hrvatske vode prouzročili takvo stanje i kad će opet prirodni izvor pitke vode Kožlovac proraditi? - pitali smo nadležne u toj državnoj tvrtki.

- Hrvatske vode su u periodu od 2005. do 2015. godine financirale vodoistražne radove u zaleđu izvora Kožlovac u svrhu ispitivanja mogućnosti i uvjeta zahvaćanja podzemne vode za potrebe javne vodoopskrbe. U zaleđu izvora Kožlovac izbušene su i testirane tri vodoistražne bušotine koje su se pokazale perspektivnim za korištenje podzemne vode za potrebe javne vodoopskrbe. Temeljem provedenih vodoistražnih radova, investitor Vodovod i odvodnja d.o.o. Benkovac je 2017.godine pokrenuo aktivnosti vezane za izgradnju vodocrpilišta Kožlovac (tri bunara i crpna stanica) te je crpljenje vode iz bunara započelo u lipnju 2020. godine - kažu iz Hrvatskih voda.

- Vodovod i odvodnja d.o.o. Benkovac je ishodio uporabnu dozvolu za izgrađeno vodocrpilište Kožlovac kao i vodopravnu dozvolu za korištenje vode za potrebe javne vodoopskrbe. Prema dostupnim informacijama, crpljenje iz navedenih bunara je bilo minimalno obzirom na nedostatne količine podzemne vode uslijed smanjene količine oborina. Izgledno je da crpljenje bunara nije uzrokovalo presušivanje izvora Kožlovac već je uzrok istoga suša. Hrvatske vode će nastaviti pratiti stanje vodnog tijela podzemnih voda na području Kožlovca, te po potrebi provesti dodatne vodoistražne radove. Napominjemo da prema odredbi članka 96. Zakona o vodama („Narodne novine“ broj 66/19 i 84/21), korištenje voda za opskrbu stanovništva vodom za ljudsku potrošnju i sanitarne potrebe, za potrebe protupožarne zaštite i obrane, ima prednost u odnosu na korištenje voda za ostale namjene (navodnjavanje, tehnološke potrebe i dr.) - stoji u odgovoru Vodnogospodarskog odjela za slivove južnog Jadrana Hrvatskih voda.

Zašto je presušio 120 godina star izvor pitke vode Kožlovac? - pitali smo prije nekoliko dana upravu Hrvatskih voda potaknuti
problemima s izvorom koji su se prema tvrdnjama mještana pojavili prije godinu dana, a nakon radova spajanja vodnog resursa Kožlovac - Podgrađe na novi magistralni cjevovod vodoopskrbnog sustava Benkovac, Lišane Ostrovičke – Vukšić koji su financirale Hrvatske vode.

Mještani su nam kazali da prije toga izvor pitke vode nikad nije presušio, a od tada su počeli problemi. Vode već mjesecima nema na izvoru, u što smo se i sami uvjerili.

Jesu li radovi koje su poduzele Hrvatske vode prouzročili takvo stanje i kad će opet prirodni izvor pitke vode Kožlovac proraditi? - pitali smo nadležne u toj državnoj tvrtki.

- Hrvatske vode su u periodu od 2005. do 2015. godine financirale vodoistražne radove u zaleđu izvora Kožlovac u svrhu ispitivanja mogućnosti i uvjeta zahvaćanja podzemne vode za potrebe javne vodoopskrbe. U zaleđu izvora Kožlovac izbušene su i testirane tri vodoistražne bušotine koje su se pokazale perspektivnim za korištenje podzemne vode za potrebe javne vodoopskrbe. Temeljem provedenih vodoistražnih radova, investitor Vodovod i odvodnja d.o.o. Benkovac je 2017.godine pokrenuo aktivnosti vezane za izgradnju vodocrpilišta Kožlovac (tri bunara i crpna stanica) te je crpljenje vode iz bunara započelo u lipnju 2020. godine - kažu iz Hrvatskih voda.

- Vodovod i odvodnja d.o.o. Benkovac je ishodio uporabnu dozvolu za izgrađeno vodocrpilište Kožlovac kao i vodopravnu dozvolu za korištenje vode za potrebe javne vodoopskrbe. Prema dostupnim informacijama, crpljenje iz navedenih bunara je bilo minimalno obzirom na nedostatne količine podzemne vode uslijed smanjene količine oborina. Izgledno je da crpljenje bunara nije uzrokovalo presušivanje izvora Kožlovac već je uzrok istoga suša. Hrvatske vode će nastaviti pratiti stanje vodnog tijela podzemnih voda na području Kožlovca, te po potrebi provesti dodatne vodoistražne radove. Napominjemo da prema odredbi članka 96. Zakona o vodama („Narodne novine“ broj 66/19 i 84/21), korištenje voda za opskrbu stanovništva vodom za ljudsku potrošnju i sanitarne potrebe, za potrebe protupožarne zaštite i obrane, ima prednost u odnosu na korištenje voda za ostale namjene (navodnjavanje, tehnološke potrebe i dr.) - stoji u odgovoru Vodnogospodarskog odjela za slivove južnog Jadrana Hrvatskih voda.
