U gradu Gelsenkirchenu u njemačkoj saveznoj zemlji Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji stanari nebodera muku muče s visokim dodatnim troškovima za režije i novim cijenama najma. Očajni stanari svoje nezadovoljstvo zbog teške životne situacije iskazali su njemačkim medijima, a u sve su uključili i odvjetnika, prenosi Fenix magazin.

Stanarima nebodera u vlasništvu tvrtke za promet nekretninama LEG na Allensteiner i Neidenburger Strasse u Gelsenkirchenu bilo je jasno da bi napeta situacija na energetskom tržištu i visoka inflacija mogli dovesti do povećanja dodatnih režija za 2022. godinu.

Nadoplate za režije u pojedinim slučajevima iznose i više od 4.000 eura. Kako navode njemački mediji, posebno su eksplodirali troškovi grijanja za daljinsko grijanje višekatnica.

“To je šala, muka ti je. Koliko nam se puta grijanje pokvarilo u 2022. godini, zbog čega smo imali hladne stanove… Ne mislim to platiti!” Zbog dodatnih troškova najam joj raste sa 593 eura na 801,40 eura za stan od 72 kvadrata.

Primjer 46-godišnje stanarke: Doplata za 2022. iznosi 2.488 eura. “Ali još su mi otvoreni računi za režije iz 2020. i 2021. godine. Protiv svih potraživanja sam uložila prigovor.” Ima dug od 4.500 eura. Već je dobila otkaz za najam stana zbog čega je angažirala odvjetnika.

Primjer 48-godišnje stanarke: Ona organizira prosvjed stanara i pomaže drugima. Ona bi trebala platiti nadoplatu od 2.396 eura. “Svi već štedimo na grijanju. Svake godine je sve gore”, kaže.

Stanarima savjetuje da u svakom slučaju potraže pravni savjet i da se od visokih računa za režije brane zakonski propisanim sredstvima.

LEG je tvrtka za promet nekretninama s 167.000 stanova za iznajmljivanje diljem Njemačke u kojima živi oko 500.000 stanovnika. Iz spomenute tvrtke je njemačkim medijima rečeno ističe kako se povećanje dodatnih troškova za režije općenito temeljilo na uobičajenim prilagodbama tržišnih cijena, piše Fenix magazin.

Najmoprimci ove tvrtke za nekretnine općenito moraju očekivati ​​veće najamnine. “Najamnine će značajno porasti”, najavio je šef tvrtke.

U gradu Gelsenkirchenu u njemačkoj saveznoj zemlji Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji stanari nebodera muku muče s visokim dodatnim troškovima za režije i novim cijenama najma. Očajni stanari svoje nezadovoljstvo zbog teške životne situacije iskazali su njemačkim medijima, a u sve su uključili i odvjetnika, prenosi Fenix magazin.

Stanarima nebodera u vlasništvu tvrtke za promet nekretninama LEG na Allensteiner i Neidenburger Strasse u Gelsenkirchenu bilo je jasno da bi napeta situacija na energetskom tržištu i visoka inflacija mogli dovesti do povećanja dodatnih režija za 2022. godinu.

Nadoplate za režije u pojedinim slučajevima iznose i više od 4.000 eura. Kako navode njemački mediji, posebno su eksplodirali troškovi grijanja za daljinsko grijanje višekatnica.

Primjer najmoprimca 1: (42, u najmu živi 2 godine): Za svoj stan od 76 četvornih metara trebala bi platiti 4.139,90 eura nadoplate za režije.

U gradu Gelsenkirchenu u njemačkoj saveznoj zemlji Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji stanari nebodera muku muče s visokim dodatnim troškovima za režije i novim cijenama najma. Očajni stanari svoje nezadovoljstvo zbog teške životne situacije iskazali su njemačkim medijima, a u sve su uključili i odvjetnika, prenosi Fenix magazin.

Stanarima nebodera u vlasništvu tvrtke za promet nekretninama LEG na Allensteiner i Neidenburger Strasse u Gelsenkirchenu bilo je jasno da bi napeta situacija na energetskom tržištu i visoka inflacija mogli dovesti do povećanja dodatnih režija za 2022. godinu.

Nadoplate za režije u pojedinim slučajevima iznose i više od 4.000 eura. Kako navode njemački mediji, posebno su eksplodirali troškovi grijanja za daljinsko grijanje višekatnica.
