Tko sjedi za stolom nasuprot Thomasu Bodeu iz dužničkog savjetovališta humanitarne organizacije AWO u Hannoveru, uglavnom se nalazi u problemima. Na njegovom stolu je gomila spisa s podacima onih koji su mnogo toga izgubili tijekom pandemije.

Smanjeni obim posla

"Potrajalo je neko vrijeme, sada se zaista vide posljedice pandemije. Od proljeća prošle godine se broj onih koji traže pomoć drastično povećao", kaže Bode. To je iskustvo koje dijele mnogi Bodeovi kolege diljem zemlje.

U dužničkim savjetovalištima, koja uglavnom djeluju u okviru socijalnih udruga poput Caritasa, Diakonie ili AWO-a (Udruga za boljitak radnika) potražnja za savjetom kako dalje s dugovima se povećala za 35 posto.

Kako kažu u ovim savjetovalištima, uglavnom se radi o osobama koje zbog pandemije rade skraćeno radno vrijeme ili im je zbog pandemije u potpunosti nestalo radno mjesto što je slučaj s mnogim poslovima u uslužnim djelatnostima poput ugostiteljstva ili hotelijerstva, javlja Deutsche Welle.

"Tijekom pandemije mnogi su bili prisiljeni osloniti se na neki oblik državne financijske pomoći, nešto s čim se nisu suočili čitav život. Mnogi nam dolaze u trenutku kada su se već zadužili do grla", kaže Sven Quittkat, glasnogovornik socijalne udruge Diakonie. Zato on očekuje da prava navala na savjetovališta za dužnike tek predstoje.

Ekonomski analitičari iz kompanije Crifbürgel očekuju za 2021. porast privatnih stečajeva na 120.000 što je prvi porast u posljednjih deset godina.

"Svatko može biti pogođen"

Stručnjaci, međutim, vjeruju da su mnogi čekali zakonske promjene koje su na snagu nastupile prošle godine, a koje privatnim osobama omogućuju brže oslobađanje od dugova. Reforma zakona o privatnim stečajevima, koji je na snagu stupio krajem devedesetih i koji je po prvi put privatnim osobama omogućio izlazak iz dugova, u kombinaciji s posljedicama pandemije je, prema mišljenju stručnjaka, prouzročila ovaj porast broja privatnih bankrota.

Osim nezaposlenosti, glavni uzrok privatnog zaduženja su ovisnosti ili neki duboki rezovi u privatnom životu, poput rastave ili smrti partnera. Mnogi, međutim, uopće ne koriste mogućnost pokretanja privatnog stečaja nego svakodnevno žive s teretom dugova.

"Savjetovališta mogu pomoći samo onima koji od nas zaista zatraže pomoć i pokrenu postupak za stečaj. No samo 20 do 30 posto onih koji dođu po savjet zaista i pokrenu takav postupak", kaže Thomas Bode iz AWO-a. "Pogoditi može svakog od nas", zaključuje ovaj socijalni radnik za DW.

Tko sjedi za stolom nasuprot Thomasu Bodeu iz dužničkog savjetovališta humanitarne organizacije AWO u Hannoveru, uglavnom se nalazi u problemima. Na njegovom stolu je gomila spisa s podacima onih koji su mnogo toga izgubili tijekom pandemije.

Smanjeni obim posla

"Potrajalo je neko vrijeme, sada se zaista vide posljedice pandemije. Od proljeća prošle godine se broj onih koji traže pomoć drastično povećao", kaže Bode. To je iskustvo koje dijele mnogi Bodeovi kolege diljem zemlje.

U dužničkim savjetovalištima, koja uglavnom djeluju u okviru socijalnih udruga poput Caritasa, Diakonie ili AWO-a (Udruga za boljitak radnika) potražnja za savjetom kako dalje s dugovima se povećala za 35 posto.

Kako kažu u ovim savjetovalištima, uglavnom se radi o osobama koje zbog pandemije rade skraćeno radno vrijeme ili im je zbog pandemije u potpunosti nestalo radno mjesto što je slučaj s mnogim poslovima u uslužnim djelatnostima poput ugostiteljstva ili hotelijerstva, javlja Deutsche Welle.

"Tijekom pandemije mnogi su bili prisiljeni osloniti se na neki oblik državne financijske pomoći, nešto s čim se nisu suočili čitav život. Mnogi nam dolaze u trenutku kada su se već zadužili do grla", kaže Sven Quittkat, glasnogovornik socijalne udruge Diakonie. Zato on očekuje da prava navala na savjetovališta za dužnike tek predstoje.

Ekonomski analitičari iz kompanije Crifbürgel očekuju za 2021. porast privatnih stečajeva na 120.000 što je prvi porast u posljednjih deset godina.

"Svatko može biti pogođen"

Stručnjaci, međutim, vjeruju da su mnogi čekali zakonske promjene koje su na snagu nastupile prošle godine, a koje privatnim osobama omogućuju brže oslobađanje od dugova. Reforma zakona o privatnim stečajevima, koji je na snagu stupio krajem devedesetih i koji je po prvi put privatnim osobama omogućio izlazak iz dugova, u kombinaciji s posljedicama pandemije je, prema mišljenju stručnjaka, prouzročila ovaj porast broja privatnih bankrota.

Osim nezaposlenosti, glavni uzrok privatnog zaduženja su ovisnosti ili neki duboki rezovi u privatnom životu, poput rastave ili smrti partnera. Mnogi, međutim, uopće ne koriste mogućnost pokretanja privatnog stečaja nego svakodnevno žive s teretom dugova.

"Savjetovališta mogu pomoći samo onima koji od nas zaista zatraže pomoć i pokrenu postupak za stečaj. No samo 20 do 30 posto onih koji dođu po savjet zaista i pokrenu takav postupak", kaže Thomas Bode iz AWO-a. "Pogoditi može svakog od nas", zaključuje ovaj socijalni radnik za DW.

Tko sjedi za stolom nasuprot Thomasu Bodeu iz dužničkog savjetovališta humanitarne organizacije AWO u Hannoveru, uglavnom se nalazi u problemima. Na njegovom stolu je gomila spisa s podacima onih koji su mnogo toga izgubili tijekom pandemije.

Smanjeni obim posla

"Potrajalo je neko vrijeme, sada se zaista vide posljedice pandemije. Od proljeća prošle godine se broj onih koji traže pomoć drastično povećao", kaže Bode. To je iskustvo koje dijele mnogi Bodeovi kolege diljem zemlje.

U dužničkim savjetovalištima, koja uglavnom djeluju u okviru socijalnih udruga poput Caritasa, Diakonie ili AWO-a (Udruga za boljitak radnika) potražnja za savjetom kako dalje s dugovima se povećala za 35 posto.

Kako kažu u ovim savjetovalištima, uglavnom se radi o osobama koje zbog pandemije rade...
