Čak 21 etaža bivše građevinske tvrtke “Gortan” u stečaju u zgradi u stambeno – poslovnom kompleksu TIZ-a prodana je kao jedna cjelina na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi tvrtki Cresco d. o.o. iz Zagreba za procijenjenu vrijednost od 5.4 milijuna kuna.
Nekretnine - poslovni prostori, garaže i parkirna mjesta - koje je sudski vještak Dražen Knežević procijenio na iznos 5.4 milijuna kuna prodane su tvrtki čiji su vlasnik OTP nekretnine, a direktor, osoba ovlaštena za zastupanje Damir Fisher.

Da se 21 etaža u kojoj su poslovni prostori, garaže i parkirna mjesta, proda kao jedna cjelina predložila je upravo OTP banka koja je razlučni vjerovnik. Takvu prodaju je prihvatilo I Ministarstvo financija koje je upisano kao drugi razlučni vjerovnik
Dosad je za 50 milijuna kuna na Općinskom sudu u Zadru ovrhom OTP banke prodano 157 Gortanovih nekretnina, među kojima i 35 stanova u luksuznom kompleksu nekadašnjeg TIZ-a.

Građevinsko zemljište na Barbaričinama za 5.4 milijuna kuna kupila je Vodoinstalacija. Prodana su i 41 parkirna mjesta, te 20 poslovnih prostora za ukupno 10,7 milijuna kuna.
Na ročištu radi izjašnjavanja o vrijednosti nekretnina OTP banka je kao vjerovnik modificirala svoj prijedlog na način da se umjesto 29. etaža, čiju je prodaju predložio kao prodaju jedne cjeline, da se kao prostorna cjelina proda 21. etaža.

Tvrtka Gortan-Zadar koju su 1995. godine osnovali osnovali Stanko Zrilić i Ivan Jurjević uspješno je poslovala sve do 2012. godine. Prije pokušaja spasa kroz predstečajnu nagodbu OTP banka je s upisanim hipotekama na nekretninama pokrenula ovrhu za naplatu dospjelih, a neplaćenih rata kredita koje su premašivale iznos od 100 milijuna kuna.
Vjerovnici su dosad prijavili ukupno 191,375.512 kuna potraživanja, a među njima su najveća potraživanja OTP banke od čak 83,5 milijuna kuna, Erste banka traži 12,7 milijuna kuna, država za neplaćene poreze i doprinose 31,6 milijuna kuna… Tvrtka Gortan-Zadar, prije krizne 2008. godine zapošljavala je 180 radnika, a već 2012. godinu završila je s pet zaposlenih i neto gubitkom od 11,7 milijuna kuna.

Čak 21 etaža bivše građevinske tvrtke “Gortan” u stečaju u zgradi u stambeno – poslovnom kompleksu TIZ-a prodana je kao jedna cjelina na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi tvrtki Cresco d. o.o. iz Zagreba za procijenjenu vrijednost od 5.4 milijuna kuna.
Nekretnine - poslovni prostori, garaže i parkirna mjesta - koje je sudski vještak Dražen Knežević procijenio na iznos 5.4 milijuna kuna prodane su tvrtki čiji su vlasnik OTP nekretnine, a direktor, osoba ovlaštena za zastupanje Damir Fisher.

Da se 21 etaža u kojoj su poslovni prostori, garaže i parkirna mjesta, proda kao jedna cjelina predložila je upravo OTP banka koja je razlučni vjerovnik. Takvu prodaju je prihvatilo I Ministarstvo financija koje je upisano kao drugi razlučni vjerovnik
Dosad je za 50 milijuna kuna na Općinskom sudu u Zadru ovrhom OTP banke prodano 157 Gortanovih nekretnina, među kojima i 35 stanova u luksuznom kompleksu nekadašnjeg TIZ-a.

Građevinsko zemljište na Barbaričinama za 5.4 milijuna kuna kupila je Vodoinstalacija. Prodana su i 41 parkirna mjesta, te 20 poslovnih prostora za ukupno 10,7 milijuna kuna.
Na ročištu radi izjašnjavanja o vrijednosti nekretnina OTP banka je kao vjerovnik modificirala svoj prijedlog na način da se umjesto 29. etaža, čiju je prodaju predložio kao prodaju jedne cjeline, da se kao prostorna cjelina proda 21. etaža.

Tvrtka Gortan-Zadar koju su 1995. godine osnovali osnovali Stanko Zrilić i Ivan Jurjević uspješno je poslovala sve do 2012. godine. Prije pokušaja spasa kroz predstečajnu nagodbu OTP banka je s upisanim hipotekama na nekretninama pokrenula ovrhu za naplatu dospjelih, a neplaćenih rata kredita koje su premašivale iznos od 100 milijuna kuna.
Vjerovnici su dosad prijavili ukupno 191,375.512 kuna potraživanja, a među njima su najveća potraživanja OTP banke od čak 83,5 milijuna kuna, Erste banka traži 12,7 milijuna kuna, država za neplaćene poreze i doprinose 31,6 milijuna kuna… Tvrtka Gortan-Zadar, prije krizne 2008. godine zapošljavala je 180 radnika, a već 2012. godinu završila je s pet zaposlenih i neto gubitkom od 11,7 milijuna kuna.

Čak 21 etaža u zgradi u stambeno – poslovnom kompleksu TIZ-a prodana zagrebačkoj tvrtki "Cresco"!

Čak 21 etaža bivše građevinske tvrtke “Gortan” u stečaju u zgradi u stambeno – poslovnom kompleksu TIZ-a prodana je kao jedna cjelina na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi tvrtki Cresco d. o.o. iz Zagreba za procijenjenu vrijednost od 5.4 milijuna kuna.
Nekretnine - poslovni prostori, garaže i parkirna mjesta - koje je sudski vještak Dražen Knežević procijenio na iznos 5.4 milijuna kuna prodane su tvrtki čiji su vlasnik OTP nekretnine, a direktor, osoba ovlaštena za zastupanje Damir Fisher.

Da se 21 etaža u kojoj su poslovni prostori, garaže i parkirna mjesta, proda kao jedna cjelina predložila je upravo OTP banka koja je razlučni vjerovnik. Takvu prodaju je prihvatilo I Ministarstvo financija koje je upisano kao drugi razlučni vjerovnik
Dosad je za 50 milijuna kuna na Općinskom sudu u Zadru ovrhom OTP banke prodano 157 Gortanovih nekretnina, među kojima i 35 stanova u luksuznom kompleksu nekadašnjeg TIZ-a.

Građevinsko zemljište na Barbaričinama za 5.4 milijuna kuna kupila je Vodoinstalacija. Prodana su i 41 parkirna mjesta, te 20 poslovnih prostora za ukupno 10,7 milijuna kuna.
Na ročištu radi izjašnjavanja o vrijednosti nekretnina OTP banka je kao vjerovnik modificirala svoj prijedlog na način da se umjesto 29. etaža, čiju je prodaju predložio kao prodaju jedne cjeline, da se kao prostorna cjelina proda 21. etaža.

Tvrtka Gortan-Zadar koju su 1995. godine osnovali osnovali Stanko Zrilić i Ivan Jurjević uspješno je poslovala sve do 2012. godine. Prije pokušaja spasa kroz predstečajnu nagodbu OTP banka je s upisanim hipotekama na nekretninama pokrenula ovrhu za naplatu dospjelih, a neplaćenih rata kredita koje su premašivale iznos od 100 milijuna kuna.
Vjerovnici su dosad prijavili ukupno 191,375.512 kuna potraživanja, a među njima su najveća potraživanja OTP banke od čak 83,5 milijuna kuna, Erste banka traži 12,7 milijuna kuna, država za neplaćene poreze i doprinose 31,6 milijuna kuna… Tvrtka Gortan-Zadar, prije krizne 2008. godine zapošljavala je 180 radnika, a već 2012. godinu završila je s pet zaposlenih i neto gubitkom od 11,7 milijuna kuna.
